They are a great place to leave your dog I used them when I went out of town

Love this place. Boarded my dog their for an entire week. They took great care of our Akira. Made her feel comfortable and saw he having a great time on their Instagram page. Will use them again and again.

Bait and switch operation, 0 level of any responsibility as a business owner. Brandon (so called owner) is never there, employees forget half of the things that they all promise you over the phone. I will never go back there with my GS and do not recommend anyone going! Liars and poor quality. Short of trimming nails they are useless.

Absolutely the BEST and Only place we will board our dog.

Harlie looks great. The staff was very friendly and informative. My wife was at work and was very happy when she got home. We have two dogs and going to make another appointment soon.

Very knowledgeable people there who genuinely love dogs versus just the money coming in. They took care to learn about my dog and gently introduced him to their facility. I trust my most precious fur baby to their care.

I was a walk-in to have my dog's nails trimmed. I was very impressed!! I also wanted to get a feel for the place so I can board my 2 dogs and take a much needed vacation. I filled out the paperwork to proceed with boarding.... can't wait????????

We took our two labradoodles to this place yesterday, after sending pictures to the owner of what we were looking to do - we saw the end result. After asking the staff (nice staff btw) they told us that no pictures were ever printed or looked at from emails to them. One dog looked okay at best, the other one was made into a Lama. It so sad that I'm ashamed to post a pic of how she got butchered there. When we sent a message to owner, he replied that dogs were very uncooperative so that's the result. Funny that the groomer never told us that. After confronting the owner he said we were rude to his staff. (Funny how we paid full price and tip the girl$10 on top ... So rude). This place might be a good daycare, I don't know, but our grooming experience was horrible there. The owner also blocked us from sending him messages. This guy is complete waste of money and he lies like there is no tomorrow. I can not see us taking our dogs back to this place if it was the last groomer in Florida! He is rude, liar and cheat. Really horrible experience there. I will never give them another shot, mainly because how they deal with issues, as everyone can drop a ball once in a while, but for him to lie in response paints a perfect character of this guy. Beware, bad business! PS Ohh btw he claims that we posted multiple reviews, liar once again. Shame! We screamed at staff and tipped $10 each dog $20 tip after screaming, give me a break! Liar liar

First day at day camp. Cassie is 8 months old and she didn't want to leave when I came to get her.

They always do a great job, jasper is returned to us clean cut and smelling great everytime.

They always do a great job and our German Shepherd, Bennie, loves going to see his friends. They treat him like a family member.

Feel like they have gotten so popular that if your dog isn't catatonic for daycare there is an issue. Never had an issue with our dog until now and with this location. Want to clarify the "story" below is the first I have heard of the situation. Literally I was told "he can't come back" with no explanation. If it was that dramatic of a situation you would think that would have been relayed upon pick up so that behavior could be addressed for the "best interest of the dog".

Our boxer Riggs loves going to daycare at Tiki Tails, as soon as we pull into the parking lot he starts wagging his tail, jumps out of the car and runs to the door, he can't wait to get inside to play with his friends. The staff is friendly, and there is always someone watching the dogs which makes me feel comfortable leaving Riggs there for daycare.

We love tiki tails! Thor (our Great Pyrenees) is obsessed with being groomed there. When we pull in the parking lot he tries to jump out to go inside! They are well priced, professional and very informative! Highly recommend!!

Just moved to Cape coral and this is truly the best groomer around!! I did a lot of research because I'm a crazy dog mom and Tiki Tails definitely gets 5 stars!!

Lola loves going to Tiki Tails. The staff is very friendly, professional and attentive. I can see updates of how the day is going on social media. When we are away we know we can count on them to take good care of our Lola. Would recommend to anyone looking for daycare or boarding.

They are very friendly, polite, professional and they listen to what your needs are, I like that. They know what they are doing. I am having my girls board with them in November and I have a peace of mind knowing that they will be well taken care of.

I had heard great thing about Tiki Tails but hadn't needed them until now. I not only felt comfortable leaving my dog for the day and overnight, bit he had an amazing experience. I can't even say the words "Tiki Tails" around him without him getting excited and him running to the door. Great experience for both dog and parent. Come by and meet the crew here and you will understand immediately!!!
