2 days into our new home having moved from out of state our 13 year old Giant Schnauzer experienced a massive stroke / This staff welcomed us into their office on a 3 minutes notice and showed both our fur baby and our family the utmost compassion and thorough care while we said our goodbyes, This vet and staff will hold a very special place in our hearts - they even followed up with a lovely card and lock of her hair.

Dr. Pola is a very knowledgable, and thorough with his diagnosis, explanations of causes of symptoms, and preferred course of action. This was our first visit, and we would recommend him to our family and friends. Please note, the previously posted comments, approximately a month ago, with two stars and same name, were mistakenly posted on Dr. Pola' s practice. I am sincerely apologizing to Dr. Pola. It was an unfortunate mistake due to an honest mix up of his practice, with that of the practice of a doctor with a veterinary hospital also located on Enterprise road.

Office staff and Veterinarian are very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate.

Dr was nice but thought he was going to check out my cat just a bit more than just giving him his rabies shot. I asked a few questions but didn't really get answers. When I checked out was billed for office visit but had told them when I called for appointment had seen the ad for free office visit so she had to re-bill. Can't say I won't go back.

The personal care and consideration given by Dr. Carlos is exceptional and comforting. He and his staff have created a comforting environment for our rescued girls and for us. I highly recommend Enterprise Road Animal Hospital because of Dr. Carlos and his staff.

My Yorkie was not acting normally, he was lethargic and his tummy was distended. I called his regular vet, who told me the earliest they could see him was 6 days away.....I didn't know what was wrong with him, so I needed emergency care for him. I called around and spoke to several vet's offices. After speaking with the staff at Enterprise Animal Hospital, I knew I had found our new vet. They took us immediately and the staff stayed in constant contact with me. He was diagnosed in about 15 minutes and a prescription was immediately filled in their office. We went home about 30 minutes later and my fur baby was back yo his bright eyed. Bushy tailed self in a matter of hours. Both the doctor and staff were kind and knowledgeable and took the time to ask questions about him and his medical history. They also discovered a floating knee joint that his previous vet of 10 years didn't even tell us about if he even knew about it. We now have a new vet for all 5 of our fur babies and I strongly feel that Enterprise Animal Hospital saved my Yorkie life. Thank you so much ????

Dr. Pola is wonderful! Very honest, has reasonable prices and really cares for animals. He is by far the best veterinarian I have ever had and I have been to many. We have 4 dogs and 2 of them were diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Pola performed successful surgery on both of them and managed to completely remove the cancerous tumors. Our senior chihuahua’s surgery was a major one with high risks and required the highest level of skill. The prognosis were not good. Dr. Pola reserved the whole day for her surgery and did an excellent job. The cancer was completely removed and she has been doing great ever since. It has now been a year and she is 14 years old. Our second senior dog, 13-year old terrier, had a malignant tumor on her back. Dr. Pola removed it successfully last week and she is recovering well. We are so grateful for this doctor and we highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a highly qualified, honest, caring and affordable doctor. 11/03/2020 update: It has been 3 years now since I posted the initial review and all my 4 dogs (including 2 very old seniors, who had cancer are still alive and doing great). No words can describe how grateful I am to Dr. Pola for saving their lives and making sure they stay healthy for many years.

Everyone in the office is great from the front desk to the Doctor. I needed to make an appointment for my dog Q-Tip they fit me in every time and that means a lot. Thanks!!!!!

Do not bring your animals here. I have 2 frenchies and after 3 years I'm finally over it! After several tries they couldn't solve my male frenchies allergy issues, which has since been fixed by another vet. Not to mention it's ALWAYS more expensive than what you think because they constantly ad in stuff that you don't need. To top it off the staff is constantly rude as well.

This is by far the best vet I have been to and I have been to a couple due to my chihuahuas(zoey) allergies. They took care of my buster to (Rottweiler)! I have never had a vet so caring as dr Pola!! His prices are great and reasonable and the staff is so wonderful! I could not imagine for a second taking my pets anywhere else!

The doctor must know his job because he done a surgery for my dog which was good. The people working there are nice, it is like no complain at all but I just give 1 star because even though they are polite they aren’t able to go beyond to help you with your pet when you need it. It is like they don’t appreciate your business and like they don’t care if you go to another veterinarian

Dr. Pola and his staff are super amazing. I live in Dunedin and have been searching for a trustworthy and knowledgeable Vet since moving to Pinellas county. Dr. Pola's office came highly recommended. He and his staff take the time to address all concerns and genuinely care about the welfare of your pet. Their prices are comparable or a little less than other clinics, and they seem more inclined to recommend reasonably priced options vs. starting with the most expensive choice.

Dr. Pola is an excellent doctor he’s kind, caring, and takes the time to explain things to you in a way you can understand. He’s not the type of doctor that would recommend or put your pet under for any unnecessary surgeries. He is very methodical, explains all options and recommends the safest most minimally invasive option. He is by far the best veterinarian we have ever been to. We have been taking our four dogs to him, three of which are seniors, for a few years. We first went to doctor Pola for a second opinion after the vet by our house recommended what turned out to be an unnecessary surgery. We have been taking our dogs to him ever since. He has saved two of our dogs lives and we are very happy we found him. We would highly recommend Dr. Pola to anyone who is looking for an honest, caring, affordable veterinarian.
