We found a kitten and bought her in for a wellness check. We got to meet Yana, Matthew and Dr. Garner. I've never owned a cat and had so many questions regarding this new kitten. Matthew and Yana were open to answering every single question I had. They were informative and gave me so many tips. They made the visit comfortable for myself and our new kitten. Matthew is an extremely thorough tech!

I can't thank Dr. Garner and Mathew enough for taking care of our puppy. They acted quickly, professionally, with a lot of care and compassion when we had to bring our puppy in for an emergency check up resulting in a surgical procedure. They took great care of our baby, and were open and straight forward about everything that was happening. They also managed to calm us down and ensure that everything was going to be ok. We were very lucky and extremely fortunate that this team took care of us.

The vet here has done a great job with my cats and handle my cats with care.

I visited this clinic for the first time today with my new puppy. I honestly have nothing but positive remarks. The staff is so courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Starting with Renata at the front desk to the assistant Summer finally Dr. Gardner. I will definitely continue bringing mt new baby here.

I have been bringing my puppy here since day one and I haven't felt the need to search for any other place. The entire staff and vet are super friendly and understanding and always remember you. They know what they are doing and super clean. My dog loves it there.

Matthew is probably one of the coolest and nicest people I've ever met. Great service overall, I'm releived they helped my dog and showed tremendous empathy.

Horrible service if you need to follow up on anything. They loose stool samples and if you ever have something where they say “we will follow up with you”, good luck cause this will never happen. I have them a try since they were so close to my house but never again. I have been there 3 times and each time it’s just a money grab. I have done skin graphs and they never called me back I had to calm them. I dropped off stool samples and they lost it. Again and again no follow up at all. Never again!!!!!!

Our first day with our new puppy and Matthew was amazing!! He answered our million questions, helped lay out all the information in the easiest format for us to keep all of it straight so we can ensure the best possible care for our new family member. He was so patient, informative, and fun!! Will definitely continue to come back for all our puppy needs.

I have a 12lb Chihuahua mix breed who just turned 9 years old a few weeks ago. I needed to have my babyboy receive help with removing a neck collar that became twisted on my little one and little to my surprise i had no idea that it caused so much problem to him. I knrw he were in pain but didn't realize it caused his skin to become infected. God sent me Nik & Carolyn to help me friends now family to hercules & i. Immediately they rushed us to PetCo in Deerfield beach location off Hillsboro and powerline rd. Needless to say i had not been there for at least a year or more i had no idea that there's now a Vet Care there OMGOODNESS how awesome to see thisthe Staff there were Amazing cutting off that collar from my baby. Unfortunately i were advised there were no Vet on duty and advised i go to the Coral Springs location. They were Awesome they took photo's so the location would be ready to assist I've gotta say once we arrived the younglady in the front desk VERONICA WAS SO SUPPORTIVE UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL, then i meet MATTHEW OMGOODNESS when he came in i thought he was the Vet becauuse of his way of bei g so FRIENDLY CALMING UNDERSTANDING HELPFUL AND SMILING THAT SMILE THROUGH HIS MASK WAS SO REASSURING TO A STRESSFUL SITUATION. MATTHEW MADE SUCH AN AWESOME IMPRESSION I THOUGHT HE WERE THE VET & WAS SHOCKED HE WASN'T. Once the actual vet walked in she didn't acknowledge my babyboy at all like MATTHEW did nor come across being CARING COMPASSIONATE NOR HELPFUL. instead she gives me meds to give my babyboy by myself and walks out. I couldn't believe it she treated me as if my 12lb Chihuahua and i were so unwelcomed. I and my family couldn't believe how she acted so cold not willing to help at all. Advising things that had no real sufficient to the current issue. I also need hercules my Chihuahua to have his nails trimmed his Anal Glands cleaned i literally had to beg her for the Next Huard she refused to give me the Heart Guard. And after this mind you it had been at least 2 hours i had been there with no help from this woman who wasn't caring or helpful at all. WHY is she a vet. I STRONGLY ASK THAT MATTHEW BE THE NEW VET THERE OMGOODNESS ALL FURBABIES WOULD LEAVE HAPP HELPED AND SATISFIED as for the PawParents they would be so relieved and stress free . Sebastian who assited MATTHEW tried helping both were told by vet no helping my 12lb Chihuahua until he's learned how to respond to a clicker. I WANT TO SAY I THANK YOU FOR HIRING MATTHEW VERONICA & SEBASTIAN THEY ARE AWESOME REPRESENTATIVES TO THE MULTIMILLION ORGANIZATION. THESE THREE PEOPLE HELPED MY BLOOD PRESSURE TO STAY CALM MATTHEW ADVISED ME TO GO BACK TO PETCO/VET on Sunday next day to actually get the Help i needed to get for my little one on Saturday. Mind you I HAVE NO CAR AND THE COST OF UBER IS STEADILY GROWING EXPENSIVE. MATTHEW WENT ABOVE AND THE CALL OF DUTY TO TRY TO RESOLVE MY BABYBOYS NEEDS. Kiara and Matthew were both amazing and made a stressful situation so much better. They went above and beyond our expectations and we are going to be coming back for any future pet issue we run into. They were sweet and helpful. Matthew has an incredible bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable. We recommend them to all our friends.

For my first vet visit with my kitten the staff was very helpful and informative as to what I needed to do for my kitten Loki. I’m glad they where able to help and I’ll be making more future appointments through them.

Always friendly and very helpful. Answered all of my questions. Came in for vaccine today and was in and out in 20 minutes. (The only reason that I didn’t rate 5 stars, is on their busy days I’ve had to wait longer than an hour or two.)

First time here is everything when well

I recently took my dog in for diarrhea and vomiting and this location was able to book me right away. Halfway there I became nervous because something told me I may be spending hundreds that night (my fear was over $400). Nonetheless, I went. The front staff and tech were great, however what I was told “needed” to be done and what I had to pay was unacceptable. I made it clear money was an issue and that I needed to do only what was absolutely necessary and what they deemed such was “everything” and my dog won’t even take the human pills they prescribed. He ended up getting better after a couple days and ONLY needed something to help him with the nausea and diarrhea. But I spent almost $900 to get blood work and X-rays done that we’re inconclusive anyway. The take home meds were garbage because I couldn’t even use them. They text me to check up and when I responded I never heard back from whoever reached out. I was extremely upset and could not do anything because I wouldnt just walk out and not pay for it, but having lost my job and being unemployed for a few months made the unnecessary $1000 for a whole bunch of unnecessary things that much more painful, lol guess my kids didn’t need groceries this month. The two stars was for the booking and nice demeanor of the staff, but doing things just for money is unethical so I will not be returning. A little honesty goes a long way and could have benefitted this family a lot more than robbing us of almost $900.

I was very pleased with this visit! Matthew Mateo is knowledgeable and was able to explain what was going on with my dogs very clearly! I recommend him to everyone!
