The first thing you notice is the staff at this veterinary office and how kind, patient and courteous they are. Scooby and I are always greeted politely, usually with with a friendly pet or two by a staff member walking past. There is never a long wait in a crowded waiting room. Dr Chad Wright has built a well organized business, allowing for great care in a clean comfortable space. The Dr. and the technicians have always addressed our problems and have been extremely caring with Scooby, and Diesel, they enjoy being there. I am new to SWF, I brought my Scooby who is 16, and my Diesel who is 14 with me from Jersey. It was very important for me to find a vet who took new clients and allowed me in with them. I’m grateful to have found them.

Dr. Wright is great! Our dog had to have a K9 removed (major tooth, most vets don’t do this) - they took great care of Paco he recovered quickly, with no issues. Paco also is high maintenance with skin and allergy issues. Dr. Wright and the team answer all my questions. Everyone is in such a hurry these days, it’s nice to feel like you’re being listened to. They’re very kind!

Our pup had a medical emergency while we were out of town and the boarding kennel brought him in. The staff here were stellar. Not only did they communicate with us but they communicated with the boarding facility as well. Stephanie and Dr. Wright as well as the rest of the team were wonderful! I have a labradoodle that recently became a patient of Dr Wright, she and I have been very pleased with the care of his staff and him. She had a large mass removed from her right hip and her care was exceptional. My previous vet clinic recommended a specialty vet and we visited Dr Wright for a second opinion, we were pleased that he was up to the challenge and although she is 9 1/2 years old she recovered quickly and is back to the immature playful lovebug she has always been. Kudos to the friendly professional staff for the quality of care for my BFF ( best furry friend )! Most especially during mask wearing Covid19 pandemic ❤????

We were vacationing from out of state, renting a house for a month with our 15 year old dog, Kelly. Very suddenly on Feb 4th, he became lifeless, couldn't walk and just stayed in one position. I talked to my vet at home and she said to bring him in asap. I found Florida animal care through google. When I called there, I was in tears, shaken and very upset. Receptionist (I believe Stephanie) was more than compassionate and told me to bring him in right away which we did. They Dr. and staff were amazing. I can't begin to describe how amazing they were. Professional, warm, compassionate and went above and beyond. Ultimately it was determined we had to put Kelly down. It was one of the hardest days of my life, but without their assistance & warm heartsI don't know what would have happened. We received the utmost respect. Days later, we received a beautiful card along with Kelly's paw print. Thank you so much to this staff. You are the heroes in my eyes. Please know you made such an impact on our lives.

Dr Wright and his team are awesome. Very through in evaluating my dog - making sure he understands her issues so feels better. Very Caring and Highly Recommend them.

The doctors and staff are all professional and friendly. The staff really is the friendliest we have encountered. We travel full time and recently our dog had a minor problem. The doctor was able to diagnose the problem and present a plan. Our dog is doing well now again. Whenever we are in south west Florida we will make the drive to Florida Animal Care

Chad and his techs are outstanding with utmost integrity . Its very refreshing to see this quality again.
