Dr. A explained everything thoroughly and her treatment corrected Lucy's ear infection right away. They squeezed in an appointment for her even though they were very busy and we really appreciate it.

A nice clean place. They accept new patients but do not accept patients that need to be seen when they need to be. I was told I had to wait 3 weeks to be seen for a bad skin infection. Not acceptable. I called another vet. Saw the next day. My 4 lb Yorkie was kept in a holding crate from 7:15am until after 3pm waiting to have his neutering done. We got him home at 7:30pm. That’s too long a day I’m my mom opinion. The doctor was nice but I’m not going back.

So happy to find this place. We recently moved to the area and wanted to establish a vet for our cats. I went in to a check up and Dr. Rodriguez and staff were all so sweet and kind to my cat. They really loved him. I could tell he felt comfortable with them although he was nervous. They really made me feel like they cared and took great care to get to know his medical history and appreciated his boops.

I love the vet and the communication from the vet. The negative part is that the front desk has messed up two times with my dog's prescription. The second part that you make an appointment at a certain time and they make you wait 40 minutes in your car to pick up the dog. You cant go in and wait due to covid which is understandable. But people work, and they are taking time off from work to bring the dog here. If I make an appointment at 1 my dog should be taken care for at 1 or close to it, not 40 minutes or almost an hour. Last time I had to wait an hour. This affects my work.

I am turned off by the services. I thought a veterinarian would be calling back about my sick parrot. Instead, I had to call back on a Monday and not even speak with the veterinarian that was supposed to call back. Im just like, what do I do? I have a sick parrot! I was hopeful this would be the veterinarian for my parrot but now Atlas is not even interested taking her as a patient. My parrot got sick after visiting this clinic a month ago. Now what do I do ???? ????

We love Atlas! As soon as I moved from Indiana and heard all the good reviews, and seen the great care Taylor got we were sold from our very first visit. We recommend Atlas every chance we get

I would like to extend a special thank you to Dr Acevedo and staff for helping my 18yr Yankee with all his special needs. Unfortunately we had to make an executive decision to put him down and Dr Acevedo and staff made him very comfy and gave my family & I so much time with him. We were able to do laser therapy and very grateful to see him walk for 20 mins which I am extremely blessed for. That quality time with him meant so much to me. They also sent me such a beautiful condolences card with beautiful heartwarming notes. I would recommend Atlas Pet Clinic for all your animal needs. Thank you so much for always making the best choices for Yankee. I know he was ok with all of our decision as he was in enough pain and exhausted.

Dr. Rodriguez and the entire staff are great. They take excellent care of our pets and communicate everything clearly when we are there for check ups and health issues. Their office is clean easily accessible, as well as organized.

Unfortunately the day we dreaded has come. Zoey, our 15 yr old Dane mix was just not living well anymore. Too many issues to list. Euthanasia was the only choice to free her from a painful existence. The staff at Atlas Vet clinic were caring and professional. Dr. Rodriquez , and her technician Elizabeth treated Zoey and my family with care and compassion. They made a difficult day better, and we were very thankful. Glad my other dogs are in such good hands.

This is by far the best vet experience we have ever had! Everyone who works here is kind and caring and you can tell they love what they do. Dr. Rodriguez was incredible and her passion for animals shines through everything she does. She was literally on the floor with our newfie, hugged him, and said she loved him! She also explained everything so thoroughly, wrote down all my questions and ensured they were all answered. I could not recommend this place anymore and wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I stop by to ask for a price list since I’m a breeder and need this information there’s was six employees in the counter, you can’t go in to ask question in top of that none of them was prepare to answer me any question. At the end the told us to bring the dog and they can give us a price. Apparently they don’t understand breeders don’t have just one question we have diferent cases and is why is important to know prices in advance. Not a good way to start I won’t recommend a place that you have to guess what the cost is going to be when is not even a emergency.

If you have all the time in the world to wait for them to either come get your pet or bring it out then this is the vet for you....love being told to come get my animal at 5:30pm and then have to be the one to demand our dog at 7:10pm..... literally just got back from Bosnia with the Army and all you gave us was a “thanks for your patience” yea no problem. Thank you for showing me how much you care for my animal that you think it’s ok leaving her in a stressful environment for over 12 hours....take this is a warning....do not go to the is pet clinic.

Highly recommended!! Very friendly staff, reasonably priced, and very caring! They go out of their way to help you and your pet. Dr. Negron is very patient and you can tell she loves what she does. I'm very blessed to have such a wonderful place to take my dog! Thank you!

