You were there for us when we had to make the difficult decision to let our boy Knox go and when Harley became I'll just a few weeks later you worked hard to help us find a way to get her better. It's been a rough road, but thanks to you, Harley is better and we are looking forward to getting more time together. Thank you for helping our family. We are so grateful for everything you do.

$367.00 - $395.00 for an ear infection. Went to another Vet and total was $120.00 which included the exam, cleaning his ears, two different medications, and cutting his nails.

If you love your pets, please consider finding other vet services. This location has significantly gone down hill and is only interested in charging as much as possible.

Horrible experience!!! Would not recommend going somewhere that is so stringent with the rules! We get our dog's prescription food delivered to our house and she finished her last bag a couple days early before the new bag is set to be delivered. I drive all the way up from Orlando, because this is the closest location and I was denied the ability to get her a small bag. They said they had to see the dog. I didn't have her with me at the time. I have no food at home. She is a German Shepherd with a very sensitive stomach and now I must be forced to deal with her digestive problems of switching her to something else for a few days and then back! This is making me sick to my stomach that I must force my dog to go through this suffering through no fault of her own! Horrible service! I will now be taking my dog elsewhere!

I love this Vet Clinic! They treat Kaos with such kindness and care. They are always so thorough and make sure you are given all of the information you need. I will never go to another vet.

We went through a few vets before we finally found the Clermont Animal Hospital. The staff are so amazing! They genuinely care for our rescue dogs and give them the attention they need. Even when they’re acting like big babies!

The employes have been helpful in times of good health and compassionate in times of heartache. I highly recommend them.

The best vets and staff ever

$300 dollars for an annual with full shots, heart worm test, and fecal... Wow.

My cat was sick and they got me in to see the Veterinarian the same day I called! They all take great care of thier clients and thier client's fur babies! I would totally recommend Clermont Animal Hospital!

A truly wonderful place! Dr. Pulido and the staff was terrific. It was a pleasure to be there.

Called for advice on a 4 week old kitten, who overnight went from great to v sick, weak and dying, was told cant give any advice over the phone(guess if they cant bill you for it.....) Call this an animal care facility? I had no experience of care whatsoever.

This is a mixed review. The staff I have dealt with on all visits as well as on the phone were nice. My current issue lies with the wellness check-up I had taken my dog for on 5/20/20. It was supposed to be a "head-to-tail" check. My dog had developed some eye growth on both eyes (looks like Pannus) within the past 2-4 months. This should have been caught on the wellness visit, but I am being told that my dog's eyes checked out fine on the day of the visit. This is a family dog and the redness in her eyes was there before the visit. I did not bring this up on the visit because I forgot, that was my fault and I get it. Also, I was not allowed in for the visit due to the policy regarding the current pandemic, this is understood, but maybe that might have made the difference in bringing that issue up to the vet. My next issue is that now I have to pay for another visit just to have her eyes checked. My dog's eyes should have been checked initially during her wellness visit and I feel this did not happen as claimed. I really do wish that your office would be more considerate than telling me that it took me 11 days to call back regarding this issue and work with me. Maybe, the wellness check wasn't as thorough as it could have been and my dog's eye issue was overlooked. Even after having sent an email with pictures of my dog's eyes this morning, I asked the office manager this afternoon if the Vet had seen the pictures, she sounded clueless about the email and said that she (office manager) was downloading them at that same moment. Leads me to believe that the Vet never saw the pictures. I am upset! I liked your office and trusted Clermont Animal Hospital with my dogs health! I swallowed the fact that you overcharged me as much as 170% on some of my dogs prescriptions. Maybe my expectation were too much!

If I could rate this office 0 stars I would. Took my puppy this morning to get a health check to approve his scheduling of his neuter appointment for the fall. We were very clear on the point of this visit. They wanted to give him a ton of shots even though he’s fully caught up on boosters. Had him for under 5 min and charged $60. Puppy came out acting confused and disoriented. Vet talked about all the shots he needed but never mentioned neutering. Afterwards said we had to book blood work and left not scheduling neutering. After leaving, I called 4 times to speak to someone for answers of what the heck happened and answers to my disappointment and was hung up on 4 times. Never called back to schedule neutering so we will take our business elsewhere. I also plan on calling the licensing bureau to report then for scamming clients. Talked to my breeder that said vets do this to take as much money as possible from you. Find somewhere else!!!!!!!!

Dr.Bork is my hero. I love it here, my dogs all love it here. Is a bit pricey.

We switched from another local vet to Clermont Animal hospital after hearing horror stories from friends about my old vet. Within a week after our first visit, our puppy's skin condition cleared up and he has been happier than ever. The staff at Clermont Animal Hospital are very thorough and show true compassion for our pet. I am glad we switched and highly recommend them.

The Veterinarian, Vet techs and assistants are all wonderful and caring. I had to rate lower because of the receptionist, because of COVID you can’t just go into reception you have to park and call, well after 10 minutes of calling trying to get into your dying animal and getting voicemail we tried the doors which are locked and knocking with the response “I’m on the phone!”. Thankfully a young man came to the door and asked what’s wrong and showed some empathy towards us. I won’t bring any of our other animals back if that woman is still behind the desk or there is a better more efficient COVID procedure in place.

A nice friendly staff, with great vets! They are very accommodating and love the animals.

They got my pet in immediately and were very compassionate in his care. Also explained everything very well to me.

The staff was very professional and courteous. Our dog had a bad cough and they were able to get us in for an appointment the same day I called. We did not have to wait long (maybe 5 minutes?) in the waiting room and the doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone treated us very kindly and we were in and out within about 35-40 minutes.

They are so kind and caring. Our dog was saved by all of the wonderful people in this hospital.

They listened to what our concerns were and they took excellent care of our German Shepherd.

If I could give more stars I would. The staff and doctors here offer a very caring and personal care unlike any other vet I've been to. Losing my Boxer was one of the hardest things I have ever gone through but the people here couldn't of done a better job at making this transition in my life as good as it did. I will definitely be back when me and my family find another furry family member to adopt.
