My dog and I had a very positive visit with the vet. I'm sure we will be customers for life.

My family has been going to this location for years. All of our animals have been taken excellent care of here. They staff is very friendly, professional, and responsive. I can always count on their help and kindness whenever my animal is in need. My cat was just neutered yesterday and I am picking him up today. They kept him overnight to watch over him to make sure his recovery was off to a great start! I appreciate this team of professionals very much for their hard work and love for animals!

Rizzo Loves the Staff! I took Rizzo for spay and after 10 days she is fully recovered and incision is almost invisible. It is clear that they love Rizzo as much as I do...Thank you for the cute pink branded recovery suit!

Love the female vegetarian always does such good job on my dogs. No problems ever to get monthly meds . Hope nothing changes or would ever have to change vets. They keep correct records also... And gives good advice and why they recommend something. Thanks .

I have been taking my babies (7 dogs of different breeds) here for over 10 years. The best veterinarian's and a great staff that are always helpful and caring towards my babies.

This animal hospital is such a friendly environment. I like that the vetinarean care is explained and that they allow for lots of inquiries from pet parents. I've been coming here 3 years and they have provided excellent care to my cats. The prices are good and they even send mail reminders for annual vaccinations. I'd definitely recommend if you are in the area. If the parking lot is full I normally do street parking. Thanks Dr.Mansoor and staff.

Friendly staff and they were very thorough with us and their prices are VERY reasonable.

So kind and so loving especially towards the animals my dog went in for her first set of annual vaccines at a new vet and she just loved it she loved all of them she was so well behaved with everybody and they were so patient with her she’s never had her nails trimmed before and they were so patient with her she came out happier than she went in.

Today's visit to Dr.Mansours precipitated our delayed 2yrs ago visit review. We have been trying to catch a FERAL kitty that the owner unfortunately, died like 4yrs ago. She was just a kitty that crossed over to our house& had her 1st litter. Litter after litter we have had county come out several times to no avail with TNR traps.We ourselves& neighbors have tried in so many ways to get her & Spay her so she can Enjoy life. Every litter we have socialized& spayed& adopted out. We never ever thought this day would come but, we none the less never gave up. She has always allowed us to Feed her& Spoil her just not trap her. Last Wed we knew she had kittens 2-3mths ago but had never seen. We put trap out with food& caught her 3 fat healthy babies. Left trap out & later in the evening went out to check if needed to refill food bowl? Mama was inside looked@ me wasn't upset or agitated. I believe she finally realized after all these yrs we LOVED her& wanted her to be just a Cat. Called around all vets for spaying$325-$500!!! Called Dr. Mansour as had forgotten how Amazing had been 2yrs ago. Phone was answered on 1st ring& said yes had openings for next wk was it a FERAL or my own cat? I said Feral& with joy in her voice said we have a$60Feral program. What? I had to ask twice cause couldn't believe my ears. Called to confirm appt day before& reverify price still was the same. Drop off was an ease& pickup was Awesome!! Walked in place smelled so Clean,Fresh,Welcoming. Jenn informed me it was Deepcleaning day of the week. Customer service from initial call, confirmation call, day of surgery ????. They are very clear in their communication, instructions on before/after surgery care . Becca brought MAMA cat to our car. Tnks Dr.Mansour for having Jenn,Theresa,Becca on your staff. Exceptional positive experience which is very rare now a days. We are trully GREATFUL for all you do for the Community.

This place its Horrible PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY I came to this place for a first apoitment for a kitten We rescued and these people poisoned my kitten we paid 400 dollar to get her checked and instead they poisoned her injecting her with a high those of poison I had to take her to another place for treatment and my kitten still going through treatment we do not know the outcome. Yet hoping for the best for my kitten but BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE !!!

Everyone in this office is so compassionate. They take amazing care of our animals, explain things well and, if needed, make sure sick animals are seen quickly.

They claim to offer emergency services and SAY they want to help your dog but when it’s not doing well and you call they do nothing and let your dog suffer. I explained she needed a certain medicine and they didn’t give it. When she was still sick they deny saying it was serious for liability purposes and don’t prioritize your dogs care. Not responsive, not there for the animal and focused on the money. I ended up being told if my dog was sick to take her to the ER because they couldn’t see me until the next day. Paid hundreds again because they didn’t care to uphold their oath and keep my dog safe. Just go elsewhere and get care you need right away.

Took Charlee there for spay op. Staff is very nice, and Charlee is resting peacefully.

Best vet I have ever had and best prices too!!!

Wish I could give 0 Stars. This past Friday, my dog was in distress but we were far from his regular veterinarian and found this office. Per the website, they offer emergency services. I entered the office, begging for help and was immediately told they were about to close. I again asked for help and the person asked if I wanted to put him to sleep. I said no, I am asking for someone to help me save him. She stated she would ask the doctor, to which she did and stated the doctor said they would not help as they were soon to close. My question is they had time and were willing to put my dog to sleep, but no time to help save his life. Unfortunately, my dog passed away on our way to his vet's office.

Worst vet office ever. I walked in with my dog not being able to walk on one of his legs and they refused to see me because I wasn’t already a client. If I could give this place lower then a 1 star I would.

Great clinic! They are amazing!

They took care of my kiddos and had financial assistance with a credit program that don’t run credit and the doctors and staff and very loving.

Have taken our pets there for over 30 years we will never go anywhere else.

The staff here are all friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The team here is really trying to make a difference by making veterinarian care affordable.

Great place to bring your pet. Been coming here over 20 years. Staff is always fantastic. Best prices on fixing my pets I have ever found. They do have a special for feral cats too. I have recommended many satisfied friends also.

Very friendly staff and caring for your animals. Had my cat spayed there and they called me within minutes after recovery to let me know everything was good. Wonderful communications strongly recommend. And the price was reasonable.
