The staff there was great they took care of Sadie Nibbles and Rooster Baker had their nails looking good and was very gentle with them I highly recommend

Went to the vet get my dog's eyes checked they give me some medicine that did help him come time to check it out it cost me $230 that's too much that's worse than a doctor's office

They've always treated my two pets well. Used their boarding services too. Would recommend them to friends and family.

We have taken all of our pets here for a check up or for emergencies and have always been treated with kindness and respect! When we lost our dog unexpectedly, they gave us the most lovely card which meant the world to us. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Want to be charged $56.99 for ONE RABIES (1 year) SHOT for 1 small cat, then this is your place. Plus you will pay $48.87 for a < 1 minute wellness exam. When I later reviewed my receipt, I called this place to inquire about the overcharge for what should have been a $12 rabies shot. I was told there were several errors on that day and they apologized and said someone that knew how to do refunds would later call me back with refund info. On following Monday, a Jordan called me and said "no, that is the correct amount." I said I will NEVER EVER BE BACK.

One of the best vets I've ever been too! They always value and take such great care of my precious babies!! A caring vet is most important. These fur babies aren't just dogs. They have emotions and feelings like us and should be treated as such! They are important to our children and families so why mistreat them? We must always take care of our fur babies. This vet is on my highly recommended list because of the way they care for my fur babies!!

I was able to get an appt. right and was taken on time. Super friendly staff and doctor was great. The facility is beautiful. Outstanding in my opinion.

They have no doctor service only veterans people why pet hospital fix pet they hurt they dont have doctor there anymore

I am being kind because I did was register my pet as a new patient. The receptionist was new and very pleasant, she had to ask a few questions of her co-worker and it was done well in a timely fashion. The staff was very cheerful and welcoming, the lobby was very clean. Since I was just registering I did not meet the doctor see an exam room etc.

The nurses and Dr were very pleasant, and seemed they knew what they were doing ????

This place is the absolute worst.. Have never been treated so poorly when simply trying to purchase prescription food in which I have a written prescription for. The hoot at the front even said "you're been fired". Do yourself a favor and go to Burnt Store Animal hospital..

So grateful for tending to my cats needs and make him feel like a real caddy

The staff was very friendly; however, I found the veterinary to be extremely rude! She did not speak or introduce herself when she came into the room. I spoke to her and had to ask her name. She seemed impatient and frustrated when I asked a question regarding my pet’s condition. All she did was state 3 times she would write up the bill as if that was going to be a problem. I will not be returning. I am already looking for another veterinarian.

They saw my dog quickly after asking for an appointment. Everyone there was super friendly and down to earth. They care about the animals AND you by ensuring the pets get the care they need while reconciling treatment cost. They will be my go-to clinic for dog!

Best veterinary practice in the Cape!!! Beautiful facility, friendly staff, and awesome doctor!!! Ashley up front was so friendly... Marylee, the technician in the room, was great... Even Brenna, the manager, whom I met in the lobby, was super nice! The staff is GREAT!! Definitely would not recommend ANY other hospital!!

I absolutely love SBAH. The staff treats you and your pets like their own family. My dog is such an awkward shy boy and he absolutely loves it there. The office is clean and smells nice. And someone is always ready to help with anything I have a question about. They really love your pets there. I definitely recommend.

Had a horrible experience there several Months ago. We told them to close our record and found another vet. I received a notice in the mail yesterday the our pup was due for a visit. I called the office and spoke with “Ashley” who was completing uncaring and unprofessional about my concerns. I would NOT recommend this veterinarian office!!!

Very though with everything, very friendly, great with my cat and he is a grumpy cat to say the least! Reccomend them to anyone who wants the best care for their pets.

I adore the staff at this office. They're so kind and welcoming. I feel safe and comfortable when we come in. My Fenchie, Henry, loves the staff and doesn't show any signs of nervousness. I feel like the prices are considerably high and that the total cost of a spay/neuter may be cost prohibitive to some people, but it may be an average cost for this area. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very good. Very caring. Only thing that I didn't like was not being able to go with my puppy and comfort him. Had to wait in the truck for a couple hours.

First visit to this hospital...staff was amazing. Leidy was awesome with my dog and she really took the time to listen. Plus, i was able to meet with the vet and explain what was going on with my boy.
