Okay so I came in with this kind of like unrealistic goal of getting my cat shaved but in a way that would make him look really stylish So like picture and all black cat where his like arms are all shorter and then it gets a little bit longer and then it fades into a faux hawk all the way the whole length of his body... He is so badass now... Thank you pet grooming you truly are shearely magic

Won't groom my cat because of her age, but I purchase Origen cat/kitten dry food. They always make sure that I can get it once/ month. Their prices are very fair and they are always helpful and service with a smile is their trademark.

The groomers here are awesome..my old dog Jeep Jeep was grumpy and they managed to get her groomed and beautiful.

My husband and I are new to owning a cocker spaniel and we were very overwhelmed with what we needed to do grooming wise and trying to make sure we do all the right things. I cannot express how kind, wonderful, and competent the staff was! They explained everything, educated us and on top of all that they did a better job then we expected! They were amazing with our dog, he felt comfortable with them and they have a very welcoming atmosphere. I also need to comment on how easy and amazing it was that they had time to do this by us just being a walk in! I definitely recommend them, they have a true passion and love for what they do. They definitely made a returning customer with us and Milo.

Our dogs always come back so clean!! They know how to cut a Maltese hair perfectly to look like a teddy bear. Some groomers just chop away but your dog will come out with an actual style. Thanks for always doing a great job.

Love the groomers and they always do a great job with my little 3lb dog. I feel though that it's a bit expensive for my dog and I dont know if it's a set price or if it goes by size but for my little dog it does seem a bit much. But that's my only issue and I'll keep taking my dog back.

I’ve known this groomer for many years and have trusted many cats to her care. I think cats might be a little more difficult to groom than dogs, so I’m glad that she knows what she’s doing and I can depend on her skills and care. On a personal note, I had an elderly friend whose cat was in great need of de-matting, but she was bed-ridden and unable to take the cat to the shop. This groomer made a special house-call and took care of the cat in her home. (She also didn’t charge any extra for the house-call.) To me this showed a lot of compassion above and beyond the call of duty. I also watched the groomer do her work, and was impressed with how careful she handled the cat and successfully removed all the matted fur.

They are quick, casual and friendly as can be with our dog, Teddy. He always looks as cute as can be whenever he comes out. Their prices are reasonable and I feel comfortable leaving him with the staff.

My boy was GROSS...I am ashamed but he loves lakes and my schedule hasn’t allowed a bath or grooming trip in months...I have a 135lb American Akita. It got to the point where petting him resulted in black and brown hands and all my food has bits of fur, as a thin layer was coating my entire apartment. So I brought him in, desperate to get him clean and de-shedded. I’m SHOCKED! ! ! They cleaned him more thoroughly than other awesome groomers I’ve been to...their de-shedding process means I can pet my dog and not immediately lint roller my entire outfit! People you get what you pay for...pay to get THE BEST!! I will post pics also ❤️❤️❤️❤️ IT!!!

My dogs have been injured a couple of times and it was not disclosed to me. This last time I asked if there was an injury and there was. Essentially I was told it was my fault for going 3 months in between the last groom. The last two grooms are sloppy, injuries, long hair left in areas, uneven lengths. They take on too many dogs out of greed and have lost their ability to properly take care of each dog. There’s no quality control and there certainly is no sense of customer service- no discounts were offered, even a pretty accessory would have been a decent gesture to soften the blow with an injured dog. The owner has the tact of a cornered rattlesnake and that speaks volumes. Take your pets and RUN as fast as you can from this place.uggggh.

Way above and beyond. Dorrien and her crew have not only pampered our girls for years, but now that I am down for a bit, they came to the house to pick up one of our girls that needed a bath. I just can't say enough about what a Blessing these groomers and bathers have been in our lives. ABOVE AND BEYOND.

When you take your pet to the groomers and she jumps into her groomers arms, that is how you know you picked a winner. I truly love the groomers at Shear Magic, they always take the time to make sure my dog and my sister's dog look fabulous. The sisters feel very blessed to have Shear Magic. Thank you ladies. xoxoxo
