All Pampered Petz Clermont, Florida

Patti and her husband were so caring and sweet with our dogs. We have two dogs and five cats. When we came home from our four day trip we could tell they were cared for with lots of love. Patti sent me pictures of the pups every day, which gave me total peace of mind. Planning to book again soon!

I learned of all pampered petz from my neighbor who highly recommended them and has used them many times in the past… I felt Very comfortable meeting them and handing over a key to my house and instructions that were somewhat complicated… But as I left for a long weekend I was not worried one bit and when I got home it was like we had never left…… , it is wonderful knowing I have someone who can take care of by many four-legged friends and not have to worry ! They spent quality time with them, kept me updated with pictures & even extended services past what was asked for when last minute when needed. I contacted this company about watching our kittens while we traveled. They have been very accommodating with strange requests, last minute bookings, and the fact we live in an RV. Patti even texted me each day to let me know the cats were doing fine. I highly recommend these pet sitters and will continue using them in the future!

I will from now on only use All Pampered Petz, they literally saved one of my animals lives when I was away and he got really sick. They called me immediately and rushed him to the emergency vet. Even picked him up in the morning and took care of him until I could get home on the first available flight. They took care of absolutely everything I asked them to do with the animals and even with my house while I was gone. I asked them to water plants, put the flag out each day and a few other odds and ends and you better believe when I got home my house was immaculate! GREAT rates! They have been working in Central Florida for ever and know this area and all necessary pet places like the back of their hand. I even have two exotics that they didn't even hesitate to take care of for me which was a HUGE relief! AMAZING A++++++

Last June, my family took a week-long trip out of town. We have a cat and a dog which we could not take with us so we called All Pampered Petz to help us out. We had used them before and we were very happy with their service and anticipated no issues. Before we left we were promised that she would spend a half hour each morning and evening visit. We paid for two visits per day in which she would let the dog out for a walk, clean the litter box and refill the food and water containers. We provided her with an access code so she could enter our home at will. We did not inform her that our security system alerts us each time a door is locked and unlocked. So when our notifications showed only one visit per day, we called to see if she was having any issues. At first she said there were none, until we mentioned we got alerts from our security system showing only one visit per day averaging about eight minutes. She then said she was having problems with our door not locking properly. From the information that we were getting we could tell when she arrived, when she left (presumably) to walk the dog, when she returned from the walk, and when her visit was over. After the phone conversation, the visits went from eight to twenty minutes on average, twice a day like we had agreed upon, with no further mention of door issues. On our return we contacted the owner of the business to tell her about the missed visits and to request a refund for the service paid for and not given. After some discussion, she agreed to refund payment for the two missed visits, but no refund was ever received.

I have used All Pampered Petz for seven years. My kitties all love them. I know when I go out of town, I know my babies will be taken care of well. Unfortunately I am moving away and will no longer be able to use them in the future. We will miss them terribly. Thank you for taking such great care of my babies all these years.
