Wed. morning called excited new in town and great reviews all went south when the lady who answered after asking her to please repeat herself, she spoke so fast I was not aware what she was saying. I do have a slight hearing condition as well as speech. She was not only short but facetious which she could not understand what that meant so I graciously told her S?><:A+_) she said something and a very pleasant lady picked up but it still did not seem right, kinda jumpy, she then is going to place me with groomer??? I have been a client of Woofgang for years in other locations. Seems like up north not as good service as south of Delray Beach. I honestly hate writing this review but paying the amount of money and a great tipper sucks to see one employee's lack of respect, behavior and basic customer service screwed it up for this and many more. Good luck

If I could give this groomer less than one star, I would. First and foremost, my dog was there for over six hours. Every time I called they assure me that "your dog is almost finished". Absolutely ridiculous. When my dog was finally finished, the groomer told me it would be an additional $40 because of the small areas that were knotted. Why would I not be told this in advance instead of 6 hours later. I paid the extra $40 ($120 total for a grooming btw) just to get my dog out of there. When we arrived home the poor baby drank half of the water bowl. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone that truly cares about their pet.

They did the best job on my Pomeranian. They take their time and it shows.

My husband recently took our dog here. The vet sold him Nexgard a size up from our dog's weight and told him he was saving him money because all he had to do was cut the pill in half. Here is a direct quote from the Nexgard company website: "CAN NEXGARD OR NEXGARD SPECTRA CHEWS BE SPLIT SO I CAN DOSE MORE THAN ONE DOG? No. You’ve made the right choice in selecting NexGard or NexGard SPECTRA to protect your dog. Don’t risk under-dosing them. In order to ensure your dog receives the correct dose and parasite protection for a full month they must consume the entire chew appropriate for their weight. NexGard: See product label for full claim details and directions for use. NexGard SPECTRA: See product label for full claim details and directions for use." They won't take the pills back or refund our money so now I'm stuck going to another vet to get the right dose for our dog. You'd think as doctors they would know better instead of screaming at me over the telephone. I'm also considering reporting this to the licensing board.

I unfortunately had to put my beloved dog of 15 years to sleep but chose this place to do so. For such a tragic sad time in my life, they made it the most wonderful parting experience for my family. Allowed me to have as much or as little awareness of the process as I wanted and made my sweet boys final moments so easy. Thank you endlessly. Wish I remembered the staffs name that was there that day.

The staff at Woofgang are always pleasant, out going, and smiling. I take my 2 Chihuahuas Jacob and Rockford for mini grooming and they always look fresh, clean, and happy.

I love getting to bring my anxiety ridden Golden doodle here for his grooming needs. Mateo and everyone has been so kind and patient with him and and also with me. Curly leaves there looking so handsome and happy because I know he was treated beyond kindly from the time I walk out the door. I’m so glad I found them after my family from PA. Thank you all at Woof Gang Baker that make every trip a pleasurable one!!

The most unprofessional people I’ve ever met

My goldendoodle has been groomed here twice and the groomer did a fabulous job.

Absolutely love this store, cannot say enough great things about it!!! All the employees and Dina, the store manager are so nice. They always give special attention to my dog, and you can tell its genuine not fake, which makes me happy. When we go in they occasionally give us some really good samples to try out. I also volunteer at a animal rescue and they give some treats for them occasionally as well. Which is so great of them! The store is really nice, super clean, and stocked with really great quality, treats, food, toys, clothing and other accessories. If you want to spoil your dog with a day at their groomers or some yummy treats this is the place to go to. If your furbaby isn't feeling well they have a really fantastic veterinarian there as well. Its a one stop shop. Go here, you'll be glad you did and so will your pup. I have no affiliation to anyone here. I am just a very happy, loyal customer of this store for over 5 1/2 years now.

We absolutely adore this place. The groomers are always on point with our dogs cut and are so gentle. Our dog always leaves this place smelling/looking great and with treats!

On neighbor’s recommendation, I bought my 8 month female chihuahua, Nilla in for her first nail trimming. Great experience and Mateo at the location at Boca Raton, Fl location on W. Palmetto Rd, was very good with my Nilla. Highly recommend and will be back.

WolfGang is THE best one-stop: Vet, Groomer, Pet supply store, and unbelievable dog clothes, staircases, travel bags, EVERYTHING that you need at ONE store! My dogs look amazing when they are groomed and the Vet keeps my dogs up-to-date on all their vaccines & health needs.

Excellent service, competent vet, fake-nice staff who are barely worth the very high priced services. I won't give them one star because they do good work, but dealing with that receptionist and paying Boca prices isn't worth repeat visits. Find alternates.

Dr. Rob was an exceptional doctor. He took the time with my dog and was very patient with me. It was obvious Dr. Rob truly cares about animals and loves what he does. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. This clinic was much more affordable than the other vet clinics very nearby. I highly recommend Dr. Rob!

I took my toy poodles here for a bath and they came out looking really great! Their fur was a super soft and smelled beautifully. The groomer it’s very nice too. They are very accommodating with their appointments.
