Riverside Animal Hospital Coral Springs, Florida

We had an emergency cat visit and also looking for a permanent vet for all of our critters... we were extremely satisfied! They knew exactly how to care for her and were very careful and professional and they didn't gouge us in the pricing! We'll definitely be bringing all of our critters back here!

Front desk people there not friendly at all, being a new client I would expect a little more attention, they kept chatting about their weekend while I was standing in front of them waiting! The nurse who got my dog was nice, but I personally don't like when they take your dog to the back and tell you to wait. My previous doctor had nothing to hide so I could stay beside my baby all the time! Sadly he retired. The Dr. In this clinic, didn't listen much to my concerns. Anyways by the treatment we got there, I won't go back! I need someone I can feel comfortable and will listen to my concerns.

I went out of the country for 18 days and I left my 2 Great Danes under their care. I have been coming to this clinic for at least 4 years and I really tough that my babies were going to be safe there. My 5 year old Dane lost 18 Lbs and not even once they told me when I called to check on them. 4 days before was time to come home they called me telling me he was in a serious condition called “Bloat” To make the story short. I gave them permission to take him to the hospital and thank you to God he survived. My 1 year old female lost 2 pounds and came home with lesions on her both paws. If you need to board your dog DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABY TO THEM. I NEVER WANT TO EVEN DRIVE BY THAT PLACE AGAIN.

Great technicians, great doctors - they truly care about the pets. Best animal clinic I’ve been to. Don’t charge you unnecessary prices, willing to work with whatever situation you may have.

Everyone was so amazing here. I brought my cat to get neutered, not to mention I went to Banfield and it was a nightmare. They made me feel at ease leaving Jack, and they also called with updates! The Dr. Came in and explained everything and took his time! Thank you everyone at Riverside animal hospital!

Everyone was so nice, accommodating and understanding with my leash reactive dog. They were able to see us same day. I will start bringing my other pups to this hospital

The staff here is really friendly and treats my dog like a member of the family. We brought him in around March as he was doing extremely bad. After a few months of care we seem to have a new dog that aged backwards! Bedsides the service, the prices are very reasonable.

Riverside Animal Hospital has been a major part of my family's pets' lives for over 30 years for a reason. Dana Massey and Dr. Wayne Crance have gone above and beyond to ensure our animals receive/received nothing but the most compassionate, professional and safe veterinary care. The costs for services/surgeries are Also very reasonable. Riverside Animal Hospital has 2 other veterinarians, Dr. Robinson and Dr. Dawson, that further make this the best choice for any pet. Anybody who truly loves and care about their pets' physical and emotional lives should look no further.

We had an emergency with our dog, Sassie. He's been our Vet for years. We were told to bring her in right away. We brought her in on Monday morning. Dr. Crance was able to treat Sassie. With the help of his team, Amanda, Dana, Tracy and everyone else there, our dog is now on the mend. Dr. Crance is an excellent Veterinarian and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and his entire staff. We travel about 35-40 miles for his expertise.

Riverside Animal Hospital has amazing veterinarians! My pets have seen all three. When I had to put down my beautiful, beloved Jack Russell, they were so helpful and kind and patient on my saddest day ever. Later, they sent me a lovely card that had a hand drawing of my girl along with her paw print. (One of the vets beautifully draws animals) I have framed this drawing and it was the most memorable card I received! I highly recommend this place in Coral Springs. UPDATE: I just took my new rescue, a Tibetan Terrier, for a bath. Pepper came back looking fluffy and adorable. He smelled so good, and he was very happy.

Everyone at Riverside Animal Hospital (RAH), from the front desk staff (Tracy, Jennifer, Leanna), vet techs (Dana, Sandy) to their vets (Dr. Crance and Dawson) are kind, compassionate and professional! For the past eight (8) years, I have been driving an hour north just for my dogs' care at RAH because they are the vets I trust. Thank you for always being so kind to my fur-babies!

Same day service if your pet wakes up not feeling right with excellent personal and pet care. They will take the time you need and will advise you of the services your pet truly needs. They are not trying to rush you or over bill you with services not warrented. We Love RAH and trust them with all our pets needs. Thank you from Ivo, Ares and their humans!

Staff welcomed us in quickly even with COVID restrictions. The appointment was for a yearly exam, fecal test, and complete vaccinations; scheduled at 1, and we were out by 1:30. They loved our pup and were just so friendly, sweet, and thorough. Kept us involved in what was going on throughout the whole visit, from exam to pricing. Plus, our dog was in dire need of nail clipping and way behind on shots due to the chaos of life and while I was hesitant, they had zero judgment. All around awesome visit! ????

The staff at Riverside truly care about your pets and make the experience seamless for both the owners and the pets themselves. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of and that your pets health is top priority.

My husband and I are FOREVER GRATEFUL we were lead here today. Our Khloe was experiencing heavy bleeding through the night, and this morning we were in search of a vet to find out what was the problem. What a BLESSING the staff and Dr. Drogan was to our family, even though we were new patients and they were unable to fully service us, Dr. D went above and beyond to help save our Khloe's life by referring us to where the services she needed could be received and all within our financial means. Our furry baby is home recovering and Riverside Animal Hospital has become our new veterinarian office!!!! THANKS TO EVERYONE ????

I have been taking my two dogs here for over 7 years. The staff is very friendly. The Veterinarians are very nice and knowledgeable. My dogs are treated really well there and they are happy and healthy. I like that they do not over prescribe unneeded meds or treatments. I would gladly recommend Riverside Animal Hospital to friends and neighbors.

You couldn't find a better or more caring team to look after your fur babies. Dr. Crance, Dana, Tracey...everyone. We wouldn't go anywhere else. This old girl is alive and doing well because of them.
