Great care and love for the animals.

Took my baby Mia to them. Even though she was in a pretty bad state and emergency vets had me waiting in the car for hours, the doctor here took in my dog in no later than 10 minutes and gave her much needed meds. She is now doing a lot better.

The new veterinarian, Dr.Kesseru, is extremely knowledgable and explains everything in detail. She is one of the best veterinarians in town. The receptionist, Elizabeth, and the nurses , Roberto, Jesus, and Carol, are so attentive and kind. Despite the stress with the new hospital transition and COVID protocols, they continue to give quality care to their patients. Highly recommend Miami Animal Hospital!

They are amazing!! I called because my cat Anubis needed some medication and they went above and beyond to help my baby. I'm very grateful for their staff and the Dr who helped my baby very fast. I would definitely take my pets again to this hospital!

I HAD A 5 DTAR REVIEW FOR THIS CLINIC AND YOU CAN READ IT DOWN BELOW. SADLY, all of that is gone and the new staff is horrible! Be careful! I WANTED TO REMIVE ALL THE STARS BUT IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO! This is hands down the best veterinary clinic in Miami! The team is amazing, from the front staff to the vets and everyone in between, there is no complaint. María, in the front desk, for example, knows all clients by name and their pet’s name, is proactive in getting things done and shows her care and attention to detail. Dr. Tejedor, just to mention one of them because I could write praises for them on and on, us a perfectionist and when I leave my pest there for treatment, I can turn my back at rest knowing that they are receiving the best possible care and attention! If there were 100 stars to give they would get them from me and hundreds of satisfied clients through the years!

I totally recommend bringing your pet to this clinic. Staff was super friendly and professional. Currently they offer curb side service because of the pandemic. Which was super convenient. Doctor was great and took his time explaining my dogs treatment plan.

Did not honor my appointment time took almost 2.5 hours and very expensive.

The care for animals seemed high, and the doctor did what he could to keep his costs low. The only reason I didn't give 5 is because I had to wait in my car while the doctor was at lunch. He's gotta eat, I get that, I just wish he would've given the staff what they needed to wrap up our appointment because I lost an additional 2 hours of work, for a total of 5 hours sitting in the lot.

My experience is a clinic that, whenever I go, is clean, very organized, and service is the most The members of the clinic are very cordial and know how to treat the animals. Although minor snafus were encountered the staff and doctor did their best to make amends and helpful suggestions. These things happen during a pandemic. Sometimes you have to be a little flexible and go with the flow. They are always professional and good with my doggie. I appreciate everything that they have done and continue doing.

I needed medications for my beagle right away. I called them that same day and within minutes they had the medications ready for pickup. The staff is always very kind, friendly, professional and reliable. Even with an emergency refill. Thank you Dr. Stark and the Miami Animal Hospital staff.

I have been coming to this vet since I got Kai in my life about 5 years ago, and it has been the most wonderful experience every time. Yes, as everywhere, it is pricey, but you get what you pay for. Dr. Stark is always available to answer any question I may have and is extremely professional and honest. And the girls in the front desk? Amazing! Dr. Stark has always made Milo and Penny Lane feel like family and have always taken great care of them. Hit doesn’t matter what may be going on, he always treats them like his only patients and performs extremely thorough assessments and always gives us an answer. The techs are also incredible, particularly Jesus who always makes our pets feel as comfortable as they can at the vet. Maria is an amazing presence in the office who not only knows exactly what is going on, but also takes the time to remember details about our pets that show that she cares. We recommend Miami Animal Hospital to everyone!!!

The doctor is great. The girls in the front are great and the the technicians are great. My boy gunner likes the doctor and everyone that works there. Yes a little bit on the pricey side but the service is great!

My experience with Miami Animal Hospital has always been amazing. Dr. Stark and his staff are very knowledgeable. I live in Cutler Bay and don't mind the drive because I know my dogs are always going to get best care.

We took our small (19 lb) Bichon male dog for a check up due to a slight limp from his hind left leg and we thought to take him in to make sure nothing serious was happening. Due to Covid-19, I had to wait in the car while an assistant took him inside to do the medical check up. Dr. Stark called me to advise that he had performed a medical check and found no issues but gave him a shot for the pain and gave us some pills for the inflammation and asked to see how he did in a week. The next day our dog could barely walk and his leg was worst then ever so who know what the Dr. Stark or the medical assistant did but in reality he came out much worse than when we took him in. I filled out a survey giving them a very poor review. The front desk assistant called me a couple of days later to ask why the poor review so I explained the situation and she passed me over to the office manager (Yami). I proceeded to explain Yami the situation again and her response was to advise that they only do A+ service and that she was sorry that I was not satisfied with the service. She then asked if I wanted to take him back for another medical exam without offering a refund for the visit or free follow up examination. We are never going back to this veterinarian office! Do not take your pet to this place! It is not worth taking the chance on them providing malpractice on your pet and then take your money just like it happened to us!

I have used the services of Miami Animal Hospital since it opened. Many of the pets I have owned have been treated there and I continue to use them. I am very pleased with the doctors and the staff, specially Maria. In my opinion, Dr. Stark is one of the best veterinary doctors In the Miami area. Yes, I have and will recommend Miami Animal Hospital to family and friends.

Excellent place to take the dog I been going there for 17 year

I have taken my pet Honey to Miami Animal Hospital since 2010 when my she was only a puppy. I have nothing, but good things to say about this place. When you enter, you immediately notice how clean the place is. No matter how busy they are, you are always greeted with a smile from the ladies in the front desk. I am very grateful for Maria because since day one, she has been an angel both to my family and Honey. She is kind, sweet and goes beyond to help you out. The doctors are excellent, very knowledgable and have a big heart. They have never given up on Honey, on the contrary, they do everything possible to find the best treatments for her. Last, but not least, the techs are all awesome! I HIGHLY recommend Miami Animal Hospital.

The staff at the front desk is very nice and knowledgeable. They answer all of your questions and treat your dog like if it was there own. They are very honest and helpful and will work with you to acomódate you with an appointment that will work for you. They will not try to sell you something your dog doesn’t need. The place is very clean and smells good. I would definitely recommend Miami Animal Hospital to all my friends and family.
