My two Guinea pigs were brought here and care was given but both died in the same manner after having a day visit at the hospital they both came home and passed

They took in an injured turtle that I found, most places won't take turtles so I was very pleased

And very compassionate team so happy he take care of our fur baby!

I would like to give the biggest thank you to the nurses and the doctor. My 7 month Morkie had a seizure out of nowhere and we live right across the street from this vet and I brought him in tears and they were so caring and looked at my pup right away and watched him for over 3 hours and made sure he was going to be okay. We went home just now with some meds to help him feel better. Thank you for seeing him and saving him. I will for sure be coming back and recommending to all pet owners.

Our Italian Greyhound needed some surgery where 3 problems were addressed. Everything went perfect. All the staff is friendly and caring. We've been with them for about nine years.

Just tried to call and get some information about becoming a new patient for our 2 dogs. Tracey answered and sounded like she was not very interested in new people. I guess will continue to look. Not friendly and not helpful.

My family has been taking pets and injured wild animals to this vet ever since I was a little girl, so probably for the past 10 years. They have always taken such good care of our babies, which have included guinea pigs, bunnies, and dogs. Recently, our dog got hit by a car and we took her to the clinic after calling them, and a few minutes before they opened, they took her in and examined her. Luckily she had no broken bones or trauma, just some cuts and road burn, but they gave us some medication to prevent infection and pain and she healed very quickly. I also remember giving a wild baby bunny to them a few years ago and they took him in, along with another wild young rabbit who I saw getting attacked by a cat. They’ve always assured us that the wild animals that we’ve given them would be healed up and either released back into the wild or given to a sanctuary. These people truly care about their patients and all animals in general.

I have friends in the wildlife rescue field who referred me to Eastside. Their staff if proffessional and compassionate. My last experience with them dropping off an injured racoon was super smooth.

I selected this vet when we moved here 3 years ago. My dog Thea goes every month for a shot, so I am very familiar with this facility. Just a few days ago, we had to put down our female doberman. They were wonderful and very caring A few days later, we got a very nice card from them with Beta's paw print and a piece of her hair. It was so special. Thank you Eastside, you are all wonderful. Dr. Geiler, Cindy and the staff are all great. They are very professional, kind, and accommodating. They have taken care of our cats, dogs, and birds through their various life stages. Excellent service. Eastside Vet has a new facility. It is much easier to access. The team demonstrates a care for the animals and concern for their customers. We have been with them for almost 14 years.

Wonderful people who listen to your concerns

Never answer the phone and get call backs half the time. Once you do get ahokd of the front, The newer front desk person make appointment without asking what day and time work for you. Tried to get a appointment for my cat and yhey said thwy didn't have a appointment till monday (they where open Saturday) i said i dobt think he would make it till Monday but still no appointment till monday and had ti rush my cat to another vet office on Saturday and my cat passed away in the car on the way to the vet. The only reason why i still go there is because my blind diabetic dog likes it there

They handle reptile patients and that's a bonus. Its a very clean, well organized & stocked vet clinic. The staff is knowledgeable & personable. Rates are good too & that makes a huge difference.

Quiet, gentle, caring, and knowledgeable. They didn't demand tons of unnecessary (and expensive) tests. They truly appreciate that animals are already stressed at the vet's office.
