My kids love it. They come home and just want to sleep. Very active while there. It has help my shy big dog come out of her shell. The staff is wonderful!

Very nice lady answered my questions with a professional attitude. I've been for grooming and day care in the past month and would recommend their facility. My girl (9 month old Mini Aussie) looks forward to a few hours in the social room and they have cameras so you can check in. Felt good to see her in action! Clean and reasonable prices.

Chateau Poochie, is a fantastic place for boarding , grooming and play! We brought our three month old mixed rescue puppy as soon as our trainer recommended socialization for her. She is a high energy challenging breed mix. The staff listened to our concerns and now at almost eight months she is a great dog. They are very knowledgeable and gave us really good feedback and suggestions. We love Erin and Natalie but everyone is super! I recommended two friends and they are very happy as well. Don't hesitate you best friend will love it there!

Great place, our dog felt completely at home here. We checked in on her with the camera link they provide. She plays a couple times a day, even special food and bigger rooms are available. Its a comfort having her here.

I appreciate the services that Chateau Poochie have provided for me and my pup! However, every time I dropped my pup off, I would pick her back up with some sort of injury, on 3 different occasions. My pup is a 5 year old 65lb Weimaraner. On the last visit she had a quarter sized spot on her nose with her skin missing and the time before that she had red mark on her left elbow with her fur and skin missing. Every time we would drop her off she would hate to go in the back. The most latest we dropped her off, she was so afraid she urinated on herself. Which is unlike my pup she loves people and loves doggy daycares (what does that tell you). Brought the issues to the owner’s attention with no resolution. The owner suggested that they would have to put her in a bigger crate but that would be an up charge. We have made the decision to move her to a different boarding and doggy daycare, Pompano Pet Lodge. Here at the new boarding and doggy daycare she has no issues she’ll run in the back without even looking back at us and no injuries on pick up. The prices are a fraction of the cost for the same services. Again, I appreciate the services, but some things weren't adding up. My pup was saying no so we had to listen.

I can't thqnk them enough for their kindness and love towards my baby tux, they did an amazing job and he became more quite and obedient after his visit..

We drive almost an hour to board our dogs here. Its the best!

Chateau Poochie isn't just for dogs, they have a really great cat area. I have a pretty big bengal cat who doesn't like to be left alone. The cat area has a big window looking into the lobby, so he can see the customers coming in. Also, the cages are the nicest I've seen anywhere, with a decent amount of space. There is also a larger play area where the cats can take turns being out of the cage every day. It's not easy to find a kennel where cats are treated as well as dogs, but Chateau Poochie is an exception to the rule. I always know he is safe and well cared for. Thank you, guys!

After leaving our dog here for 1 night, 2 of his paws ???? had horrible cuts and our poor guy couldn’t even walk. We left a healthy dog on Saturday and came back Sunday night with a limping dog that had big cuts in his paws. We had to take him to the emergency vet who prescribed antibiotics as one of them seemed a bit infected. When communicating this to Chateau Poochie they just said that the dog ran too much and was hyper. Yeah right, a dog that is used to run around in South Florida pavement during the summer got hurt in an indoor facility during an hour of social time. These people don’t care about the dogs and they refuse to even refund his 1 night and take responsability for whatever happened to the dog inside of that facility. Do yourself a favor and NEVER leave your puppy here if you care about the safety and health of your pet.

Miss some of the old staff but service has remained great. My girls love going here and they are well aware of their personalities and likes/dislikes. They do daycare AND boarding here and this is the one place I truly feel comfortable sending them. One of my girls has anxiety issues and the other is a handful... but they know just how to handle them both.... Highly recommend.

Great place To leave your dogs

First of all, they stole my fancy leather dog leash! If you have an unspayed or unneutered dog I would not recommend this place. My dog did not get enough attention while she stayed here for 4 days. She was left alone in her room most of the day. Most boarding facilities will let the female unspayed dogs play with the other girl dogs, thus keeping everything safe, but this place does not. They say that your dog has five walks a day and spends time with a handler, I only saw her leave her room 4 times and each time it was for only 5 minutes. She had so much pent up anxiety after she left here. I suspect that they put her in a cage during her grooming session. Which, by the way the grooming for pugs here was terrible. She came home with patches of fur missing! She didn't smell like she had a bath either and her ears weren't cleaned!! It was the WORST grooming ever!! Not to mention they put a little scarf around her neck and it was way too small for her neck. She couldn't even breathe!! I was in shock. She will never go back here.

It would take pages to describe what an incredible place Chateau Poochie truly is. From the moment you walk in with your pet, Elizabeth is there to greet you and she makes you feel as though you are the only guest there. She is just amazing - she always has enough time to chat with you and answer all of your questions. She is, without a doubt, the start of my Doodle's incredible day (Stitch). He just adores her and can't seem to get thru that front door fast enough to see her everyday. I can't say enough about the entire staff. They truly love what they do all day and wow does it show. They are constantly interacting with every pet there, and they make each and every one of them feel so special. And them there is the amazing grooming department - out of this world. They pay such attention to detail and just can't seem to spoil my puppy enough. I truly feel relieved that while I am at work all day, I know that Stitch is having the time of his life. He actually tries to jump out of car to run back in after a full day of play! I can't thank each and everyone of you enough for making this the most special and safe place for my puppy every day!!! Château Poochie was an amazing experience for Coco. Every time I watched her on the app she was active she was in the play room she was outside and she was always busy. Her room where she stayed was always clean and she always had food and water. It was an amazing experience for Coco as well as myself. Now I know we can leave her at a safe and wonderful place and go away with peace of mind. I would highly recommend this incredible spa for dogs.

Awesome place. Took great care of my dogs during Hurricane Irma. Went above and beyond anything I could have expected.
