My Bubba has congestive heart failure. Out vet kept pushing for putting him down. Refused to discuss drainage and medication. Was referred to Dr Feinstein. She drained 7lbs of fluid from my boy. We left with heart meds. The difference between yesterday and today is nothing short of a miracle. Bubba did nothing but sleep and would hardly respond. Today he's up, the brightness has returned. He went upstairs to find his daddy, barked at the neighbor, a sound we haven't heard in awhile. While his heart condition isn't going away I have such hope. My Bubba isn't swollen and his tummy is no longer hard but soft and squishy. I cannot thank dr Feinstein enough. While I'm no dr, I'm positive Bubba had days left.

Though we live in another county, we travel to see Dr. Feinstein for all significant procedures and surgeries for our dogs. We trust her judgement and skills implicitly. Her explanations are extremely thorough as well so leave her office having had the experience of excellent veterinary care. Thank you once again, Dr. Feinstein.

So many complaints...first lets talk about the ungodly amount of time they make you wait for your appointment. Last time I was there I waited over 40 mins in my car (Covid) before they even took my dog inside to be seen. Now let’s complain about their price gouging. 1. I was just informed by the vet that they will now be charging $5 per prescription if I don’t get the Rx filled at their office. So for my 3 dogs it will cost an extra $30 yearly just to get their flea and heartguard medication and that’s after spending over $600 on their routine yearly exams. That’s just ridiculous - imagine if your own personal physician started charging you for every Rx they wrote you!! Writing Rx prescriptions is part of annual routine care and to charge extra for them (during a yearly exam no less) is beyond comprehension. 2. Last year I took my dog in for an eye infection and the vet gave me prescription drops, then told me she wanted to give me an extra medicine made from my dogs own blood because it was “old school”. The regular Rx was $5, the “old school” add-on treatment was $40 which she never told me the cost beforehand. Simply she was just padding her bill with extra and really unnecessary medication - the regular Rx was have been enough to take care of the infection. 3. The final straw came on my last visit when all of my dogs we’re scheduled to get their annual exams and shots (which included the Canine flu shot). The first two dogs were charged $40 each for the canine flu shot, no problem. My third dog is a little 4lb chihuahua and we always spread her vaccinations out because of her size, so I was instructed to bring her back the following week to get her canine flu vaccine and they told me there would be no exam charge, just a tech visit since she had just been evaluated. When I came back the following week it was $60 for her canine flu vaccine, and then they told me that she needed to come back in a month for a second round of the canine flu vaccine for another $60. Which made no sense to me as it is a once a year shot. They told me that since they had never given my chihuahua the flu vaccine before she needed two shots (at a cost of $120). Well, that’s just plain old BS. All my dogs had received their canine flu shots EVERY year for 6+ years and this vet had given them all that vaccination the year previous. And why was the vaccination $20 more just one week later? Price gouging and bill padding, plain and simple. There are other nice, honest and really good vets in the area with much nicer facilities that actually charge less $$ ...I recommend you go to them. This vet is NOT worth the $$.

I'd like to write an update to my previous review - it was too harsh as we were very frustrated with the situation. We didn't have issue with the price of the annual check up, the price is pretty competitive with other clinics in the area. Major cause, why we were so upset, was the fact that my husband had to drive to the clinic for the second time just to pickup the prescription, as well as he had to drive to USPS office to mail it (during the Covid19 situation) to the pet pharmacy. Previously all prescriptions from Camelot were approved by phone to the pet pharmacy. Camelot's team should have let us know about the updated policy upfront. Instead of us driving back and forth, "Camelot"s team could have just either approve the subscription via phone or send it to the pharmacy via e-mail (walmart or any other pharmacy, as they won't accept e-mailed prescription from customers, and will accept those only from providers). So, as a clinic, this is a fine place to go, while as a business, they have performance opportunities.

I always brings my dogs Bella & Minnie to go there. Now I just rescued a cat & accident happened with my new cat scratched my dog eye. All staffs had to work late, work over time to save my dog eye. We tried out best to save her eye but unfortunately, it was end up to save her globe instead cause of trauma infection. After 3 months crazy running around the clock with meds, eye drops & appts, now my dog finally is better. I love Dr. Lisa & Dr. Pellicane. Im a crazy animal lover & I trust them. Thanks all your staffs. I wish everybody a warm, happy Christmas & New Year !

Save yourself some time and money. We had a friend recommended Camelot as a vet they had previously used themselves. Not sure where to start on the lack of expertise that we received for our dog. We brought her in a few times over the year and the drs dismissive attitude about what was really wrong with our beloved dog was inexcusable. She continued to recommend drugs to treat a condition that she failed to recognize as a an aggressive cancer. Dr Feinstein continued to tell us that our dog only had a basic dry cough and everything else was fine. This was not the case at all. By the time our dog was diagnosed properly, she only had a week to live. They Also charge you a fee for scripts if your don’t purchase from them Please Don’t make the same mistake we did, find another vet.
