The staff was very nice. The doctor seems like she didn't want to hear anything we had to say about what was going on with my dog. My husband was explaining to her about his skin and she just over talked him. We would not go back.

Twice in one year I've seen how this place cares more about money than pet well-being even. There are much better vet offices to give your business and pet care to.

Not a terrible experience but I felt helpless. Their service was not great at all. Everyone had a straight face - nobody was genuinely nice. Wouldn’t come back.

I found Jacaranda Animal Hospital through Groupon for annual vaccines. I ended up going back a few weeks later for an emergency. They were so good to us and worked hard to save our dog. We have used them ever since. They are friendly, knowledgable, compassionate, and fairly priced. I definitely recommend them!

Dr. Mendy is a great and caring Doctor. The staff at Jacaranda are very nice and know what they are doing. The wait time was not too long. He took great care of my Fireball (cat) giving him his annual shots. The groupon was worth it! around $50 for all his annual shots and check up. Unfortunately Fireball had gingivitus and needs a thorough dental cleaning and the treatment was about a couple hundred which I can't afford at the moment. I know the vet I take my dog to does it for about $100 cheaper but I'm going to continue shopping around before deciding who to go with. In any case, Dr. Mendy is great and I'm very glad I took Fireball to him!

Dr. Mendy and his crew are nothing but GREEDY. There was a situation where a client was rushed over to them for an emergency and they were UNSYMPATHETIC to my client and my staff that were just trying to help. We’re not sure what was going on with her because all they could do was hand him a bill and rush him out. IF YOU CARE FOR THE LIVES OF YOUR ANIMALS DO NOT BRING THEM HERE.

I can't find any corporate entity running that hospital! I don't see a name with a Corp or Inc or LLC on their website or terms of service. Sunbiz, the government website to find corporations, cannot find anything by Jacaranda Animal Hospital. Their website has a registration (whois) that is blank. Who are these people? This vet called the police because apparently a 5'4" skinny man cannot calmly talk to a woman over the counter about a billing issue without making her feel unsafe. I didn't raise my voice once or act unusual in anyway. They wanted me gone and played a card to make that happen. They wanted me gone because they brought me in for a free exam special for the first time seeing a dog and my dogs didn't need any paid care. I asked before they saw me at the counter and before they did the exam in the room to ensure nothing extra was being added. They added full exam charges anyway because one my dogs didn't have proof of a bordetella vaccine. They didn't give him any vaccines! Simply for not having it they voided the special and charged me $90 exam charges. Now they won't talk to me and I don't know how to resolve this billing issue. I can't find anyone to contact besides the front desk cashier. Be careful, these people operate like scammers.

Doctor Mendy saved my cat's life. He was supposed to die from a kidney infection, but the doctor made a miracle and he lived.

Rescued 2 puppies my very first dogs this year and took them right to Jacaranda. My girls were found outside and we knew nothing about them. They did a full work up, checking their health, guessing their ages accurately helping them get on a vaccine schedule and answered questions I had as a new dog mom!! They’ve treated my baby girls with such love and compassion every time I come and my puppies actually wag their tails with excitement when they see the doctors. Doesn’t get better than this ????????????

Best Veterinarian you will ever find! Dr. Mendy is very intuitive with the animals and their people. He keeps our aging pets going strong! Delightful staff too!

My family has used Jacaranda Animal Hospital and Dr. Mendy since I was a child and now that I have my own family and pets I wouldn't go anywhere else! It has been 40+ years, and they treat me and my pets like their own family. When one of my dogs suffered a brutal attack from another dog, and was truly on her deathbed, Dr. Mendy and Tiffany honestly saved her life! Five years later she is 16 years old and still going strong. Thank you for your love, support and amazing care for my dogs and cats. ????
