First, I really love the energy of the staff at Puppy Dreams- they all seem to very much love dogs. I’ve tried out all the doggy care facilities in the Winter Garden- Ocoee area, and while I only have good things to say about all of them- there are unique things I like specifically about each one. Aside from the staff, I like the fact that the dogs are separated by walls and not cages, I feel this gives them a chance to detach from the presence of others and relax. I like the fact that it is a smaller facility- though this may mean that you need to make reservations a few days in advance and can’t do bookings online, you do get the feeling that each dog is getting sufficient attention, that they’ll be remembered which each visit, and that there’s a group of regulars and not just a constant rotation of different dogs.

Having tried several doggie daycare locations across Orlando, Puppy Dreams is BY FAR our favorite! The staff are all so friendly and caring, and you can truly see that they enjoy what they do. They take the dogs out more times per day than other daycare places, and they really let them play to their hearts content! We never worry about our pup when she’s here, and we know she’s getting honest love and attention. When your pup is here it’s like they’re staying with an extended member of the family! We love bringing our dog here! We’ve had trouble at other boarding places who won’t take him because he’s overly playful and too big for other dogs. At Puppy Dreams, he gets 1 on 1 attention or carefully supervised play with other dogs that share his temperament. He’s always so happy to go for daycare or boarding and we can tell the whole Puppy Dreams staff truly love every dog that walks through their door. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We have been boarding our fur babies with Puppy Dreams for nearly two decades. We love it. As soon as we enter the lobby our Mackey gets excited and pulls to get to the back. He doesn't even say goodbye.! The staff just fawns over him. They take excellent care of him.

My dog gets excited when I bring her here for day camp and she gets excited when she sees the employees. She doesn't cower or act scared like she does with a lot of other things. All of this leads me to the conclusion that she really likes going here and that leaves me feeling less guilty which make me love this place. The staff are always pleasant and return my phone calls promptly.

I personally love how much attention and exercise the staff gives to the dogs. The staff are all great to a person; I am always left with a good feeling my dog will be well taken care of when I drop him off for care.
