Cute and Fluffy Pet Grooming Clermont, Florida

Went there for the first time today. Very nice and professional staff! Good price and convenient location. I wish I could attach a picture of my dog. He not only smells good, but I got him a tie from there after his grooming. Definitely recommend and will be going back again

Heather is an artist at grooming. She takes great pride in all her fluffy customers. The place is immaculate and all her staff has a passion for there four legged customer’s .

They were very kind and gentle with our 12 yr old Yorkie poo.

My dog has never come back distressed or uneasy. They’re quick and the best part is that this groomer is cage free so your puppers won’t be trapped for 4+ hours but rather be cleaned up within the hour!

The worse grooming place ever. Had a bunch of random dogs everywhere. I told her my dog doesn’t like being around other dogs and continued to put him on the floor so he snapped. He then got scared and peed and was very hard to do his nails since they already scared him. Proceeded to say they were not going to handle him. It’s their job to make sure customers dogs are comfortable. Worse service ever, so unprofessional and they definitely don’t care at all

We just move to Winter Garden from South Florida and we’re a bit worried about having a new groomer since they only known their groomer since puppies for 2 years, and she was Amazing. But we are very happy we found this place. Our Aussiedoodle girls look amazing after their Grooming appointment, Thank you!!! Pics of before and after ????

They are very quick ( it took about 15 min for them to do my chihuahua/beagle mix). He now smells great, nails nicely trimmed and super soft with a cute bunny bandana. When we came to pick him up he was relaxed and resting on the ground, calm as calm could be. Best grooming experience and super affordable. Definitely will continue using them.

My puppy and I have been coming here since January 2017, and each visit has been great. They are attentive to my dog’s needs, get work done well and quickly, and I feel confident about bringing her here. We went this morning and it was very easy, even as she was just getting her toes trimmed, I don’t know why I would go to anyone else. Thanks so much!!!

I love this place, We have been coming here for the past couple of months and always bring two dogs. Daisy and Sulley, I know that these two can be a hassle especially Daisy. All the ladies are wonderful and absolutely love having the baked goodies that they sell inside to the left. I recommend supporting small businesses since everyone is great and love that they have no cages and that all the beautiful animals roam free. If correct Heather does a wonderful job with Daisy.(correct me if I'm wrong.) I love the pigtails.

Took both of my dogs here this morning and seriously couldn't be happier!! My husky is blind, and really dosent like to be groomed but desperately needed it! They made her look like a whole new dog and I can tell she's so much happier without all thag fur and her nails cut ! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Avoid at all cost to take your pets there.. absolutely rude and unprofessional people around ! Made appointment to wash and Groom to my little dog and 10 minutes later they called and said to me my dog is to nervous to be groomed and cleaned and then they text me and said that will be extra charge if I don’t pick up fast enough..I totally recommend to take your business elsewhere.. look that they have already allot of unhappy customers I would give zero stars I I could

I love that I dont have to leave my dog all day, it usually takes an hour or less. They do a great job.

Walked into the venue just to make an appointment since I had called 3 times the day before and they never picked up and was treated very poorly. All of the ladies working had very bad attitudes and basically told me to go away since I didn’t have an appointment. I was just trying to make one. Do not recommend at all.

They took good care of my puppy. Very caring and professional.
