This salon is amazing! Whitney is so personable and I'd recommend to anyone in the area to have their pups serviced here! They even offer pet safe color dye services!

The BEST groomer in town. I've tried other groomers in the area, and this is hands down the only place I can take my fur baby and know when I pick her up I'm not bringing her home with a sloppy cut. Brandi and Adrian really know what they're doing. This place is highly professional, clean, friendly, precise, well stocked with wonderful "extras", caring, and extremely efficient in taking pride in what they do. No need to look any further.. this is where to go if you want top-notch results and service. There's a reason why they're always fully booked- they've earned it.

We brought our toy Yorkie here earlier today, he’s come here before and we’re never fully satisfied, but after today I will never come back. When picking him up today we found his carrier inside of a kennel facing a wall, who knows how long he was like this without water. Not only that but it appears the tech got too close to his eyes and now he won’t open his eye even 6 hours after picking him up. When asking the techs about it they simply said it’s because his eye is watering. When looking at it you see a scratch and swollen skin. His haircut is horrible, which isn’t the end of the world but paying the amount we do I’m very upset. I could care less about the quality of the haircut, what bothers me is the fact that my dog was treated the way he was. What happened today is truly far from a bad day but was completely animal cruelty. I will never go back. 10/10 would not recommend ever coming here.

I take both of my babies to this grooming salon and can’t honestly say it is so worth it. The care they get is out of this world and the grooming is the best in town I’ve found. I have tried a few different places but none compare to the level of detail and care my girls receive at Touch of Class. Price wise, they are a little expensive BUT it’s worth every penny and I will take quality over quantity any day of the week. They also sell adorable toys and have a selection of food and treats in store as well. We love you guys, thank you!

Roscoe is a cranky old westie that doesn't like being groomed. I'm not sure how they do it, but Roscoe always leaves Touch of Class perfectly groomed and extremely handsome.

Services usually taking 4 hrs to complete were NOT done after 5 hrs. Ended up picking up our dog after only having nails clipped and ears cleaned. She still needed her bath we were told at the 5 hour mark. If appointments are running that far behind then a phone call should’ve been made long beforehand! We were looking for a groomer NOT a doggy daycare!

I have been a customer here for almost 5 years and have no complaints. My dog always looks good and seems happy and healthy when I pick him up.

This time I went with my older Chi, Max. He does NOT like to get his nails done. But Christina did an awesome job; she was very patient with him.
