I have adopted a few animals over the years from here. It's unfortunate how many beautiful animals they have that need homes. Great staff. The new digs were a much needed thing. Nice job everyone!!! I wholeheartedly recommend anyone go there and give one of these wonderful pets a loving home.

Great experience bringing my dog here to be spayed. The insicison healed perfectly and the procedure was handled professionally. The staff was friendly and able to answer all my questions.

Everyone's friendly & happy. Great atmosphere like "Cheers" TV show. Karaoke night is also fun! You laugh so much your cheeks hurt before leaving the place. Food and drinks are ????????????????????????????????????????????????

I made an appointment request online and paid my deposit (before they closed online appointments). I never received a confirmation email and they have not answered my phone calls, voicemails, or emails.

I had been calling places from St. Augustine to Daytona trying to find somewhere to get my fur-baby spayed, there was either a 4-6 month waiting list or the prices were outrageous! I set my appointment up online and was able to have her spayed and microchipped the next day.

I made my appointment online to get my cat neutered Pretty easy process,dropped her off in the morning the staff was very nice!my cat even had a problem with licking her incision and ripping it open!!brought her in the next day they took her right in and took care of her with no extra charge

(Had recently gotten a dog) picking him up was a disaster had to wait 40-50 minutes outside to pick him up. And not only that they said that they would email me his papers that day and told me that it should be emailed the next day and they never did emailed me his papers. I’ve tried calling a couple of times and they never answered. And while I picked up my dog they never gave me some sort of antibiotics or pain medications for the dog.

Amazing place to get your fur kids spayed or neutered!

Last time, they were busy visiting with one another and assumed we knew what we were doing. We did rescue but not from there.

I contacted them via the website and they did not respond

Cobb six different times left messages couldn't get them to return one call couldn't book an appointment online apparently they're not doing my pet right now would have been nice to have someone answer the phone or return a call

I will be coming back. The woman at the front desk answered all of my questions and was kind.

I went with a semi feral cat that I've spent 2 years trying to trap or catch while she repeatedly got pregnant and I have fixed and adopted every kitten she has had. I was able to gain her trust enough to get her in a crate upon getting to the facility 5 minutes late due to not being able to catch her they told me I was late and couldn't get her done after explaining this cat isn't going to let me catch her again they changed to well she's not in a trap so we can't take her in a crate. Then offered I could surrender her to them which would surely end In euthanasia. Thank goodness my local vet took her recognizing the urgency. However the cost was 4 times but he took her out of her crate without sedating her and had no issues just shows you get what you pay for and my animals are my kids I will never try another clinic after this experience.

Very unprofessional and unreliable! I have been trying to have my dog spayed since April. I make the appointment online in an open slot on their calendar and pay my deposit and then they cancel my appointment and reschedule 2 months out! Their first excuse was the day was full, two weeks after I paid the deposit. Then they rescheduled two months out and I got an email five days before the appointment saying they will now be closed on that day and rescheduled another two months out. I’ve emailed and left voicemails asking for a manager to call me back and I haven’t heard a word. Absolutely ridiculous!

We had our cat neutered here and everything went smoothly including the recovery time. I figured it was preferable to bring him here as I expected the vet would be quite skilled at this procedure since this is what they do all day long and I was not disappointed. The incisions were already visibly healing by the very next day and Julius never seemed to notice anything even happened to him (once the anesthesia wore off that is). Not only was the work top-notch but it was way cheaper than it would’ve been at our vet. My main reason for writing a review is to say THANK YOU for taking such good care of our boy!
