Dr Lind and the staff were incredibly kind and patient as they came in on Christmas night to help us with an emergency with our dog. Dr Lind is clearly a talented doctor and was thinking about all of my dogs medical history & issues as she realized an “outside of the box” explanation for my dog’s severe illness that has saved his life.

Dr Cook was just wonderful. My boy was well taken care of and I cant say enough thank yous for that. I now know what the problem is and I feel very well informed as I proceed with next steps. I truly felt Dr Cook cared and wanted to find out what was wrong with my Rex. There is nothing that was not great! :)

Dr Lind and her staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional in their care of our boy Morris. I don't actually have words to describe how grateful to have had them working with us. This kind of medical care is never something we want to have to deal with, but I promise that if you need veterinary neurologic care, this is the team you want to work with.

The staff at this location are all very compassionate and caring of animals. I took my little Fritter in over some back pain on the weekend. They had hoped it was treatable with medication. Sadly it was not. I came back with Fritter late at night on Monday after he lost function in his legs. Dr Lind arrived at 10-11pm to care for Fritter and run MRIs and check ups on him. She's very thorough and makes sure you are fully informed of your options before proceeding. I am very grateful places like this exist. I felt like my world had come to an end very suddenly and they've given me hope I might still have some time with my Fritter after a little TLC. Also shout out to Susan at the front counter who is just a ball of energy and good vibes and the other staff who were more than accommodating at all times. They even sent me a photo of my baby after surgery ❤️

Took my dog Here for neurological evaluations .The care and compassion given to my dog and myself was amazing. I will forever be thankful for all of their time and energy as they were the only one that actually found the tumor and provided guidance of where to go for surgery. Wonderful place!

Compassionate technicians and doctors! Dr. Lind was so nice and explained everything technical in a way that I could understand it. She took my concerns into consideration and did what is best for Evo at this time. I really appreciated the time Dr. Lind Spent on the phone with me as well as understanding why I wanted to proceed with no diagnostics today.

Very caring staff and Dr. Cook walked me through every step of the way. He called me before the MRI and before and after the surgery. He answered all my questions and was very patient and caring Took care of my Louie with love :)

Very kind and caring staff. My cat was very I'll with a brain tumor and the doctor took plenty of time to explain all her options. She gave an honest diagnosis even though it involved putting my baby to sleep.

The entire team is very caring and help to save costs to clients as much as possible. The vet I have been seeing is Dr. Lind. She took the time needed to ensure I knew all of my options. My fur baby was in severe pain. They were able help minimize it and stabilize him. Dr Lind and Dr. Cook performed a major surgery on my puppy and have given him a chance at a pain free and normal life. Week 5 post surgery. Still doing great! Thank you!

Exceptional service. Our senior pup had some alarming heart issues last night and they were able to attend to our needs to the best of their abilities. They prescribed meds so she could be stable. Very friendly and compassionate doctor and vet tech.

I appreciate the help we were able to find for our grand pup late last night. We called several other places first only to find they were either closed or had a 3 hour wait! SCAN was a bit of a drive for us but so very worth it. Mini had gotten a bone wedged between her teeth in the roof of her mouth and she was a mess with whining, throwing up, etc. They got us right in, sedated her and removed the bone in less than 2 hours. This place is clean, professional and everyone was very nice and so very helpful. Thank you for being there for us! Mini is back to herself this afternoon.

Dr. Cook saved our 12.5 year old dog from having to be put down. We are so very thankful. Identified Vertigo, treated him and got him oriented and walking again.

So my first issue is they don’t offer any sort of payment plan for people who can’t afford to make a $7000 payment upfront for the dog to get the help they need. That right there was a red flag. Then I never even got to meet or barely speak …

Frequent, detailed communication was very reassuring. Detailed cost estimates upfront so there were no surprises. Very caring staff. Highly recommend.

Dr. Cook is excellent and gave us really sound advice/opinion on how to handle our pup's issues. we have a difficult situation and are trying to make the best decisions for a 13-year-old dog. it was nice for dr. cook to validate that by saying "if he were mine...."

From the first phone call, to the actual doctor calling us back numerous times to consult us on our baby, everyone was genuinely friendly and caring. Dr. Cook and his staff very clear on everything that we needed to do and we truly felt that you guys cared about our baby boy. Even though our baby wasn't able too be helped, Dr. Cook consulted other specialists that specialize in the care that we will be needing for our baby, without us even asking. He literally just did what was needed and did it himself! I truly believe that Dr. Cook is an amazing doctor/person. Thankyou again for everything.

Dr Cook and his entire staff are an amazing group of people. Not only did Dr cook save my dogs life, he helped with therapy, hospitalization and advice. The staff is incredibly welcoming, polite and understanding to your situation. These people honestly get emotionally invested in your animals well being and progress. I couldn’t recommend them more. If I could give them 15 stars I would. Bring your pet here. You won’t regret it.

Upon arriving with a daschund dragging his 2 rear legs, I didn't have a lot of hope. I read the reviews but still..not a lot. They accepted my pup by my regular vet under an emergency. Within 3 days he was using all for legs. And today less than a week he feels great. Surgery was a success. The staff and Dr was simply amazing The honest care and concern from everyone was great

Dr Cook and staff very empathetic, professional, willing to listen. I can not say enough how much I appreciate everyone there. My cat has a spine injury. They helped when we needed them the most.

I took my dog Nyko to another place thinking he was going to get knee surgery. And come to find out he needed spine surgery. So the doctor I was seeing called her friend doctor Cook and asked if he had room for an emergency. He stated he was already booked up but managed to find time to see my baby as well as do disk and spine surgery. Called me at 9:30 that night on his way home to let me know that the surgery went well. Everyone at Scan was absolutely amazing and comforting and knowledgeable the whole way. Would highly recommend this place as well as doctor cook to any one. We are now home and recovering and couldn't be happy. Everything!

I would recommend SCAN to anyone who is worried about their fur baby. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, honest, and I am able to rest easier knowing that my baby is in such good hands with such wonderful people.
