Kindness Animal Hospital is the best. Dr. Morgan in a wonderful person as well as her staff. Sadly our cat had cancer and had to be put down. The entire staff was so kind and compassionate. I recommend Kindness to all. Your pet will be in good hands. Also you will not be ripped off. Their fees are very reasonable. Kindness, thank you for everything you do. God bless. Arthur Amidano

Kindness was there for us to treat our cat when Colonial Animal Hospital negligently misdiagnosed our pet. Unfortunately, our cat had to be put to sleep. Kindness was very accommodating and caring during this difficult time in my family's life. They even sent us a sympathy card. Dr. Morgan was with us and spoke to us in detail concerning our cat unlike Foxwell from Colonial Animal Hospital who only spent less than a minute with us and charged us an arm and a leg. Dr. Morgan explained everything to us extensively when Foxwell failed to diagnose the tumors in our Cat. Kindness Animal Hospital is named the best in Cape Coral for a reason. I can not recommend any other place except Kindness. I want to thank them for all they did for us and for living up to their name. Thank you Dr. Morgan and Allie for taking care of our dear Chi. Chi.

From the moment I walked in for my pets appointment the entire staff was pleasant towards my dog’s, and to me. Vet did a thorough examination and offered feedback on care, pleasant.

We are always very warmly welcomed at kindness Animal Hospital. My dogs actually love to come in and the receptionist were always very sweet to greet them. My 13yo cocker spaniel was not well and was a patient at Viscaya prado vet for 12 years. But recently it has become impossible to get an immediate appointment with them. I called Kindness and they were able to see my pet that evening. They were great and I would recommend them to all my pet owner friends!! Thank you for being there and taking good care of my fur baby!!

Staff and doctor were very friendly, courteous and professional. They were caring and very thorough. I was visiting a friend in the area and they fit me in with a problem with my dog that came on suddenly.

Our cat needed to be seen on a Saturday. Kindness East was the only veterinarian that would help us. From the moment we talked on the phone and entered the clinic, Jennifer made us feel like family! Dr. Keenan took time to thoroughly examine our cat and make recommendations. Unfortunately, the news was bad. Dr. Keenan spent time explaining his labs and what options we had, however our beloved cat had to be euthanized. Dr. Keenan explained the process and again, made everyone involved feel deeply cared for. Thank you♡

Dr. Scott and the team at Kindness East were so compassionate when I took my beloved cat in to end his suffering. They were respectful, thorough, and incredibly kind throughout the process.

Great clinic but not inexpensive.

I'm new to Cape Coral so when my dog had a serious eye injury, I was in a bit of a panic. The folks at Kindness lived up to their name, they got me in the same day, took very good care of both me and my dog, even called the next day to check up. Because the injury was significant, Dr. Scott recommended a vet eye specialist (I didn't even know there WAS such a thing!). We just returned from the specialist's office with the happy news that my dog's eyesight will be saved. I credit Dr. Scott and her wonderful staff at Kindness for their quick response and their Kind Care.

All you need to know is in the name. Very kind vet staff. You can tell they love what they do!

My dog is a gentle sweet dog but very nervous around strangers. They did not allow me to accompany her and she did not do well with them. They did not accomplish what I asked - blood work prior to surgery but still charged me over $130! Then made another appointment for the blood work and will charge me over $270 more for that! I got an estimate for just teeth cleaning and the range was $600 to $1700 depending if she needed extractions. I contacted several other veterinary practices and the dental cleaning estimates were less than half of what they charge and allow you to accompany your pet as long as you sanitize your hands, wear a face mask and allow a temp check. I plan to transfer all my pets to another vet service. Very unresponsive to the owners knowledge of their own dog. They are Know it all’s who do not respect the pet parents opinion.
