We had taken in our 1 yr old cat for a Free 1st checkup that we found on their website and was not told that he had to get a rabies shot by law. It was not stated on their website nor on any of the paperwork they sent us. We did not know about this issue until we got there. We kind of felt like we got the old bait and switch routine. The money was not the issue, the way they do business is not right. The people were nice and they did a great job, but that is not a good way to do business. We won't be back!

We love BANFIELD! No matter which location we visit we are always treated with respect and compassion by our banfield team! They have a network of amazing doctors and nurses all across the country which puts my mind at ease being a family that loves to travel. Our wellness plans work at every location no matter the state! We have been apart of the banfield family for going on three years (starting with my employment there) and couldn’t be happier with them. As a client and former employee I would recommend banfield and it’s wellness plans to all cat and dog parents!

Everyone seems to care here about your pet and will actually try and save you money instead of charging you for every little thing

I would like to give Mariah my top review to how wonderful she was on the phone and how quick she was to get my sweet Potato Chip in as an emergency case. I live in palm coast and the Ban-field would not see her and told me to call St.Augustine and they wouldn’t either so finally Mariah at Daytona Ban-field advocated and got her to in and I am so grateful for her she was amazing!

Had a emergency with my little 10 week old puppy and MATT and doctor O were THE BEST they dropped everything they were doing to help my little guy!! I dropped my primary vet (granada animal hospital) for ALL 4 dogs for Banfield. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Rude front desk lady, I went and they were closing up. All I wanted to know is if they could help me because my hamsters back legs were broken, and the lady just kept saying to me "We are closed! We are closed! In a rude tone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my dog here to get 2 vaccinations, and they had me waiting for over 4 hours. I would call multiple times only to be told that I would have to be waiting longer, and they would not give me updates whatsoever. Never ever bring your pets here!!!!!

THEY ARE CROOKS. I TOOK MY 8 YEAR OLD CAT THERE, THEY GAVE HIM AN UNNECESSARY RABIES SHOT WHEN HE ALREADY HAD ONE. HE HAD A UTI AND THEY PRESCRIBED HIK MEDICATION. HIS UTI RETURNED WITHIN A WEEK. I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY RAN TEST FOR KIDNEY STONES AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY “WANTED TO” BUT THAT I DECLINED THE X-RAYS. THAT IS SUCH A LIE I WAS NEVER OFFERED X-RAYS FOR MY CAT AND I WOULD NEVEE DECLINE ANY DIAGNOSTIC TREATMENT FOR HIM. ALL THEY TRIED TO DO WAS SELL ME A PLAN. CROOKED PEOPLE THEY ARE THE WORST. GO TO A REAL VETERINARIAN NOT THESE MONEY HUNGRY DEMONS. THEY ONLY GIVE THEIR OWN BRAND MEDICATIONS, THEY PROBABLY GAVE MY CAT SUGAR PILLS SO WE HAVE TO COME BACK! DONT TRUST THEM AND GET AND CHECK ALL PAPERWORK FROM THEM.

Banfield per Hospital is very nice they all care about your pet no matter what you have. The doctor's are very nice an care about your pet.

I can't say enough nice things about this Banfield location. The doctors and staff were caring and compassionate. They took time to explain about our pets condition and what options were available. One of the staff members even provided a souvenir of our child in the military. Sometimes the phone wait is long because they are so busy.

Love the pet wellness plan.

Was the only place that would take my suffering fur baby "Stich" when he was at the end of his life. Everyone else refused or wanted a week. The staff and doctors were the best when I was at my worst. I highly recommend this hospital to everyone. Thank you again Banfield staff for all you do everyday.

They are there when you need them

Very busy place! Felt like a factory. There were always four to five dogs waiting to go in at the same time in a tiny little lobby. I liked it better when you called them drop off your pet, a lot less hectic. They do take good care of your pet.

I wish the vets at this location had warned me to urgently take care of a bump on my dog, despite the bump not causing any discomfort. The bump grew aggressively and was cancerous. My dogs life was cut short because of the complacency of these vets and the lackadaisical attitude towards preventative surgery. They are good for regular stuff, but don't expect any sagacious advice or warnings. I presume sick pets keep them in business.

Very unprofessional Vet, you animals health should not be left in their hands.

My dog passed away last week Banfield was very good to me but you would think that the doctor that was taking care of her would have called me and just say hey how you doing never heard anything

Love taking my dogs here. I have allowed them to treat my pets since 2015. And never had a complaint

They have always been so helpful and thoughtful, not only of our pets, but also of our situation as a family. They really care about the animals and were beyond thoughtful when I had to bring in our collie to be put down. The drs and vet techs are wonderful people.

Dr Soler is just wonderful, and the entire staff is so friendly and caring.

Great place. Wonderful visit. COVID-19 distancing and protocols. Very accommodating to pets and sweet on them. My cat loves visiting Banfield and the techs are always so good with my cat. Thank you Banfield
