It's a great little bird shop! They have a lovely variety of birds to buy as well. Lots of food and toys, too. Reply: It was a nice little bird shop until I got a smart remark because apparently writing a nice review for someone is offensive by not acknowledging the size of the building, but you can keep your four star review. If you're a bird lover, this is the place for you. Trained birds, tons of bird toys, cages, perches, stands, playgrounds, food, treats, and much more. The definite place for all bird things. Could not recommend them more. We have 6 budgies and only shop here for their food and toys. They're a bit pricey, sure, but the quality is undeniable.

every time i bring my well socialized bird here she comes out traumatized and bald. he always has messed up feathers, bald spots, and overall not good condition. this is completely unacceptable for a simple mail trim. please avoid!

Heather was awesome she was very knowledgeable about her birds and products she taught me so much about pet birds. If u visit this location definitely ask for her she off on Fridays and Saturdays tho. I give her 5 stars without any hesitation she is such an asset to the company. I will definitely be back.

When my bird was getting groomed, she came out with a bald spot on her head that was not there before. It was clear that feathers had been pulled out. We confronted the staff and they just simply denied that they had anything to do with it.

Absolutely amazing place. The staff is amazing and super helpful and knowledgeable. A lot of love comes from the staff to the feathered friends here. Debbi is super awesome with everyone especially kiddos. This has become one of my family’s favorite place.

This place has everything you need from toys to food! Debbie helped me out and was very friendly and knowledgeable and she was able to answer all my questions and concerns.

Very good, I recommend for people who would like a bird. The cages and the food/water bowls are clean. These people care for their birds. It is worth the money. (There are cockatoos, amazon birds, cokatiels, conures, lovebirds, and etc..) (for the people who want to know what birds are for sale in the store)

The girl who helped me I wish I remembered her name but she was amazing. She put an African grey on the stand so I could see how well it is for my own baby. You can tell everyone there knows what they are talking about and really want to help you with what ever your birds needs are. I will be going there for all my little babies needs. Thank you golden cockatoo for all that you do from bird sitting to recommending and having what ever your bird needs.

I bought my princess (she is a queen of bavaria conure) in 2015 from Golden Cockatoo. I then bought my King (also a queen) in 2018 from them. It is now 2020, and I have been going to Golden Cockatoo for grooming, toys, and food since I got my little sunshines! I recently bought more cages, so they can enjoy the outdoors. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly! I probably bother Debbie too much with all my questions haha, but she is always there for my babies! Especially since my King has been a little upset lately, so debbie showed me this product that had chamomile in it and has helped him calm down a bit :) So thankful for everyone there !

My husband and I had a great experience with Debbie here yesterday. I called and spoke with Debbie on the phone about purchasing a conure. She was super friendly and told me to ask for her when we arrived. So we did just that. When we got there and met with her, She lead us over to 2 of the conures. Debbie gave us each a towel and some treats to get to know the birds better. We immediately found the one we both bonded with. We were very surprised how friendly and social able these birds were. You can tell that they raise and handle them with tons of care and love. Debbie helped us to find the right cage for our bird with no pressure of purchase (even though we did choose to purchase with them). We got all the toys, food, treats and even a backpack carrier for our little bird. Considering a good quality cage will be expensive (but it will last a lifetime), the toys,treats and food were priced extremely fair! I was actually surprised low the prices were. I just couldn't have asked for a better experience! Debbie's friendliness and knowledge for birds really shined. We will not go anywhere else for our bird needs and look forward to seeing her again in the future.

I purchased a beautiful whiteface cockatiel and I am absolutely in love! The birds are taken well care of! Debbie assisted us on which items we should purchase and gave us wonderful advice to make sure we were comfortable bring our new baby home! Can’t wait to come back!

Not new to visiting the store as my X girlfriend had a green cheek conure and we’d enjoyed visiting and buying our supplies. Now I have bought my own.. a beautiful pineapple green cheek.. I was helped by Kat..how fitting.. she really new her birds.. I was pleasantly surprised that she wanted to see the cage I bought.. concerned about the width of the bars.. 5 stars to Kat and the rest of the crew., for there care and concern for their birds.

The hospitality in this place was amazing, they’re really nice people and they will be willing to answer any questions you may have about the birds, they also sell toys, cages or anything your bird might need. If you’re trying to get a cockatiel, cockatoo etc, this is the go to place.

Stopped in to check out this afternoon with my son. The owner practically gave us a VIP tour and introduced us to all her birds. We would definitely go back and highly recommend.

The Golden Cockatoo is the most amazing and comprehensive bird boutique ever! I have been coming to this store for over 10 years, and have purchased three beautiful birds from them, all of which I still own and are happy and healthy. The inventory of bird cages, toys, perches, food, stands, BIRDS, etc., is truly extensive! They also offer complete grooming services! The staff is extremely bird knowledgeable, and are always more than happy to assist, such amazing customer service. Ian, the store owner, is always on the front and center. Debbie is always so helpful and sweet. I purchased a black headed caique years ago because of her attentiveness. Just recently, Samantha was extremely amazing, and took her time to help me work with a pair of birds I recently adopted. Really, the entire staff are like bird whisperers! You can also see birds out when you visit the store, and interact with them. I am looking forward to my next beautiful bird from Golden Cockatoo!
