I have had my dog for one and a half years. This is my third try at finding great service. The two previous tries at other practices left me feeling very uncertain. My friend recommended this office and I am so happy she did. Dr Dell was thorough, caring and.knowledgable She even called me after to give me a code to give the pharmacist for the medication she prescribed. The other medications they filled as I waited. I feel very confident that we have found our forever Vet!

Everyone there was extremely pleasent to talk to. I have never been here before, I scheduled my kitten to get fixed and everyone treated me so kindly for a first time visit. The vet and vet tech were in love with my kitten and I am happy they were there to give him attention while he was stuck there to be fixed. I plan to go back in the future with my other cats for their yearly checkups. You can clearly see the people who work here genuinely love animals.

Recently adopted an adult cat and she developed itchy ears. Brought her to see Dr. Dell. Am extremely happy with the care given to my Stormie! Her ears were cleaned and medicated, nails clipped, and all her shots were given her, and blood work done. She's feeling much better now. Thank you.

I picked this place out off of other reviews so thought I’d add mine. My shih tzu was a frequent boarder here and the staff truly seemed to enjoy her. Dr. H offered thorough geriatric care for my childhood cat and also dealt with my fresh younger tabby ???? I truly appreciated the staff.

First time new customer and I’m super happy with the care provided. my dog typically is not too thrilled about going to the vet but for some reason during his first visit there was happy and excited to be there. He literally had a smile on his face. Also , it was the first vet visit where I didn’t have to leave my pet behind and drive off which made me feel better. The Dr and staff were all really nice and professional. animal care is not cheap in general but they are transparent about the cost from the get go and set expectations. My dog came out from his visiting looking so happy and great. Usually he would look groggy coming home from any other vet visit. I appreciate the care provided for my baby. They are also open on the weekends which is so convenient and easy to schedule appts with , always answer the phone etc.

Apparently you can't have a heartworm test because they couldn't take you a few months ago? Now, I can't even purchase medicine for my animals and I have went their for years with all my pets. The staff is rude and just wants money.

I am happy that the Covid-19 restrictions have relaxed and Ramblewood now allows us to come inside with our pet. Dr. Dell called me on Saturday (after I brought my dog in on Friday for xrays and bloodwork) to discuss the lab results and what we should do next. Prior to this I only used Ramblewood once for the normal yearly vaccinations. I was using Vetco at Petco for years but not happy with the staff there and so far I am very pleased with Dr. Dell and staff. I honestly was surprised with this being a holiday weekend that I would get a phone call on Saturday and not Tuesday when it was over.

For years Ramblewood Animal hospital has taken care of my Wheaten Terrier until his passing. Since the end of January we have a new puppy and of course I continued using their service. The staff is caring, patient, answers every question I have. They also board pets. My late dog was always excited going to "Doggie Camp". I would really recommend Ramblewood Animal Hospital. They care for your pet.

Omg! I love this place! I had been searching for a long time for a good place to bring my Bicon Frise, Leo. I had been taking him to a retail chain veterinarian and paid so much money for their so called "medical plan", which is only a discount plan. Ramblewood is a complete game changer. I decided to get my dog neutered and was not happy with the vet service at the big chain. I contacted Ramblewood and they were very friendly and patient from the beginning. I explained my concerns to the staff and they were very empothetic and gave me literature to read about the neutering process. Dr. Tabitha Hannaka called me and explained everything to me in detail and stayed on the phone with me until all of my questions were answered. I must say that Leo did not show any signs of pain or issues after the procedure and the incision healed very well. We finally found a good home for Leo's medical care! Thank you so much Dr. Hannaka and staff for your wonderful service and care.

The entire staff is kind, patient and courteous including the doctor. They’re been great for our Rottweilers and took care of them for 12 years and now our Bulldog. They have groomed them and boarded them as well. The doctor is thorough and we can always rely on her diagnosis and instinct. Highly recommend this animal hospital. They are also COVID conscious taking all the precautions.
