The employee was very knowledgeable about products, very kind and professional. I love all the natural food, snacks and even shampoos and sprays they have in store.

Great place. They have a large variety of food with wholesome ingredients like fruits, vegetables, and real meat. If you want to feed the best food to your dog visit them.

Small store boutique style. They carry a line of raw foods as well as canned and dry premium brands such as primal, Acana, Stella and chewy, and Origen. Some samples are available of dry foods. Minimum amount of handicap parking space. Pleasant staff.

Food quality the best When it comes to their rewards program absolutely disappointed please check your purchase history,they delete your older purchases so you are unable to claim your free item or food bag 4 year customer and never been able to claim mine i just had enough Thankfully chewy its selling acana brand again.

I am irate to write this as I have been coming to this store for a little over year now and have always had a great experience. I recently bought dog food from there and unfortunately, my dog had a severe allergic reaction. Of course I call them to explain the situation, but they refuse to refund me or offer any help because everything is apparently final sale, which their associate neglected to inform me, due to COVID. They didn't seem to show any compassion and only care about their income. Definitely not how you run a business.

Great for specialty pet foods

This is a nice dog store with plenty of all natural options (hence the name Natural K9). Would give 5 stars if it had bigger varieties but I go there specifically for the beef rolls. My dog loves them and they always carry them

Past experience has been awful

I ordered 2 bags of dog food. They told me it would take 2 days plus I'll get a text when they're ready. 2 days later I get the text. I go in to buy the bags and THEY SOLD ONE OF MY BAGS!!! WHAT!!!??? I can understand if it's been a week and haven't picked up the order. It was the same day!!! They carry a unique brand so I drive quite a ways to their store. There's another business that opened closer to me that also carries this brand but I would still go all the way to Davie as I've been going there a few years. That was not good cs as a business owner and Im looking to take my business elsewhere.

Friendly staff with surprisingly good prices for a small brick & mortar shop. There's a coffee shop nearby to grab a quick drink whenever I get my pup food or treats.

Great selection for a small store knowledgeable staff -- Natural K9my is my go-to place for my beloved little rescue dog.

The young lady that helped me was very nice. She made sure to find the item I was looking for. I signed up for the rewards program because I'm definitely coming back. It's not a very large store but if you're looking for great dog food this is definitely the place.