Our sweet 20 year old kittey was in kidney failure. Sunday evening, he started to decline quickly, so Monday morning we called our vet to make the tough decision and put him down. Our normal vet said they couldn't fit him and we would have to wait until the next day, evening time. We called 6 vets and no one could work us in, until we got a hold of Atlas. We made an appointment for 2:30. Our kitty was declining quickly and around 12 we realized he wouldn't make it to the appointment time. I called Atlas back in a panic and the receptionist said start heading our way, we will make it work. We arrived 10 minutes later and said good by to our sweet boy at Atlas Pet Clinic. They were amazing, compassionate and genuinely cared about us and our boy, regardless of the fact that we just met. Atlas went above and beyond and brought so much comfort to our family during this tough time. I would recommend Atlas to anyone and will never even think of taking my pets elsewhere. To the people with complaints about appt times not being met, this is why. Sometimes in vet care emergencies come up and when everyone else turned us down Atlas made time and room for us. Atlas, I can't thank you enough for your love, care and compassion during such a tough time. You ALL brought so much comfort to my family today!

I’m typically a very flexible and understanding person with proper communication. But when it comes to my time I do not play about that. This establishment lacks time management if I schedule an appointment at 9 why am I not being seen until 10? There was no heads up about a delay, no apologies, nothing. A lack of respect for my time means to me that you don’t value me as a client and you don’t want my money. I am also business owner, I have clients as well,so if I am running late or behind I’m sure to communicate that with them, and apologize and do what needs to be done to make things right!

My dog got very sick on me, I am newer to the area and I don't have a vet. When I got there Emma informed me they were booked but she would ask the vet, they took my fur baby in immediately and put her on medication. Dr. Muniz, was amazing; added my baby to her schedule with no problems. They were amazing at updating me, the prices were fair and affordable. I can't express my gratitude to this amazing staff.

Reasonable prices and good service. My only complaint is that it takes me a while for my dog to get seen. On several occasions I have checked in for my appointment and had to wait nearly an hour to get seen

This was our first experience to Atlas and the staff there are amazing, kind, considerate and full of compassion. Today we lost our cat of 16 years. We didn't have a vet but contacted them TODAY. They made room for us AND called when they had a cancelation. Their compassion towards our Mario and our entire family was like no other. If we have another fur baby, we are going to Atlas.. Thank you all so much for taking care of Mario.

The staff and doctors are wonderful. Very attentive and always care about your Fur baby. I am glad that I have found a Vet that I can trust with my fur baby and have reasonable prices. I am extremely happy with the service that they provide. All the doctors are great and will explain everything to you.

This place is just about as perfect as anyone can get. They are better than a 10. Not only do they all have excellent clinical skills they also excel in customer service and they REALLY care!

I'm new to the area, and do not have a vet. After seeing so many good reviews and browsing the website, I was eager to make an appt here specifically for a consultation for my senior dog regarding end of life care (which an entire page of their website is devoted to). I've spent 2 days trying to make an appt - leaving both a message and emailing. When we finally got through to someone (after being hung up on), we were told they would never put down a dog for age. We tried to explain that is not what we want to do - we would like a consultation on what next steps for my senior dog, who is rapidly declining in health, would be, but the woman who answered the phone would absolutely not listen to my needs, concerns or desire for the appt. Instead she was quite dismissive and suggested we find somewhere else to go. Reminder - a whole page of their website is dedicated to the exact appointment I was trying to make. Making this call and pursuing this appt is not something any dog owner wants to do, but felt I owed it to my dog to get a professional opinion on his health and current quality of life - only to be judged and criticized. Others may have great success with this place but I am shocked, and offended by the treatment I received. Unacceptable.

First I want to thank Dr Muñoz and her staff for professional service even during a time of social distancing. I took my 3 1/2 month old Yorkshire Terrier for her first vet check since picking her up from the breeder 2 weeks ago. It was so important to us to have a first class veterinarian clinic for her. Atlas Pet Clinic is the place! After much research and review reading on vets in the area, Dr Muñoz and team exceeded expectations! From scheduling Lexi’s appointment, to check-in, to examination and finally the Dr giving her assessments and overview was 5 star treatment. Loved it and highly recommended.

I've been a long term client. They were efficient when they were in the publix plaza. Once they changed location everything went down the drain. Every time I've had to come I waited over 45 minutes just to be seen and this is with an appointment. Also, they made me come back because they didn't have the rabies vaccine, I wished they would have told me this and I could have came at a later time. Then they rescheduled a dental cleaning twice. I understand this world is not perfect but come on, every time it's something. Specially the long wait times. I do recommend for you to explore other vets in the area. I will probably stop coming here myself. Extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism and timeliness. This wasn't an isolated event, it was many which is why I'm writing this review.
