Having to put a pet down due to age and failing health is extremely difficult. We have never been to MVS before and I can not fully put in to words how unbelievably sincere and compassionate they were during this process. Dr. Niedermiller is a highly compassionate professional who genuinely cares about the animals she services. My dog is high anxiety and I have seen Dr. Niedermiller gently stroking and kissing her attempting to calm her down. She is very knowledgeable and explains things in detail so that you have a clear understanding of what is going on with your pet. She does not rush you during appointments and gives you the opportunity to ask all your questions. Ella, who usually books my appointments, is wonderful to interact with and always remembers me even though they have a lot of clients. She always makes room to squeeze me in if I have an emergency. Excellent service all around!!

We were looking for a vet to have our goldie girl spayed being already a mature dog and everything went well. Dr. Niedermiller and her team is fantastic. They are compassionate, friendly and go above and beyond to make our pooch feel comfortable, since she has a doctor phobia, due to prior experience in other places. For the annual check up and blood draw we even got a full report with all blood levels. Something we haven't experienced in other places. I am so relieved that we have found this amazing practice.

The staff is always very helpful. Lori is great! I've been with Dr Niedermiller since 1993. She is an amazing diagnostician! She does not force me to have unnecessary tests done and sticks to the issue at hand. I have rescued feral cats for 25 years and I appreciate her service to my animals. She is fearless when it comes to examining a cat that has never been touched by human hands. Dr Neidermiller does a fabulous job while keeping costs low. Yesterday was our first visit to Dr, Niedermiller and 13 lb Foxy, though frightened at first by the prospect of medical procedures, ended up kissing and snuggling in Dr. Niedermiller's arms. We think the two really took to each other, Foxy (who looks quite a lot like a fox, even the Dr. was surprised at his luxurious golden coat) and Dr. Niedermiller did a great job together. For many years we had gone to another vet who is competent and we had no complaints. But with Foxy, we wanted a more flexible and natural approach. And that's what Foxy received: very personal attention, calm and quiet "bonding" with the Dr., and an extremely thorough unrushed exam with no perfunctory or formulaic approach. She paid especial attention to his paws, his legs (one of which is healed from a severe wound), his heart, his ears, etc. We were impressed with Dr. Niedermiller's calm, very "low-key" approach which, it seems, carries over from her interaction with the animals to her interaction with the people who bring them in. She is a true professional who seems to have a "Sixth Sense" for the animals and overlooks nothing in her thoroughness. But, most important to us, was her recognition of Foxy's unique issues and her gentle manner with him. It is reassuring to see a true professional who also has training beyond the usual veterinary training, and brings to bear her knowledge and her experience and her intuitive personal connection to the animal. Foxy has a new friend and a new Dr. who cares about him.

Even though Dr. Niedermiller and her staff only knew my little boy, Buster, for 3 weeks, they treated him like a king! I can't thank the doctor and her staff enough for the gentle kindness they showed Buster (and me) during that most difficult time. After Buster crossed the Rainbow Bridge, I received a very heartfelt card with personal messages written by each of the staff. In addition, they had made a donation in Buster's name to a non-profit organization that trains dogs to help the blind. What a wonderful place! Thank you, MVS Animal Clinic for all you do for the animals.

Be aware of hidden “fees” after paying for vaccinations for life. You’re not saving at all.

I've been coming to Dr. Neidermiller for about 14 years. She's very compassionate, honest and caring. She makes your pets feel comfortable, even cats! I have recommended her to several friends, and her rates are reasonable.

MVS took great care of our dachshund when she needed major dental work. They took every extra step to make sure our senior dog was safe during the procedure and kept us posted every step of the way. Thank you for taking such good care of our Cami!

They are the best Vet in Florida! I highly recommend to everyone

I have been taking my long-haired chihuahua here for about 5 or 6 years I'm guessing, and have never had any issues with the clinic. The staff and doctor are all friendly and always take great care of Cinnamon. I would recommend this place to any pet owner. Prices are very reasonable, and I bought the lifetime vaccine package at my first visit. It has been well worth it not having to pay for vaccines every 1-3 years.

The most personal experience you can find when it comes to a doctor! We have a 13yr old Maltese and 2 cats and would never trust our pets with anyone else! Dr. Neidermiller is always there for emergencies and is so thorough with my pets when she sees them. She is never in a rush, always calm and collected and she thinks of everything! From homeopathic treatments, to her mobile vetinary services she really provides the most convienent and caring loving service you will ever find. Her staff Marsha & Lori are so sweet and caring and on top of everything! They are so good at sending me mail reminders for vaccines due and they have never been rude or rushed me out of the office either! This place genuinely cares for all of my animals, and I trust them with their lives. And my pets are my children!

We have several special needs cats. When other vets gave us no hope MVS has. Also unlike many vets who take your pet away and bring them back, they are comfortable with you supporting your pet during routine and minor procedures. While the visual presentation of the office may not look like the grand hotel facade many large practice like to present with events that cater to the owners you so much more at MVS. Competent care for your pet leveraging both western and eastern medicine. Thank you for your skills that without I am sure a few of our pets would not have survived not had the quality of life MVS has afforded them.
