I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Dr. Long and her staff. Twice she has came to a ferret rescue without an appointment and twice I left with healthy mustelids. She is very thoughtful and completely professional. Thank you so much for everything you do Dr Long.

Dr. Long was great! The staff greeted us promptly, even though we were early. The prices were reasonable and the services were perfect. I have a big parrot and they are not always easy to handle. They were very professional and treated him like I treat my own baby! Thank you Happy Life.....for making mine just that much happier!

Horrible experience. My husband and I took our cat for the first time. The receptionist, vet tech and the doctor were all very rude. They were having issues with their computer system so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My cat is 20yrs. old and has some health issues so I just wanted to make sure she was ok and not in any pain. The staff was continually rude and unsympathetic, will not go back.

In the last month Dr. Amy Long has saved the life of two of my dogs. In the first case I called the hospital and she immediately knew the issue and how to resolve it over the phone. The second time involved a profuse amount of blood and without even missing a beat Dr. Long calmed a very alarmed dog, wrapped the wound, and walked me through what was happening all at once. She is simply the best at what she does and I can not recommend her and the whole staff of hospital enough!

Dr.Long and Andy were reassuring to me.As much as I hate not being with my kitti all in all not as stressful as I thought.I will recommend Happy Life to any one. Reminds of Dr.Jeff. on Rocky Mountain Vet...Kindness ❤

We moved to Bunnell in September of 2019 and found this vet shortly thereafter. The waiting room is cozy but does not feel cramped as some other vets offices do. With some Disney on the waiting room TV and plenty of magazines any time spent waiting is over before you realize it's even begun. The staff is pleasant and extremely competent, and Dr. Long was very professional. I hope to bring our animals there for many years and watch as the practice continues to grow.

Rates are too high but staff is knowledgeable!

I am new here and had a medical issue with my dog. I called and they had me come in that same day. Reasonably priced, charged me their regular fees. They are pleasant and care about the health of the animals. Its not a fancy building, so don't judge a book by the cover. The vet call my cell personally to give me the information on my girl, curbside service because of Covid. They even did a follow-up call the next day to make sure she was ok. Give them ???? thank you, thank you, thank you!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! They are so good to our AUGGIE!! They are very personal!! They take time to talk with you and answer questions! We have had our last 3 dogs with them!! They are even having a DRIVE-THRU trick or treat for the doggies Friday.5-6.....see ya there! And thank you for loving our auggie

I cannot thank you enough the attention that was taken and I mean I just don't know what to saymy son and I had an emergency with my dog and they took her right in for me and they took the utmost care and respect for me my son and my baby girl her health was failing she had a very bad heart and we had a decision to make that would take care of her for the rest of her life as far as whether or not she live in pain or live with bad health and heart where she wouldn't be able to do anything or euthanization they left the room they allowed us to speak among ourselves they took the time and the love and the care with us and they just they walked us out and and just fabulous the doctor is caring and loving and sincere her bedside manner is just fabulous and the whole entire place is impeccable and the tech and the young lady at the desk there just all fabulous and Darien and dr. Long you definitely have customers for life and I will tell everybody that and the entire family is just so thankful that we found you and now my son will also bring his Chihuahua to you and you're just you're fabulous

Dr Long and her staff are amazing. The staff and Dr Long are always happy and very knowledgeable. She has taken care of my animals for years. I have and will always continue to use and recommend her and her clinic.

Love Happy Life for their honesty, knowledge and care but the building is in such bad rotten shape it might fall down any minute. The nasty rotten roof would scare away anyone for fear of what's inside. Such a shame!

Dr. Long and her staff take very good care of my fur babies. They’re always friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and their prices are fair. Their hours are good too so I can get my pets in after work. Their curbside service has been wonderful and they’ve taken all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. Thank you very much! Just had the best encounter with the girls at Happy life animal hospital. My poor fur baby broke her toe nail and we needed an emergency vet... they were very accommodating offering curbside service. They treated my sweet girl in less than 35 mins she was all bandaged up and back in the car ready to go home feeling much hetter! Thank you for taking care of my girl! I will highly recommend this animal hospital to everyone!
