First Emergency hospital Vet, I took my kitten at other place. They said that kitten's jaw not broke at all. It confused me only severe infection under tongue. I was confused. My feelings mixed. They wanted to keep kitten hospital for 3 days it cost me $2000 for just only an infection. I declined them. I decided to take my kitten for second opinion vet. I trust Animal Clinic of Casselberry I took my pets there for 4 years with Dr. Hill, now he's retired. New Vet, Dr. Emerson is amazing and explained very clearly what's wrong with my kitten. I learned that my kitty's jaw dislocated cause her front teeth crooked. So he referred my kitty to specialty dentist. He also said her infection under tongue gone no more infection. I feel confident and know what my kitten needs. I am not longer confused and feel much better.

The new vet doc is awesome. Prices are fair and the stay is very helpful. They are very busy so sometimes that can factor into availability and bedside manner but we have had our dogs here for past 3 yrs.

We have been bringing our dogs here for over 20 years and even though we moved to Orlando 6 yrs ago and it's about 45 minutes away now we still will only bring our dogs, Pax here. The staff are all wonderful and kind to us and our dogs. Courtney helped us in a very difficult time when our dog who was only 6 suddenly became very ill. Sadly he didn't make it but and I don't know how we would have made it though everything without her kindness and support and knowledge of what was going on with him. She definitely made a terrible time just a little bit easier for us and for him. We were able to meet the new doctor this time and he was just as great as we hoped he would be. We will continue to go out of our way to come here because we love it and trust everyone here so much.

Always great service for my animals

This vet is not reliable to follow up. They have not made any effort to follow-up with me in regards to my pet Chloe. I have been waiting for FIVE days for someone to call to follow up on her bloodwork that was to be received the next day. I have placed several calls to their office and always greeted by “Animal clinic of Casselberry, HOLD please”. My last call was placed on hold over 5mins. If you are having any bloodwork done on your pet they will not follow up with results. Also, I was told on Monday by the vet on 11/29th to leave Chloe for her X-rays and bloodwork and that they would call me when she is ready. No one ever called.

Super helpful, they saw my cat on an emergency visit, were informative about his condition, and very kind. Recommend.

Absolutely a wonderful place to take.your fur babies They are professional and show a bond with your animal immediately. I always feel confident they will treat my pet like their own, whether I'm boarding or there for clinical reason

I've had to take my German shepherd there many times, sometimes an emergency and the staff is very helpful and kind.

I used to go out of my way to bring my animals here; however, over the years, service has declined greatly. They have too many clients and not enough space or staff to handle the volume. They used to be patient, caring and had time to answer the phone, but now they just push you and your furchildren through like a manufacturing plant. I am put on hold every single time I call, if I can get anyone at all, and then remain on hold for 10-30 minutes, often being " disconnected" before I can speak to someone. They simply need to reduce the number of clients or get more staff and space, so they have the time to go back to the care that I used to experience with them.

Animal Clinic of Casselberry has been very good to my dogs. Was recently in a pinch and needed boarding and they took good care of my babies for me.

Our cat was very sick and they gave us an appointment very quickly saw the cat and treated him wonderfully. I couldn't say enough for how good that this veterinarian is! The staff was also extremely responsive knowledgeable and helpful in every way.

Wonderful, intuitive, empathetic care for my pooch. Dr. Hill always explains. He has treated our "girl" for 10 years.

I brought my dog explaining to them that he suddenly stopped eating. I was told to leave him for a couple of hours to come back to him getting an X-ray, an injection that I didn’t approve of, so I honestly don’t know what they’re sticking in my dog. To just tell me he has particles in his intestines of chicken I fed him the day before. Really didn’t get any type of answers or results to why I brought him. I have yet to even meet the vet . I just keep having to deal with some chick name Courtney. I feel like all they want from you is money and to just dope up your pet t with meds but yet not give me any answers. Definitely have not been happy with this vet or their service.

I like Dr. Hill very much if you're lucky enough to get to see or talk to him. I have spent well over $500 there in the past few weeks and I have yet to have any contact with him. It was ok in the beginning but the place has gotten so busy it has become a factory. Courtney speaks for the doctor and I have a real problem with that. She talks 90 miles an hour and I'm not comfortable with an office manager handling my dog's care. As far as I know she does not have a veterinary medical degree. I have lost confidence in this practice because it has lost the personal touch it once had.

The staff here truly care. They know my name, the name of my dog who passed in March and immediately came out to love on our new adoption pup. They checked the records of the rescue and realized his shot booster had lapsed so they made sure he was healthy and up to date. Yes, I miss going back to talk to the doctor, however I know with Covid and people there having elderly parents living with them I respect the decision.

Happy with the super fast service I got. I walked in with a lost cat. Staff was able to locate the microchip and the rescue where the cat was from. Thanks

They have welcomed a rescue kitten for us today. She was rescued by Oviedo #27 last night. She was very lively & hoping for a good outcome!! Great office.

We have used Dr. Hill for 20+ yrs, my daughter took her cat in because she was losing weight, not eating and was jaundiced. They ran blood work, told her the cat was in liver failure and sent her home to administer IV fluids, antibiotics and force feed. Took the cat back on Monday for more blood work, told to call Wednesday morn for results. Called the office and was told the results hadn't been read yet, to call back later. She took the cat to another vet and was told the cat was NOT in liver failure and they should have never sent the cat home for her to administer IV fluids. They have lost a long time customer.

We have been customers here for almost 10 years now. We recently lost Gizmo in March 2021 and Angel in May 2021 from old age after having them for over 12 years, since they were 6 weeks old. Dr Hill and his staff were amazing over the last 10 years. They are crazy busy, but the pricing is great and their love for your fur babies are priceless. Courtney and Tabatha - We cant say thank you enough for everything that you have done for us and our pets. Kelly - Vet Tech - We adore you! Your attention to our babies was just amazing (even when Gizmo was not a nice pup). I truly from the bottom of my heart are very grateful for your compassion.
