The staff and groomers here are fantastic. They always fit you in even without appointment. I have two big Labradors and they do a excellent job on them. If your dog needs grooming definately. Stop by and see them you won't be disappointed.

This is the second time I use Loving Hands Groomer and I am definitely coming back again! The young man (his name starts with an R but I refuse to say his name otherwise he’ll become over booked because he’s just that amazing) Is super sweet and professional. I love his work and he always has my princess looking beautiful. I love this place!

Worst experience ever! Took my dog to get groomed and when picked up he was all cut on his side and both ears! Then they had the nerve to say that we dropped him off like that! The lady even followed me to the car stating that we had done it.... needless to say he ia not going back and please check your pets when u pick them up from this place.. they mess up your pets and say it was you... I'll make sure to pass the message to friends and family so that they don't have to go through this horrible experience

Did an amazing dog Sheela. De shedding bath, shaved backside etc. They did full works and my baby was beautiful.

The owner of the salon is very friendly , I took my dogs there for a few years , but after today with the work I have been treated badly I never come back , when I left my dog ​​they did not inform me when it would be ready , when they finished and warned me It took me two hours to get to the salon because I was working , the employee was very rude and told me that if it 's not good for me I do not need to take it there , and that 's what I will do

I recommend this place to anyone they are awesome my puppy is scared of everything and they did a amazing job very professional clean and the staff was super friendly and caring, Amy did a outstanding job on my Stormi ????.

Let me just say I don't normally do reviews. But in this case I just couldn't help it. They are absolutely AMAZING!!! Starting from my call to make an appointment for my 4 fur babies. Angie was so sweet and patient. Asking their names and info, clearly understanding what they needed. I was going to a Groomer closer to home but they were very lacking in customer service and that alone makes me uncomfortable to leave my sweet fur babies. But Loving Hands Grooming, while it's a little further of a drive, is worth every minute it takes to get there. They treat you and your sweet fur babies like family. Thank you Angie and Crew you guys are the BEST!!!

I'd give this place a ZEROOOOOO!!! Be a hero and (bring your bigger "hyper" dogs somewhere else!!!) Just Like the manager told me? Because they are not trained and they have no men there for the strengththey need??. Meanwhile, my poor baby boy from the beginning from getting hurt by a employee opening the door on my babies paw till we finally got a refund was a over all horrible experience. First, and last time my big 9 month old bear will ever look at groomers the same. And he is now sheeding more than ever, when I brought him there to be desheded . Thank God they gave me a refund. I will never go there again.

I brought my puppy Kori for the first time to get groomed, and they were so wonderful! They didn’t try to upsell me; they actually listened to what I needed and gave me the package that best suited her (which was actually cheaper). They were really patient with her since she was a little shy at first and always asked if she could have treats. They did a phenomenal job on her trim and people were literally making comments about how good she looked for days!

Only place I will take my Baby Boy, Buddy for a spa day.

My 70 pound rescue, who is afraid of pretty much everything, was treated with so much love and care from every person in there. They even educated me on certain health concerns that I would have never caught on my own. From the counter to the groomer and the owner, I felt appreciated and I knew my baby was going to be taken care of. Loving Hands is an awesome establishment and I highly recommend them.

Great groomer! Customer service is excellent. Didn't keep dog all day as some groomers seem to do. Price is right and I have confidence in their work

Would give it a zero if I could. I went in and the groomer came out and tried telling me my dog was overly matted and that if she didn’t shave him he would die. I then went home bathed my own dog and got all the “knots” out that she claimed he had. She told me it would take 10 hours to shave down his hair cause he was overly matted, and then proceeded to try to comb my dog with a tiny comb very roughly knowing he is a bichon and there hair is very thick. She did not try to listen to anything I said and kept telling me they’d have to sedate him to comb out his hair. She then told me a story of how a dog came in and she shaved his hair cause he was matted and he had a seizure and died an hour later.

Amazing place! After I picked my puppy she was looking fabulous! Special thanks to Carmen, she did a wonderful job! I totally recommend this place! See you guys again! ????

Love taking my pup here. They take good care of my baby here. They are so friendly and professional. I'm always satisfied everytime I come here. I would definitely recommend EVERYONE to go here. This is the spot for your pets. From grooming to pampering. They treat your pet with love and care. Myra does an amazing job ALWAYS. They do an amazing job here.

Friendly, great service. I called 10 minutes before walking in with my dog for a nail trim and they took me no problem. Carmen and the lady who was at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful. My dog is very large and was giving them quite a hard time while they tried to cut her nails, but they were so kind to her. The woman checking me out really showed my dog alot of love and offered her alot of treats at the end. I will definitely be supporting my local business and will be coming back here from now on!
