Prices are different from what they have on the website. Took my puppy here and they did not do a thorough job at all. Would expect a better outcome for the price I paid.

So first of all, I’m not the type to leave a bad review on a place but I feel like this needs to be shared. I have a short hair Himalayan Persian, which I’ve taken him before to get fully groomed by a a different lady and everything we asked to be done was achieved. Recently I took him back for a full groom and there was a man(not sure the name) doing him this time. We had showed him pictures of what we wanted from his last haircut and said “just a trim on his hair and a rounder face”. We told him he had a few small Mats by his armpit so he said he would shave by the armpit that’s all which we didn’t mind cause that’s something they usually do. He then preceded to say “so a lion cut?” Which we responded no definitely not a lion, we would like it just like the picture. We even tried to clarify with the lady at the front desk to make sure it was not a lion cut and she did nothing. After picking him up, we noticed he fully gave him a lion cut. We called for refund and just keep getting the same answer that the owner isn’t available. This is just horrible customer service and I wouldn’t go again. I still want a refund!!! Pics below for proof. The two on the left is what we wanted and showed, and on the right is what we got….

This is the worst salon ever. I have a Pomsky who is very fluffy and I came home with a naked dog. Due to having some mats they couldn’t remove/ I would’ve rather took my dog somewhere else or took the mats off myself, they shouldn’t have done what they did. My poor husky won’t be able to go into the sun due to them literally balding him. Plus they charged me EXTRA FOR just shaving him. They charged me extra and his nails are horribly cut, every time he jumps up on me he cuts me. he has red spots all over him from the razor. If I could leave no stars I would. Save ur time and money and go somewhere else.

Took my puppy here on 2142021. The front desk rep was very friendly, however the groomer Lucy did not do such a good job. My puppy nails are uneven, his hair was cut uneven. And because my puppy bites when he’s afraid or have anxiety I don’t think she was too nice to my dog. Lastly, I didn’t even get the groomer I requested. Won’t be returning.

I can’t say enough good about everyone here! They did amazing job shaving and bathing my 2 cats. They are gentle with the animals and I’m so happy to find someone that does cats. There was a mixup with my pet carrier and they brought mine to my home. Who does that? Excellent customer service and really nice people!! ????

I wish I could give them a zero star or below. I dropped off my handsome model/emotional support fur baby and omg, I even cried when I saw him, he looked terrible like he was sick or something, he looked nothing like my baby. I paid because I didnt have the time to take proper legal actions and not pay them. Besides that horrible haircut, I paid $15 on groupon with the value of $30, but instead I got a full grooming service for $60, because I asked Rob if that will help with the shedding and he said YES, he will not shed, however when I put him on my lap he was already shedding and I told Rob, however, Rob only deducted the $15 I paid on groupon instead of the $30 value. They didnt grant any discounts for using groupon, any other business that I delt with through groupon, they follow the value of the purchase made through groupon, so basically I paid regular price for a service that impacted me emotionally and made me even cried. He actually saw me crying when I first saw my baby. I asked him for any type of discount (10%,15%,25%) since he couldn't honor the groupon value of $30 and I wasn't satisfied AT ALLLLLLLL!!! We are traveling on Thursday and my doggie will be meeting some family members and an agency and he looks horrible, a totally different Rony. And the guy (Rob) said no and I told him I felt I was entitled to it and I was obviously not satisfied and he didnt give me anything, he said he has to pay his GROMMERRRRRSSSSS!!!! And he said that he sees that I freaked out out about everything, like mmmmm yes that's why he is an emotional support because we had major emotional traumas and we are sensitive. But yes NEVER AGAIN!! oh and I even brought Ronys treats and shampoo, so they didnt even used theirs. And the haircut was HORRIBLLLEEEEEEEE!!!! I called groupon but they were closed due to COVID-19, but I will send them an email and follow up with them to report this place, because they didn't honor my groupon value and if it wouldn't be for groupon they wouldn't gained my business, there are a lot of grooming places on groupon, so I couldve went elsewhere. I feel like they tricked me and I was forced to give them my business and I am sure they have to have some type of contract with groupon they have to follow for them to put them on their deals. And I also told Rob that and still didnt do anything about it. Something for MY FAMILY DURING THIS PANDEMIC. They showed me they are all about their money and not customer relations or satisfaction. I know a business is a business, but in United States customer satisfaction and a little discount wont hurt a business. Especially now that they can apply for the SBA and get money for the time they were closed. So I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, AND I WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION. Messed up my whole spirit about this trip! ????????????????????????????♀️????♀️????♀️????????????????????????

My Mac is very old now, and as a rescue from an abusive home, he is aggressive with strangers. After explaining all that and dropping Mac off, i was hoping for the best, but expecting the worst. They did such a great job with Mac, i got him back tail wagging and happy! The gentleman who helped us made recommendations i’m so glad he made— Mac’s other groomers never made them. Shampoodles is Mac’s groomer now. Thanks for making his “golden years” a little more comfortable. By the way, i found you shortly after reopen from the corona scare. You were busy, Mac didn’t have an appointment, you were straight forward with realistic expectations, AND you over-delivered on your promises. And Mac loved you. That’s the most important thing. Thank you!

Conveniently close to my house. Great price for a monthly fee for unlimited bathes. They also do grooming, haircuts, nail clipping services too. With an appoinment they are fairly quick and through. Morning time is better. One of the groomers found my dog had an ear infection and was able to spot it. Very proffesional and I recommend it for all kinds of dogs.

Love the job they did on my Yorkie Blaki , definitely recommend! They no what type of hair cut suits your dog and the treat your pet as if it was there own pet

They do not do well with new customers.not pet friendly.. If your dog is nervous with new environments and needs friendly professional to make you dog feel welcome and comfortable with change in groomer this is NOT the place
