Staff is friendly and attentive. I’ve never had to wait long here. Having been to another (cheaper) vet in the area, I can say you get what you pay for - and it’s worth every penny here! I like how we can call anytime and a vet tech can answer any of our questions.

My pup was well cared for! In and out and feeling much better! Caring staff and the dr. Came out and kept me informed.

This was our family vet growing up, and now that I'm living back in town, I'm happy to see the new(er) vets are just as great. Dr. Chad helped us keep our very sickly kitty comfortable and recently helped us make the decision to end her suffering. The whole experience was as comfortable as such an occasion could be. Also, every person I've dealt with at the desk has been kind and very helpful. It always seems like they know who I am when I call, they're so on top of things. Prices are also not outrageous like some vets.

The best around. Oreo, my miniature Schnauzer, loves Dr. Jaclyn! They always take care of my little pup and the staff is super sweet. Thank you again for all that you guys do!

I cannot express how amazing this vet is. Extremely thorough and their love for animals is beyond apparent. Our doberman had a large foreign object in his intestines and needed surgery. We showed up without an appointment and they took him in right away despite having several other surgeries scheduled. They even kept him overnight so we wouldn't have to take him to an emergency clinic and kept up with him for the next few following days. They did all this at a very reasonable price, too. Doctor Bucky went way out of his way for us and our Vader and we will be forever grateful. We won't be going to any other vet from here on.

I can’t say enough good things about them. I found them after looking for a new vet when my previous vet told me that gagging and some of the other symptoms my cat was having were “just him” and made me feel like a crazy pet parent when I kept bringing it up. And thank god I trusted my gut because I was right and it wasn’t “just him”. I saw a review that said North Orange went an extra mile to find out what’s wrong with your pet when other vets won’t and it’s true, Dr. Chad went above and beyond what I’ve ever had a vet do before. He stood outside with me for about 30+ mins and explained everything to me after doing a very thorough exam and confirmed that all the symptoms were actually something. He was really knowledgeable and made sure everything I brought up was taken care up before I left. He listed all the options I had and made me feel like I had the right to choose what route to take! Didn’t make me feel in any way pressured to choose the most expensive one, he said I can try the cheapest way first; to just give him medicine and then if that doesn’t help then we can go on to do something more costly. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a vets office, and both the staff and doctor’s can't get enough praise and “thank you’s” from me.

Very efficient very friendly and on time!

I found North Orange Animal Hospital at least 3 years ago. I drive 30 minutes each way because Dr. Bucky is so skilled, practical and caring. He remembers each pet and uses that recall as new issues develop. Pricing is reasonable. Couldn't be happier with their care for dogs and cats.

I'm a new customer from 1st contac to end of visit was great in between setting up appt. End appt. They called on day of appointment they were not only professional but all wee very friendly they treated Dixie and Spotty as if they wee their own even my fur babies wanted to stay I give them a 10

I just moved here and had to find a vet due to my dog having a problem. Dr. Bucky took excellent care of my dog even though I was a new patient and covid is getting worse in the area. They took precautions and put the health of the animal first. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. My animals have a great place for all their health needs. Hope I find a doctor half as good for myself.

I’ve been looking for a practice for quite some time that could handle my nervous/reactive rescue dog. When I saw that Dr. Jaclyn was fear-free certified I felt confident in bringing my crazy Daisy here. They’ve been super helpful in working with me and my behaviorist to get my girl feeling healthy and happy. The technicians and front desk staff are always kind and helpful.

They have been very attentive to my senior 3 legged cat who is having problems with degenerative arthritis. My cat is comfortable and I feel confident in their ability to manage his condition going forward. As an added bonus, their prices are reasonable to average for the area for the services we've had so far.

We absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing and friendly and I know my pups are in good hands when they come here. I firmly believe that Dr Jaclyn saved my dog's life by looking into some numbers that were only a little off and usually overlooked. She helped us identify his thyroid cancer early and we managed to get it resolved with surgery and radiation treatment quickly. We trust her and the North Orange Animal Hospital staff completely. Five stars.

I love this animal hospital. They took my senior cat for a last minute appointment with a UTI. We just moved up here from South Orlando so our old vet is too far to drive with my cat. The vet Dr Jaclyn and the tech Anya asked me so many questions and I know they really wanted to find out everything they could about my kitty. She has lots of issues but Dr Jaclyn spoke to me about all of them and made me feel very confident in her care of my cat.
