People there are very caring. Especially a young lady working outside. Her name was very different & I believe ended in zka or something like that. She was so sweet & comforting to me when I really needed it. Thank you

I park outside and the staffs came out and took my pet in. Got a few calls from each one of the staff for paperwork, medical information, and also talked to the vet. After the check up and shot. They took payment over the phone and bring my pet out to the car for me. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Dr. Hoke is the best. The rest of the crew are very caring about all the pets there. Wonderful place to take your pet for medical attention.

Don't care for it, gonna change vets even though it's only a few miles from home.

The office was dirty and unmaintained with very small rooms. They took my dog to the back behind closed doors just to check vitals, then brought her back. The vet was pleasant, but I would not go back here. The only plus is they are open late on Saturdays.

The staff is very friendly , and they always take great care of my dog! Highly recommend!! Their prices are fair and honest.

I won't take my animals anywhere else but Parkside on 542 in Winter Haven.

They are caring knowledgeable pros who care for my pets. Over the years we've taken out dogs , cats, a goose and they vaccinate yearly our pet goat. We board our dog there, he's spoiled rotten be and we feel confident that he us loved aNd protected while we are away. For general care or surgeries I trust them with my pets.

They are so nice here and treat me like family I do love them so much.

Over priced, slow The Vet pulled the fancy expensive food. I will find another Vet
