this place is a bit overpriced (for rats at least), 13 dollars for a medium frozen rat? BUT i DO NOT think this place is all bad. If you need a rat go to a local store and get one, but if you can't go anywhere else this isn't the worst option. All I can say is NEVER go to PetSmart, I would rather have to start a colony of rats to feed my python than buy from PetSmart. And kudos to the staff, very helpful.

I got a fish yesterday the guy said to use distilled water in my tank and basically had me kill a fish under 24 hours lol good job

Sydney was extremely knowledgeable about both the products and the pets. She remained professional and kind when an over-enthusiastic child and her mom interrupted us several times. The cashier who name escapes me, was gentle and loving with her bird friend. Great staff and a wide selection of products. All of the animals appeared to be well cared for. I would recommend shopping here.

A pet friendly store, with lots of products to choose from. The aisles are pretty wide, so easy to maneuver your 4 legged friends throughout the store. My only complaint with most most of these pet oriented stores, is the pricing is not very competitive.

Cara helped us while shopping in the store. She greeted our puppy and he absolutely loves her. She was very professional and had great customer service. We will be back. ????

My and my wife's bank card keeps getting declined at Pet Supermarket, we spoke to our bank and there shouldn't be any issues, I dont get it.

I went to purchase a dog crate but the same crate at petsmart was $89 pet kingdom had it for a $150

Went to the store today. A nice guy helped me. Surprisingly there was nobody in the store. Upon checkout, the general manager did not impress me. Her attitude wasn't pleasant. I don't think I'll go back. She has been there quite a few years. Too bad.

The general manager of this location has problem with an employee. She told the employee if has (learning disability or mentally challenged ). She even told other employees about this employee couldn’t do tasks because she has learning disability. All this before talking with the employee. The general manager gave this employee a paper to read and asked to the employee if she understood what she read. The general manager disrespectfully embarrassed the employee. Shame on the GENERAL MANAGER who has problems with people who has disabilities. A GENERAL MANAGER without any morals thinking her position doesn’t have to follow laws. I’m going to call the corporate to report this and consult a lawyer.

Every time I go here I get greeted waking in, like a robot programed to do so! I've actually walked back to the fishes many times and decided that if someone comes and helps me then I'll buy some from there, if not I'll go elsewhere! Most times I end up walking out and going somewhere else! Last time I waited 20 minutes, I timed it, and then went to another fish store and bought some really cool fishes! I only keep going back here because it's close but the service is horrible!

Called 1st to make sure they have my dog food and special treats And when I get there they have it waiting for me So I could be in-and-out . That is very much appreciated.

They usually have what I need for my rabbit. People are great.

Bought six fish total First purchase I bought three fish, tested the water and made sure it was perfectly good for my guppies, and they died within days. Second purchase I bought three more fish figuring it might’ve been a fluke once again tested my water for everything under the sun to make sure it was good for them. One died within days one is on his way out and the third is most definitely traumatized from watching the other two die…not cool lol. will definitely be going elsewhere. I have had plenty of fish before and have never had a problem until shopping here :-( this is just my experience with this specific store

Extremely friendly staff, knowledgeable about anything you ask about, cute kittens, ferrets, and birds. Decent prices for the sizes of food packages they offer.
