Pets Playground Grooming Pompano Beach, Florida

Today was Molly and Jackson's first visit to Pet's Playground Grooming and they definitely approve! Lilliana and Lyndsay were very welcoming, professional, and friendly! They and the students did a great job beautifying Molly and Jackson - thank you so much! We are looking forward to coming back!

My daughter brought her dog and when she picked him up, he couldn’t walk for three days and there was a cotton ball found in his ear the next day! I should have known better as they used to use dry shampoo on my dog instead of washing him and they never told me!! Definitely a place to avoid

I just graduated from this fantastic grooming school yesterday! I highly highly recommend going to this school if you would like to learn how to groom. Small classes with lots of one on one instruction when needed . All of the people that work there are super nice and all around fantastic and great people. Thank you so so much to pets playground for helping me get to where I am today! I can’t thank you guys enough! I will miss seeing all you guys a couple times a week!????

They do a great job on my Labradoodle! She gets many compliments about her gromming and she always get excited when we gets there. Jimmy and Michelle are friendly and I really recommend this place.

Spotted this place from federal and I’m glad I did. My dog got a full spa treatment and came out happy as can be. Staff was friendly and was easy to navigate the options on the website. I will bring my dog back.

THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!!!!! I brought my dog to them on A Saturday morning at 10am. The man told me my dog might take a while so therefore he should be calling me at 5pm the latest to pick up my dog. So at 5pm I see I never got a call but I waited thinking maybe that they were doing a really good job on my puppy and taking there time on him but I see 6:30pm came and I STILL DIDN'T GET A CALL! So I called them and was getting no answer. I googled what time they close and it say 5pm and so I’m just started blowing up there phone to see if I can get someone. STILL NO ANSWER !!!! So I had to go to sleep without knowing where my puppy was or was doing ....the next morning I woke up and went straight there and see that they are close on Sunday’s sooo that made me More angry and worried. I called police but they were no help cause they couldn’t get in contact with no one either ..so now I have to go another night without my puppy ????????... I don’t know if my puppy was being feed or taken care of !!!

I couln't be more happier! My yorkie looks so so cute and really liked Jimmy, he is a ''pro'" and most important he ''loves'' what he does and it shows! I love that you come to us no long wait for pick up. I will be using this groomer from now on! Highly recommend! Service was priceless thank you!

I brought my 16 year old dog in for grooming and we had an excellent experience. Everyone was super nice and professional- from the front desk to the instructor. He came out clean, happy and looking great! We highly recommend!

I love this place! I have been bringing my little Shih-Poo for about 7 years now. I adopted an American Eskimo three years ago as well. They both enjoy getting their "groom on" together. Michelle runs a great grooming business. She makes it affordable and convenient to have the luxury of having both my boys done on a regular basis now. The groomer Jamie always does a great job and my little one loves him. The dogs aren't stuck in a cage during their visit there, they are allowed to walk around and socialize if they are well behaved. I highly recommend them to any one that really cares for their fur babies. I always feel they are in the best of care there! Keep up the excellent service Michelle!

I took my pup here other than taking him to pet supermarket. This service was amazing! My dog was super clean and her coat was super soft, he also seemed very very happy. Compared to his anxious self at pet supermarket. Definitely take your dogs here, they know what they’re doing!

I wanted to take the time out to compliment this business, first off, the customer service is excellent. I have never had a bad experience with them. We have been using them for well over a year now. When I call to make an appointment they go out of their way to accommodate us immediately. The prices are excellent and our dogs always looks great. I have used both their mobile service and I have been in their salon and dropped my dogs off, we are always greeted with a smile, and my dogs run in to play with the other dogs. Their salon always smells great and is very clean. I have recommended them to several of my neighbors and they have taken their dog to them as well and they thanked me, because they had a great experience with them as well. My one neighbor now uses their mobile and my other neighbor drops her dog off on the way to work and picks her up on her way home, she said she is so glad I told her about this groomer and that she started using them.

I highly recommend this groomer in Pompano Beach. I have been bringing my dogs here for over 10 years. I felt it was time to write a review because they always provide excellent service, they always treat my dogs like gold, and since I have been a customer for so long I felt it was time to show some appreciation. First off, The grooms have always been consistent and the prices have always been low. Second, the girl at the front has always been nice and very helpful when my dog has had an ear infection or a skin issue. She always informs me and gives me tips on how to prevent or treat these issues. I have recommended many of my neighbors and friends and they say the prices at this groomer are 10-15 dollars cheaper than their old groomer and the groom is just as good or better than their old groomer. If you want a groomer that truly cares about what they do and that are well trained in their field. I suggest bringing them to Pets Playground. They truly care and I could not be happier.
