Best veterinarian I've been to here in Daytona. Listened to us about Brian's skin issues. Gave us several options and didn't push expensive products. The path we took had instant results. Couldn't be happier. She also did a follow up call the next day. Highest recommendation.

They are greatest Vet in Daytona and Ormond Beach. They take care of Moose . Great staff, courteous service.

I know for a fact that the wonderful people at Rawls saved my dog Sandy's life. They took us in when nobody else would answer their phone. Thank you Dr. Susan and all your wonderful staff. We will be forever in your debt and will refer everyone who will listen to us to you.

I'm telling you now, if I could give this place 1,000 stars I would! ???? Our 10 year old Golden Retriever Sandy wasn't doing well over the Xmas weekend & things were looking very dim, despite our family trying to just stay as positive as possible... he's been going to a different vet since he was 8 weeks old so we waiting for them to open 1st thing Monday morning, but due to lack of staff his normal vet was closed. Took him to Banfield Emergency in which they were slammed packed and waited outside in parking lot for over a hour. The staff there didn't even seem concerned (I'm sure they're just overwhelmed) I Googled vets in the area and found Rawls... Susan the Veterinarian was the most compassionate vet we've ever encountered. Super informative & they got our dog to eat again! (Hasn't ate anything in 4days) they really care for your pets & aren't solely concerned about racking up your bill. We are so grateful from the bottom of our hearts to have found this wonderful place! When we arrived after all the madness we went through they got us in within 10 mins & started immediately after running tests. BIG SHOT out to all the staff there, you guys are pet angels ???? ❤ ???? ???? ♥

Just moved here and needed a vet because my dogs needed there shots updated. Would highly recommend. The staff was amazing and friendly. Definitely will be our new vet.

Literally the best vets & employees ever! Very thorough and unbelievably kind. Prices are very affordable. They care way more about the animals than money. We just love them there

I am Very glad that I found this vet hospital 3 years ago and its definitely one of the best in the area. Dr. Susan L Henderson is very knowledgeable, always presented several options of treatment plans. This is very helpful in regards to keep my 4 rescued dogs healthy and happy. All staff is very professional, friendly and really cares about your pets. Special thanx to Kellie Parshley, Veterinary Technician. I highly recommend them!

They are wonderful for routine care... but not as well equipped & staffed for emergent care. In an emergency, save your money & got to Animal E.R. or a vet that does their own tests & procedures. But for routine care, they are the most gentle/thoughtful vet in town.

They really care about our furry friends that we love.My dog had alot of issue but the Dr. She got him back on track. Love the way she does her medication treatment so you actually know what's working and what's not.Highly recommend them, so nice the minute you walk in the door your greeted with a smile.I can't remember her name but the lady in front who does the checking in out is so knowledgeable and so friendly. The whole place is just a good place to go.

Amazing office. Took great care of my baby and she had to have surgery. She is healing great and she felt better the day after her surgery. So thankful for them

My daughter has a Winnie Dog that ate a sock and was septic and almost dead. This happened on the weekend so we had to take it to an emergency Vet and it was all about the money. Then 2 days later the dog was sick again and I was told it would cost $5000 more to do a surgery which I could not afford. Finally I went to Rawls and not many time in life do you tell someone what your budget is and they charge far less. I was so grateful I gave the girls up front a tip. They are more than 5 stars they are 5 SUPER STARS. Thank you guys so much!!

Excellent service and considerate staff

Rawls has always been our go-to vet for the last 20 years and they'll continue to be for many more. The staff is amazing and patient and the veterinarians are very knowledgeable and caring. Prices are what you'd expect for a vet but they don't try to push unnecessary cash grabs on you and they're always honest and straightforward about the bill. If you're looking for an honest caring vet this is the place to go, your pets are in good hands.

I have had problems with finding a vet to have patience with my dog. She has a scary nervous demeanor because she hasn’t been socialized well. Other vets had to sedate her to even examine or treat her. This place is awesome! They are patient and understanding because of their patience with her she could sense that. Nd even had the muzzle taken off and didn’t cause any ruckus. First time ever! So I was impressed and pleased by their handling of her. I will forever be going back. Thanks! Rawls! Bella’s mom....

I have been going here for 13 yrs and this is the MOST COMPASSIONIATE VET, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALL OF THEM KNOW ABOUT ANIMALS. NOT JUST THE BEST VET IN THDE WORLD. VERY RECOMMENDED.
