Been coming here since we relocated. I love the front desk staff, they're always accommodating, but I was definitely not a fan of whoever saw my dog this time. If I wanted attitude I'd find a teenager

The team at Crystal river animal hospital has been nothing short of wonderful to my dog, and to me. The entire staff is super patient and caring with my pit mix who REALLY does not like the vets office. Dr Beverly is so kind and you can tell she really cares about what is going on with your pet. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a good local vet!

I brought my dog in Friday on an emergency... Now, there are different types of emergencies... There is.. my dog ate my stash emergency.. And there is.. my dog is dying emergency.. Unfortunately I was dealing with the latter.. I was told life saving surgery could be done for $700..... but. Ya know.. the surgeon had to catch a plane to go on vacation. I buried my dog Sunday morning. He deserved better.

I brought my dog here a co. worker recommended . I herd them disguising what my dog's diagnosis was and she found nothing! he said to find something. She returned said my dog had the dog flu. Was charged outrageous amout of money for doing nothing .. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

Misquoted on spay and shots, over $100 more. Get it in writing. Other thsn thst and the wait time its a good place to take ur pet.

I have many pets and this place will work with you. Very professional kind people . I have places closer to home and although my pet does not like traveling we do travel the 30 minutes instead of the 3 minutes up the street vet. I like how they treat my fur babies. God bless these people for all there hard work.

We had a slight emergency with our dog's toenail.. We were on vacation and googled vets in the area..Crystal River Animal Hospital had great reviews and they lived up to the expectations. Staff was really great and the price was just right. If we are ever in the area again and need a vet this will be the place we go.

My dog was sick for 3 weeks. I went in as they were the only one to take her. We had to euthanize her as she was in kidney failure. Broke my heart but all staff and vet were great. I brought her home with tears in my eyes and broken heart. I loved my lil girl, Honey Sue! Thank them for seeing her.

These wonderful people are amazing at what they do. Very down to earth willing to help any way they can. Always gets back to me in a timely manner. I was in a spot where i was going to have to surrender my baby due to vet bills i couldn't afford and they helped me pay the bill. I love these guys an i will drive across state just to come here. Best vet office i have ever been to.

So I would give them a 100 stars if I could. Where to begin... 2 years ago on Christmas eve my schnauzer was pooping piles of straight blood.I thought he wouldn't make it through the night. I called ever emergency vet in the area all they wanted was for me to come in, Fletch on the other hand walked me through it and saved our dog. Answered his phone on Christmas day as well and even called back to check on him. From that moment I was like im changing vets. I can't say enough about the Doctors at Crystal River Animal hospital I have sharpei's and from my litters to my personal dogs they take care of them like there own. I had one puppy spike a fever when she went home they answered emergency call for my puppies new family and walked her through till morning when blue peral did nothing but want to charge her 3500 dollars after 6 hours of being there and gave puppy no medicine cause she wouldn't leave puppy. She drove up the next day and will now be making an hour drive to have her animals seen from crystal river animal hospital. Like I said 100 stars the staff in the front to the techs in the back they all are always so kind. I call all the time for appointments and never had one bad experience. I can't thank you enough Dr. DEB for always saving my babies from one emergency to the next! ????❤
