I was considering getting the Banfield plan for my dog when I saw the first consultation free promo on their webpage i decided to take a chance and maybe get their plan once i am there. My dog is very hyper and anxious and he was shaking a lot recently so was time to do a check up on him and i had great expectations and recommendations from Banfield. So i made an appt for Saturday at 230. It turns out the woman I spoke on the phone was very rude and unprofessional, she said was a drop off and it could take 2 or 3 hours, "not sure". That was a deal breaker for me right there because i couldn't take my dog to a strange place and strange people and leave him there for 3 hours. He could even have another seizure (he had a minor one in the past). What shocked me was the lack of empathy and understanding and when i tried to voice my frustration, the woman just replied "Ok, i am going to hang up now" and she did. It is not like me to post review or contact headquarters but they need to train the front end employees how to have empathy since pets are family too, I will be sending an email to corporate as well. They work almost as a laundry mat, drop of and pick up only. Nobody knows what goes behind doors and there was no questions asked about your pet condition, no 'special touch' or customer service. I will sign up somewhere else.

Banfield is the best ! Took my dog here on 11/20 because she had been vomiting for 4 days now. (We took her to an emergency vet ) but today she was alil worse so we called every vet and couldn’t be seen but banfield made sure we would be seen today. They were a life saver! Definitely will be going here for all my dogs vet needs! I recommend them to anyone! Prices are very fair too!

I like Banfield, however, last two times there I waited beyond my appointment time, just to get Check in. And check out out is bad it takes to longer one young male doing everything. It has no filterg

They are the worst place to bring your pet! Not only did they misdiagnose my dog with liver problems (which she never had). They also charged me $500.00 for the damn visit and another $200.00 in top of that fir medication. They they said she needed to go to a specialist that costs $1200.00 for a liver biopsy when there's nothing wrong with her liver! Horrible! Don't bring your pet there. I wouldn't even bring a rat there!

Got us in quickly. Took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis. My dogs are a bit aggressive, and the staff handled them with confidence.

Worst place. The receptionists are RUDE and disrespectful and treat you like you don't know anything. We got our paper work done for our dog last year to go to Europe ( it was horrible they did not know the right papers to fill out and got them wrong 2 times!!!!!) This year we are traveling again and need the same papers filed and they have 0 clue what to do once again. We will not be going there again !!!

I brought my cat in on 6/17 because he was showing signs of a URI starting on 6/15, they tried to prescribe him 3 different medications ($100 worth) in which they told me 2 were not necessary. They gave my cat 3 vaccinations while he was experiencing these symptoms with out notifying me for two (I approved the rabies vac), they didn’t even take his temperature in the two hours of him being there. He’s has significantly gotten worse since his visit, he cannot control his bladder or bowls. I have spoken to three different emergency veterinarians who all are in shock they vaccinated him while he was showing signs of an illness. I am not the type to post review or contact headquarters but pets are family too, headquarters has put in a request that banfield pays for his emergency room visit that I cannot afford HENCE why I pay for pet insurance though banfield, as well as any treatment necessary. I am also requesting to have my insurance with them canceled with out premium payment due as well as a reimbursement for the medication that I paid for during that appointment

Everyone at Banfield was professional and compassionate. Our kitty was at the end of her life and every vet on town was closed except Banfield (on a Sunday). They let us take our time with our sweet baby and were kind and gentle from the moment we walked in until we left without her. While no one ever wants to have to use end of life services, I highly recommend Banfield. They made a difficult day much kinder. Thank you all.

Awful. Was told to bring my pet in then told she couldn't be seen. Then she could, then she couldn't again, come back tomorrow. They have no clue what they are doing and don't care. I will never go back!

I love Dr Seiler and he is the only reason I go to Banfirld. However, my pup was in need of seeing a vet and he was booked so I booked with another vet there. I think they are all good but I especially love Dr Seiler. I called and said my pup had been vomiting and I wanted bloodwork done to make sure he was OK. I arrived with my dog and told the vet tech that I wanted bloodwork for my pup. I was told I could pick my pup ou in two hours. Three hours he still was not ready. Then a tech called and asked if they could run some bloodwork. I had ready said when I dropped him off thar I wanted bloodwork done. So 4.5 hours later I was able to pick up my dog. This is unacceptable. You can't speak in person to a veterinarian here. They are all locked up behind closed doors even though most of us have received our Covid vaccine and ALL other vets in our city are seeing patients face.to face. I was told this may be the new normal at Banfield and if so then I will be finding a new vet. There was so much that I said to the tech that wasn't relayed to the vet and this created a longer stay for my pup and confusion between what he was there for and what was told to the vet.

Horrible experience. Booked puppies 1 week in advance was told to leave them it would be two hours. Three hours later I.called they said vet in emergency and had not been seen yet and what normally costs me 100 per puppy would be a 500 bill. I picked up my puppies and took them elsewhere. We're seen right away and my bill was 270.00. Horrible don't take your dogs there!

They are so helpful and kind. They try their best to tend to everyone one at a time. My dog doesn't like goin to the vet but I love how caring they are with him. They help him get comfortable when he's nervous and even when he tickles, they help clean it.

Honestly if you can go to another vet please do they will tell you to be on time to your appointment just to have you waiting 30 mins to a hour. What’s the point of an appointment?!! They just genuinely don’t care here. All Banfield’s are not bad but this one is NOT good.

I love palm coast Banfield but they hired a new male tech that when ever you ask him a question he has to run back to get every question answered. He doesn't explain anything and he is not compassionate. I hope to never worked with him or I may consider going to another Banfield just not to deal with him. I don't trust him with my pet.

The staff is nice. But the follow through on some things needs improvement. I had to call and inquire about my pets past due vaccines and I feel like that should be handled before leaving with my ???? at his visits. No pet parent should have to get that info when trying to make an appointment for grooming services. I am going to continue taking him there because other than that everything else has been ok.

I will never use this practice again. Did the year contract with a new puppy. What they don't tell you is they can decline to see you. Oops too busy, so sorry. They are always adding 'worm checks' because that is an additional charge. After neutering the directions said if there are any complications contact Flagler Animal Hospital so.... This year I have a 2nd puppy and I don't understand the new 'we have to keep them all day' for a standard well care visit. ( did not do the annual contract). This month took the 2 year old in for annual check. He was on a antibiotic for respiratory ailment. After 2 1/2 hours I said I was coming to get him. " They were not authorized to release him to me". Well I took tall and scary with me and suddenly I have him. However they will not approve an annual prescription for heartworm because....more money. I'm done.

Doctor Nick checked the lump under the skin of my cat Max and knew exactly what it was and how to treat it. The price was reasonable, scheduling and preparations were very clear and easy. Surgery was performed flawlessly and even the stitched up skin looked good! Max has fully recovered and happier than ever. Thank you Dr. Nick and your staff. You are wonderful people. I highly recommend this animal care place to anyone.
