I like this place. Very helpful and a super good resource for the neighborhood. Each time I've gone here the person working has been polite and very helpful - a welcome change to the big box stores that don't seem to need my business. Plus, with a local store, the money stays in the neighborhood and builds up the neighborhood. With the big box stores, the vast majority of the money you spend go to where the big box store's main location is, not the actual store's location. That's very important for things like schools and clinics that need local money to operate!

They've been around for years. When I needed good frozen raw food for our cat along w/ goat's milk they had it. Jennifer was incredibly helpful and friendly. They absolutely have a passion for animal nutrition and it shows. Thank you.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I love to go to Louise’s with my pets where I know we’ll always be welcomed warmly! It’s my favorite pet store to go to ( and my pets favorite as well) for the best quality pet supplies and service! I’ve been buying my pets’ food exclusively from there for a few years now and they always love it ( plus it’s much healthier for them). The staff is always happy to answer any of our questions and help us pick something out! We’ll definitely be going to Louise’s for years to come and you should too!

Very friendly staff. Large variety of products that are great for pets. Best food for my dog with the best results. Most name brands from the other stores have ingredients that can be harmful for our pets. I will go nowhere else for my dog's food.

I have been going to Louise's Pet Connection for about 14 years. I can not say enough about this store. EVERYONE is wonderful and very helpful. This place is the best of the very best

I can honestly say that the young lady, Jen, is ALWAYS there when I need help and is most knowledgeable of pretty much ALL of my animals needs. She has helped me resolve many of my dogs health issues because of her extensive knowledge.

Highly recommended! We go here for our dog food & they always have what we want. There’s a nice section of good quality treats & bones. We live on the other end of Sanford but make the trip to Louise’s.

The people at Louise’s pet supply were very helpful and direct me toward the pet food I wanted for my puppy and answering all my questions. I definitely intend to return.

Love this place! We have been shopping there for almost 9 years and they have great products and are very helpful. They recently went above and beyond to get me an out of stock product very quickly. Their online ordering and delivery is very easy but the store is nice too!

Great selection of top quality dog food. I feed raw and the selection is the best in town. In a rush call ahead , pay and they will bring out to your car...how is that for service. Absolutely love this place and so does my 4 legged biscuit stealing Aussie ????
