Dr Mullins and Amy are wonderful with my pups! They really seem to care and interact with them so well. Also, I really appreciate that they do not double book appointments. I have never had to wait in the waiting room with another patient.

Dt Tom Mullin is an amazing doctor. He saved my dog Shaggy. A cancer survivor pooch. He diagnosed him and made sure before we performed surgury that i got another opinion. You can tell that its not just a job. He loves what he's doing.

Dr. Mullin is the very best! He was our vet back in Indiana-you won't find a finer individual to work with- he will love your pet and make you feel heard. So so happy to re-connect with him in Cape Coral.

They are very patient with Buddy with his anxiety. They help him and know their stuff. I have been to a million vets and none are like South West Vet

The staff was helpful, gentle with my Westie, answered my questions, did not rush me out. Very impressed.

First visit as a new patient and it was great. I very much appreciate the way they control the check-in and discharge process so my crazy aggressive pup doesn't have to stress out about seeing another pet. They were thorough and very informative and offered me options as to diagnosis and treatment which considered not only the ultimate in diagnostic technology as well as options that are more budget-conscious. I was not budget conscious but I do appreciate that they have that in mind and offer options for those that may need to consider budget, that proves to me that they are trustworthy and not just a money making machine.

I really like the vet if you can get in to see him. It seems like his customer service people in the front office have gotten worse in the past few months. The excuses have ranged from our computers are broken, to telling us to go to the emergency clinic when we called in the morning. Last Friday the doctor took a biopsy with a promise to call us on Monday. No call ever came. As I said the doctor is great. His staff needs to be evaluated for customer service.

Awesome place. The staff and doctors are so caring and gentle with my cats. My cats were always scared of the vet office. I have been using this office for 7 years and still love it.

Dr. Tom is THE best !!! Kind, caring, compassionate, friendly, professional, informative. Spends time with both you and your furbabies……. Doesn’t rush through the appointment. We had such a great experience! I had to bring my two toddlers along with my dog, and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming, and even offered coloring sheets and crayons for them! So sweet! Dr. Mullins was amazing with our Airedale terrier. You can tell he really cares! We know our dog is on the road to recovery from her hot spot and allergies. Thank you to the whole team! You all were wonderful!

Dr. Mullins is one of the most honest veterinarians I have known and his staff is wonderful!

We were told our Dachshund of less than 12 years old when we went to give him a check up due to odd new issues Dr Tom told us what we wanted to hear. He's just getting old with arthritis....well, turn out old for Dachshunds isn't almost 12 its between 14-16. He gave us a false hope, never pressing blood panels and guess what....our boy was in Renal Failure. In only 5 days later things got so much worse and we had to take him elsewhere for a second opinion and they said he was in a terrible spot. Long story short we had to our our little love down less than 2 weeks after going to see Sw Vet and swallowing bad information regarding our loved one. Not a horrible place and nice enough people....but we were failed miserably.

My family and I absolutely love Dr. Mullins. A few months ago we had to put down our dog Peanut due to cancer, and Dr.Mullins didn’t rush us with our goodbyes and gave so many encouraging words. In a way he gave us closure. He even inspired us to open our hearts and home to a new puppy named Gracie that now goes there along with our cat Blaze. Everyone is always so friendly, we’ve never had a bad experience. I 10/10 recommend this place.

Dr. Mullins was awesome! This was our first time at this clinic. He was very caring with our fur baby. He took the time to explain her diagnosis and the treatment. Dr. Mullins has a great personality and you can tell he loves animals. We will be establishing our other two fur babies with this Doctor.

Me and Dixie loved seeing Dr Tom today! He and his entire staff was so pleasant! He made Dixie feel so comfortable giving her treats while he examined her! We can't wait to go back. I also really appreciated the affordability of the visit and not trying to push unnecessary procedures or products on us. Dr Tom just seems to be a genuine honest person that I feel I can trust to do the right thing with my fur baby. I will be recommending everyone to see Dr Tom! Amy the tech was so sweet and Rachel the front desk girl was a joy to meet! They all loved on Dixie and made her feel great! Taking your fur babies to a new vet can be stressful but I felt so comfortable and relaxed here thanks to everyone in this office!

I am so pleased that my friend told me about South West Veterinary. I am new to the area and I first went to a Vet close to my home. At the first Vet I went to, I was stunned at the estimate they gave me to have my 12 year old dog have a cyst and 4 teeth removed. Then I went to Dr Mullen's clinic. He and his staff were so kind and welcoming to me and my dog. He explained the procedure and how beneficial it would be for my doggie. We did the surgery and I am so impressed with how well everything turned out and the staff's follow up calls. This service has been so professional and the cost was considerable less. Let's just say, this is an excellent Veterinary and very reasonably priced. I felt the other place was going to take advantage of me. Thank You Dr Tom... and your staff... Mark

My first visit to South West Veterinary clinic has made me a client for life. I was able to get an appointment for an urgent situation with my dog right away . The friendliness and atmosphere made all the difference. Our technician Stephanie did an incredible job with my senior dog and kept his (and my) stress to a minimum. I am so happy I switched.
