Wow not only does the doctor not remember taking care of our baby girl Sasha but calls my wife a liar. The only thing we can agree on is that she didn't treat Sasha. Had she, Sasha might still be here.

Took our baby (Sasha) here on Monday the 13th because she was having difficulty breathing and rapid a heart rate. After a cursory check we were told her heart and lungs were fine she just had a rash. 36 hours later our baby girl was DEAD. We called to inform you and we didn't even get a returned phonecall. Sasha should have gotten blood work, chest x-ray or an EKG. Guess because it was closing time it wasn't possible.

My family and I want to thank you, sincerely, for the wonderful care and thoughtfulness you gave our little Chloe. It certainly means so very much to us.

One star because I had to, worst vet and staff I have ever had to deal with. Dropped my kitten off for neuter today, went at 5 to pick him up. The girl shoved him out the door with papers, no explanation, shut the door. I got in my vehicle and the vet, Cynthia young, ran up to my car yelling what a bad person I was and she wished she would have never let me adopt this 7wk old kitten, that has quadrupled in weight, he is 6lbs and very happy. I am saying BAN this clinic, they are rude and confrontational. I did tell her to get f...... and she would never put hands on him again, this was in the parking lot me trying to go home.

Wrong diagnosis..never followed thru with calling me back about a consult . My ragdoll cat had serious surgery at SVS pet hospital. No call to even check on my cat..done!!!

Didn't take my dog there, so this is strictly based on the service. Called to schedule an appointment for my little puppy and the guy on the phone made it very clear how inconvenienced he was by having to help me. Told him nevermind and took my dog to a different vet.

Dr Young and the team at Cape Veterinary Practice are incredible. Over the years, we have had several of our family pets treated, boarded and groomed at their facility. They are always very friendly, helpful, compassionate, gentle and professional. Dr Young goes above and beyond with helping us with our boys, not only when they have been sick, but during wellness checks to keep them healthy. They call, to check to see how the boys are doing when they are being treated for a medical issue. Greatly Appreciated! Highly recommend their services to family and friends.

I have been bringing my dogs to this clinic since I moved here 6 years ago. Dr Young is the most caring and compassionate vet I have ever had. She treats every animal that comes through the door like it was her own. My dogs LOVE her! The staff there is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Young takes whatever time is necessary during your visit to explain what the treatment options are and to listen to any concerns you may have. She has even come to my house to give my dogs their yearly check-ups and vaccinations. I have recommended her to my friends and they now take their pets there too. If you are looking for a vet that cares about your pets as much you do then this is where you want to go. I would highly recommend Cape Veterinary Practice.

I (my Samson) has been a patient at Dr. Young's office for many years. I find her, and her staff, the most caring people for pets I have ever known. Dr. Young has always listened to my concerns, of Samson, and has addressed them accordingly. Sometimes with a follow-up phone call. I also have found that she rewards true customer loyalty with price cuts in services. Most Admirable. I have read the negative criticism on here and can only conclude that these individuals have an ax to grind, or they are either being deceitful or not being fully truthful in their criticism They do not reflect any experiences I have had.
