Dr. Amy and her staff are the most caring and compassionate!!! Have been taking my animals here for several years for emergency and non emergency visits! My dogs and cats love her and that tells me what I need to know! ❤️❤️ Keeep up the great work!

Dr Hall is great and we enjoyed our visit. However this clinic makes it really difficult to get your pets the medications they need. They don’t sell them there at the clinic, they didn’t offer a RX when we were there for the appointment, now they won’t verify the RX with a pet Pharmacy. The woman on the phone was not really too interested in helping me resolve this either. This is unlike any other vet we have visited. Other vets try to help you maintain the medications you need to keep your paw kids healthy by either direct sales or easy RX verification. I’m just trying to get heart guard and next guard. Really frustrating. This lady treated me like I was trying to purchase controlled substances lol!!!

They are awesome with all my dogs

Normally I would say 5 but today, I went to pickup a prescription and the lady at the counter was sure short and rude. I am new to mail order pet meds and asked for a refill, because Chewy told me I needed to do so. She snapped off a very sarcastic and rude response about chewy needing to learn to read a script. Then explained the refill process while being both uninformative, and condescending. So , I still have a per unable to get heartworm meds, so there's that. (2 dogs I did get a dcript for the 1). I was upset when I left, but saw all these positive reviews. I'm sure she's a nice person most days, but not with me. People who go into a Vet to get expensive medicine are trying to do the best they can for their pets. I know it sucks working around the holidays, but I still deserved a opportunity to have a positive experience with your business. Have a safe and happy holiday.

I’ve taken my silver lab here for past year and they are always kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She isn’t at all nervous to go inside and I think because she feels cared for even when they’re doing uncomfortable tests. I would highly recommend this office

I should have written this review 3 years ago but, better late than never. My dogs have been seen here since they were 9 weeks old following a very disappointing visit with another local vet. I am always able to get my boys seen and my accident-prone dog George has been seen immediately when it is an emergent or urgent situation (too many times to count). I think the best thing about this clinic is you have the staff and Dr. Hall's full attention while your pet is being seen. The visit is never rushed, your concerns are always fully addressed, and I feel the entire staff, especially Dr. Hall, is fully committed to providing the best medical experience for the pet and owner.

We have taken our family pets to this vet's office for as long as I can remember. I recently became a dog mom myself and brought my dog in to get fixed and microchipped. It ended up being less expensive than I thought it would and they were so supportive of me and my dog throughout the process (even when he was being dramatic!). I promise you will have a wonderful experience here.

Minimal wait. Dr Hall spends as much time as needed to answer any of your pet questions.

Available vet on the weekends, nice, honest and friendly. They do no over charge. My dog loves visiting Animal Clinic of Nassau County, despite being treated for injuries related to being hit by an SUV.

The vet works really hard to treat your pet and is very patient and kind and thorough. Nice clean place just like or even better than a doctors office. The attendants are great also.

Cute office, no wait time, and the vets seemed to really care about my dog. Much better than the vet I went to originally since moving down here, and they have a new permanent patient!

My dog was brought in as an emergency after being kicked by a horse. Doctor and staff were more than welcoming and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is hands down the best vet I've been to in years. We've just recently started coming here and this past weekend my dog jiggy got very sick. We were looking at possible surgery. The vet told me honestly what was in the best interest of my baby boy but gave me multiple choices for course of treatment. We lucked out and didn't need surgery but he's still sick but will get better with the proper treatment.. And to top off the exceptional treatment and service of my dog, my toddler left her lovey in the lobby they were nice enough to put it in a bag in the drop box for us to pick up and to her surprise she had ton of stickers in the bag with her lovey foxy which was super sweet of them. Thanks guys for saving my pup and my daughters foxy.
