I'm pretty disappointed with the customer service from grooming. I just moved to the area which is stressful enough but to deal with poor quality hospitality from Colleen sucked. I had no idea the store was closed but grooming was open. I was waiting outside and had to call to be let in. She wasn't friendly on the phone or in person. She couldn't find my dogs profile even though I constantly get texts from Petco and she was rude and dry when I asked about a service. I offered to email my dogs vaccine info, and she brushed me off. I just wanted Petco to save the updates for future appointments. This is not someone that enjoys her job and it shows. I won't come back to this location. There are better petcos w happy groomers.

Good customer service, friendly staff. Had an issue with a food product, Devin and Caitlyn were very helpful and saved the day!

Moldy and rotting aquarium plants on the shelves. Beta kept at industry standard for selling but look incredibly miserable in tiny cups. They should invest in taking care of this section better.

I always find a good selection of products at Petco. The store is always clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

The store associate, Caitlin who was helping me was very knowledgeable about cats. I was buying stuff for a new kitten. I bought stuff from Petco for our dog as well.

Surprisingly they had a limited supply of dog beds. No one around to ask a question.

If you go to their vet and see Dr Lewis Kishon he won't accept your word for anything about any of your dogs conditions. He will come up with some super wild expensive diagnosis for anything your dog is suffering. If you go there with flea allergies it will be her thyroid..... If you go there and she has diarrhea it will be an intestinal blockage... Don't go see this incompetent m***********.

Excellent place and great attention to customer service... Jonathan is a great example of how to take good care of your clients. I recommend him 100%.

Not 10's because it was difficult to find help with a fish purchase, I had to go alll over the store to find someone to help me

Colleen is exceptional at taking care of our Reggie's grooming. He loves her to!

Prices fair. Employees courteous and helpful. Store very clean.

Convenient location. Pretty well stocked most of the time. Nice cashiers and one young man even carried out a box of very heavy cat litter to my car.

Clean & friendly. Big selection of dog and cat things.

Couldn't find what I needed...

For twice at the same month I brought my dog in for grooming and in both occasions he came home with filthy ears! In the app services description includes the following : * Natural shampooing * EAR CLEANING * Blow dry * 15 min brush-out * Glad expression * Nail trim * Scent Spritz. Well... very disappointed with the services ! Brought to 2 different stores ( 3551 W Hillsboro blv , Deerfield Beach AND 9969 Glades Rd. Boca Raton ) . No excuses for a bad service when you offer the same.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. My fiancé and I took our dog in for shots and a check up. She had a rash and so the doctor recommended that we give her antibiotics to clear up the rash prior to getting her shots. No big deal, and we completely agreed with the doctor. However, when I went for my follow-up and vaccine appt, they told me they did not have the rabies shot available. The veterinary assistant apologized and said, “Come in tomorrow or whenever, to get her shot, no appointment needed. It will be really quick, and I will leave the notes in the file so you can come in and they’ll get you in and out”. Ideally I would have preferred receiving a call prior to the appt letting me know they didn’t have the rabies shot as I would have rescheduled to get them all in one sitting. So we got her the vaccine shots and planned to come back whenever as we were instructed. This is where it gets truly upsetting… When I went in 2 days later to get her her rabies shot and was told, “I don’t know who told you to stop by but we’re really busy and we can’t see you for another 40 minutes”. I explained that all she is missing is her rabies and the notes should be in the system. They told me that doesn’t matter, that this particular doctor wants to see her prior. I was frustrated at this point but already drove 30 minutes to get here so we decided to wait. We walked outside for 40 minutes in the plaza and came back on time to get her the shot. They put me in the waiting room where we waited an additional 15 minutes before another veterinary assistant came into the room and said, “we’re so sorry but we cannot give her her rabies shot because the doctor who is here today is a holistic doctor and wants her to wait until Friday for the shot”. So all that time we were told to wait was for nothing... So they scheduled us for Friday but I decided to call on Friday before going to verify that my appt was ready and this doctor did not have any problems with giving her her last shot. Turns out they didn’t even have scheduled for my appt! They wound up seeing us after all but I will NEVER go back here again. So unprofessional and I have wasted so much gas and time because of this office. All of this could have been prevented.
