I have been at the clinic since 5 pm, it is now 12am. The vet came at 10:40 pm to tell me the diagnosis, and treatment. I am still waiting for the medication and my dog. Every time you ask for an update they respond “it will be a minute” and it is incredibly frustrating.

We went there in the middle of the night and they were closed due to staffing issues. I have been there before with emergencies and they were great. Our sweet kitty passed away that night I doubt they could have helped her

Even though it has rating, the times of operation on Google are inaccurate!

They did their job. My Mouse was gone before we got there. I appreciate their sensitivity and empathy.

They misdiagnosed my Snickers causing him to suffer unnecessarily until I could get into my own vet. They never sent the xray films to my vet so all he had was a incorrect report stating no blockage when he actually had a blockage and needed surgery. Very disappointed . After a 5 hour weight and $500 all I received was a bandaid.

Great care was taken with our baby and we didn't feel rushed to ask our questions or make decisions.

Spent 5 hours here for a miss diagnosis. They didn’t even check to see if what we thought was wrong was actually the case. We will not return.

Went to this emergency veterinary clinic with a sick dog and they were closed. Sign on the door said due to covid. Their ad on line said nothing about being closed. My dog was sick and needed emergency care. She passed away early the next morning. Maybe they could have saved her.

TEMPORARILY CLOSED Be aware this location is temporarily closed due to covid. They have not updated their web page. Call first to find out which of their other Emergency Night Clinics is open. I hope their Vet care is better than their web skills.

Besides being expensive and extremely time consuming (entered @ 12:20am and was almost 4am leaving), the clinic was clean, was seated in a room immediately, and staff was extremely compassionate and friendly! The initial visit is $95 and medicine was listed as 2 antibiotics & 1 anti-inflammatory, but the 2 antibiotics were the same dosage, amount of antibiotics in dosage, and name? Not sure of explanation was given, but feel like I was double billed for meds?

This facility was clean, well organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They calmly explained each step and price options. I needed the after-hours weekend care and this was a wonderful place! I admit I hope I never have the need to come back again, but if I did I would happily return.

They did everything possible for my little pup to be alive today. I paid almost 1500$ We were lucky our emergency happened within the hours they are open at night. When they took my dog in, i waited a long time for an update, was told he was going to spend the night in and so I planned to stay longer but they told me that the clinic was going to close and that I could pick up my baby tomorrow at 7 am when they reopen... So, Careful if your emergency happens really late at night...don’t waste time. it is not a 24 hrs emergency clinic as we all suppose. Besides all this, they took good care of him.

They were very caring and respectful. Sadly we had to let our cat go. My heart was broken. They explained everything to us. So unexpected. Highly recommend.

They took such great care of my munchkin, I can't believe that their initial exam fee was under $100. They listened and really cared and helped to not only make my little one feel better but ease my worries that she was in such good hands.

They make you wait more than an hour and all they do is antibiotics and pain relief

I was traveling 17 hours from home when my dog needed emergency vet care. I was terrified. Dr. Tilley and the entire staff are absolute angels. They were so kind to me and so loving to my precious dog. They gave us exceptional care and I am happy to say my dog is doing much better.

Very long wait, and expensive... I know it’s an emergency clinic, but still.

As a nurse that treats people, I really appreciated how this place felt like a human ER. They provided great prompt care to my dog after hours on a weekend. They were of course pricier than a normal vet, but that's to be expected for an emergency vet, and everything felt pretty fair.

I arrived on 10/27/2020 with my pet in active labor around 2:30 am The stuff weren't very nice and seem to be bother upon my arrival. No empathy whatsoever. Perhaps I interrupted their sleep since that's how Dr. Foster face looked a like she was waking up. I have already explained that I was referred to a C-Section by my regular vet. I also brought the x-rays on a cd and she didn't even bother to look at them. Dr. Foster adviced that an ultrasound will be performed. Then she comes to informed me that my Dog its not on present labor and that I need to go home. I am not a doctor and my dog was panting, agitated and seem to be in pain. She said that I just have to wait at home. My dog delivered around 8am. So what if something would of happen to my dog or the puppy due to this negligence? I didn't even saw the ultrasound! Waste of time , money and to be treated with an unprofessional attitude by the staff. Just 1 nurse was some what kind. My bill was $140 dollars for unanswered questions and  disappointment If u could wait for your regular vet do so. Or take your pet else where..

Dr. Tilley and her team are quite literally life savers for my kitten! She was able to diagnose his issue FIP and directed me in the right direction for his treatment. The staff here are very communicative which I greatly appreciate during these stressful times. Thank you so much!

We're not very helpful. Too worried about making money than helping pets. Better off somewhere else.
