Expert staff and very friendly.

The staff and Dr is excellent always perfect. They are always as accommodating as can be when we have had emergencies pop up.

They're friendly enough, able to handle some nervous pets during a trim, if the dogs dont hate them, they're swell!

We love all of the staff at this location! We bring all 3 of our dogs here and have no complaints. One of the best, if not THE best in the area.

Great vets. I've been to many in the area but they are the best and are incredibly nice to your pets.

Best hospital and doctor in the area ???????? They always try to find time for your babies if you have any problems or emergency.

I have taken my pet to this location in the past and the Doctor and staff were great. Was highly disappointed that when my dog was dying I was told that I would need to make an appointment or take him to one of the emergency hospitals an hour away when they were across the street.

Dr. Wong was terrific and patient with my dog, Molly. Dr. Jones is fantastic and very mild mannered. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat and bring them all there even though I have 3 vets closer.

While a little difficult to schedule due to Covid, they take great care of our pets. Really good Vet!!

Very bad experience, cant be seen anymore for missing a couple of appointments because I told them I was in the hospital with possible covid. I even told them I could provide proof of documentation and they still refused to let my dog be seen. The receptionists and the doctor have no compassion and I think maybe prejudiced towards people of Hispanic descent as I am. I've been a few times with my son and felt uncomfortable with the workers eyeing us as if were from another planet. I highly sont recommend taking your pets unless you want them to throw you out like trash as they did us when they seemed to do so.

Terrible experience. The vet prescribed all at once topical AND oral antibiotics, antihistamines, and steroids for an unknown skin condition on our pet stating it would cover what ever my pet had. When the vet was asked about the overload treatment plan he became defensive retorting about articles I may be reading which never was there ever mention of any articles read. Rather he was unaware that I was a Board Certified Family Practice medical professional and apparently the fact that a “patient” knew what they were talking about caught him off guard. He was shockingly rude and stated he would not treat my pet. Of course not! I wouldn’t want a vet with that kind of mentality. Needless to say we went elsewhere and found that our pet had skin cancer and the medications this vet was prescribing would have aggravated or done nothing for the condition. Educate yourself for your pet’s sake and run away from a vet that does not deal well with your reasonable questions.

I called, need an appointment for my cat cuz he has that issue with the urinary tract getting blocked by eating normal cat food. Need it a new rx for his special food. They told me they are not accepting new patients. Smh. Giving a good review cuz 7 years ago they treated 2 cats of mine and the dr was really nice. One of them he couldn't treat there cuz she needed special treatment and he didn't charge me for his consultation and sent me to a specialist.

They squeezed me in with an emergency. They are compassionate and caring and easy to talk to. Thank you guys????????????

I love Dr.Jones and his whole team here! He's been my vet for several years now, and he's always so compassionate and helpful. He truly loves animals and loves his job. Highly recommended!

I called about getting an appointment and they claim they won’t see any new pets. I’ve never heard of a vet so busy they don’t see new pets. They must really push services and extra costs on their current clients to have no time. I wouldn’t waste time calling this vet.

While I would love to have had my pet seen by someone at this animal hospital they are not taking new clients or walk-ins. They were helpful in giving me referrals for animal hospitals/clinics that would see me. I suggest calling before hand for help.

Our dog has been having seizures. We went here and we were very pleased with Dr. Rebecca and her assistants. She was thorough, professional, and empathetic. She offered three methods of treatment. Hopefully our doggie will be feeling better soon.

Wanted to play cash and the first thing out of the girls mouth was I don't have change. Not the most proffestional way of treating a customer. I had the exact change. She could have lead off with , do your have the exact amount?

This is a great place to take your pets. We take our cats here. The staff is very friendly. They never overcharge for the care they give your pets.
