Stopped to get information to bring my pets here and the lady at the front desk was not friendly AT ALL! Was very rushed and dismissed me very quickly!

Friendly and compassionate staff. We had a scare with our Chesapeake and they got us in the same day.

A true 5 star business. They really do treat your pets like the valued family members. My minpin and chipin have been going here for 5 years now, and have been seen for eye infections, to diagnosing heart issues on my older dog. If it wasn't for the medication my dog is on she would struggle to breathe. professional, timely, and most importantly highly knowledgable. ! A true blessing to Cape Coral!

Dr Nichols is the absolute best! We have been going to her for years in addition to our pups oncologist. He will be on chemo for life so really needs monitoring at this point so we see her every 6 weeks or so for labs/urinalysis and a checkup. She has been extremely helpful in assisting us to find better ways to pill our little guy because it has become very difficult to do with so many pills. She talked with the pharmacy we use to see if we could combine some of the pills into one capsule and we can. I bought the tools and capsules and do our own now tho then pharmacy will do it. She researches things for us and goes the extra mile. We moved 50 miles away but we still use her. Her staff is great also. Highly recommend them.

Veterinarian doctor Ashley Apking did not provide any successful treatment to my dog suffering Urinary Tract Infection. We just lost time and money visiting such a doctor. Also, Ashley Apking was bully, behaved rude, and unprofessionally. I would not recommend somebody to use her service.

Super nice staff. I have social anxiety and it is especially triggered by drs. Even veterinarians. They were very patient and loving with my poor fur baby and her rotten teeth. I appreciate it more than they know.

Our 8 year old female Shih Tzu. Harlee had to have 9 teeth removed on Tuesday. I want to thank the whole staff for such great care you gave Harlee. Dr Amanda German came out and explained everything. Dr was really knowledgeable,thorough and caring about our issue. Harlee was a little sluggish after surgery. Later that night back to normal. She’s eating and there appears to be no issues. No bleeding, no apparent pain. We have med in case along with antibiotics. Thank you again for caring and loving our babies as we do. Makes a big difference. Michael and Nancy

When our beloved 16 1/2 year dog had to be euthanized. The caring and love showed to us and our pet. Calming and relaxed area created by staff. Made our sad choice much easier. We had him cremated and when we picked him the entire staff offered us their condolences. Thank you for your kind and caring staff throughout this difficult time. I would refer any friend to this loving practice.

If you are looking for a vet office that treats your furry family member(s) as one their own, this is the office for you. Incredible vets and supporting staff who genuinely care. I cannot say enough kind words about them. You will not find a more compassionate, reasonable and honest practice. Dr. Braun, Dr. Nichols, Autumn, Dani, James, and everyone else who works there are truly amazing. My strongest recommendation!!!

Wonderful Doctors and staff. Been taking our pets here for years.

I have a Golden Retriever and a White German Shepherd. Due to moving a lot, I have brought my Golden to a number of vets. I moved again and still make the drive to bring them here. They are the best especially Dr. Brown and James. You can tell they actually love dogs and care about them compared to some places who barely interact with them and try to get every penny out of you. I have nothing but positive things to say. You can also text them with questions/concerns and they will respond with their thoughts or suggestions without immediately telling you to schedule an appointment.

The staff here takes great care of our dog. We drive over 30 miles to get here because they love her so much.
