Very nice staff went all out to make sure my baby was taken care of , and follow up to make sure he is doing better. We need more people like them who really like their job and care for our pets!

I am very impressed with the Newman Ormond Beach Animal Hospital. They check on Princess usually the day after to make sure she is doing okay. I love the involvement that they have with their patients. I love all the staff!

Newman animal hospital was a great choice for my little girl. It was the first time I have used them. My Boston terrier has eye problems. I was impressed with the time they spent explaining my options and knowledge of Boston Terriers. I drove to Maitland and received no treatment like this. If you live in the area I would highly recommend this office. The staff was friendly and professional. They follow up, provide additional information, help obtain best prices for meds. The Doctor is great. Two vet techs I’d like to mention are Mary and Brittany. The love and care they give to my dog is priceless. I trust this clinic 100 percent. There are many clinics much closer to my home but the 30 minute drive is well worth it.

Very impressed with a customer service. Their ability to answer any questions. The way they handle the animals. I'm glad I found them and I'm from another state good and as long as I'm here in Florida I will be using them. I think the staff they were all amazing people

What a terrible place! They always try to overcharge you instead of trying to help your pet and charge only for what's needed! My dog needed two surgeries and they gave me an estimate of about 3K! When I went to a different vet it cost me under 900 dollars for everything and certain things they wanted me to get done were not even necessary!!! I get it it's not free but I do not want to be paying their mortgages!

They somehow got my dog to not bark at them when they were listening to his heart and lungs. They made sure he was safe an comfy. They also made they treated my crazy ove worried self like a good person with all the patience possible. They were amazing and I live them.

I am 100% happy with Newman’s Ormond Beach Animal Hospital!!! To begin with, each time I’ve called them, they’ve answered immediately and have always been so courteous. They call back in a timely manner and are amazing at handling what issues that they can over the phone. I don’t know everyone there, but I’ve spoken with Paula several times and she is always so professional and goes above and beyond to help. When I went today with my babies, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. They have a well established system to comply with the covid regulations in place that is top notch since you don’t leave your car. Mary met me outside at my car to speak with me and take my babies inside. She communicated aspects of the services and costs to me clearly and efficiently. Moreover, there was no pressure at all to pay for services or products that I did not want. She was certain to address all of the relevant issues with the doctor on my behalf. Then I received a phone call from the doctor to go over any concerns or questions I may have. The doctor was amazingly sweet and patiently reviewed my babies’ exam with me. Finally, paying the bill was made so easy and Mary brought my babies back out to me happy little campers (well, perhaps my little Kitty might’ve had a bit of an attitude but that’s not unusual for her, lol). These guys are working so hard and doing an amazing job at it!!! I’d like to offer Newman’s of Ormond Beach a standing ovation!!!! Thank you all for providing such a wonderful establishment and environment for my babies! Now that I’ve found you, I wouldn’t trust their care to anyone else!!!

The 2 times we have been there have been great. Our cats were seen at their scheduled appointment times. They came out in a timely fashion...nice and calm...not traumatized. Great place, great employees.

From the very first visit to all the way through her recovery these folks are professional and so very caring. They took AMAZING care of my Fur Baby and loved on her when I wasn't there. They called my home several times to check on her. I am so greatful for them and happy with their service.

Not really impressed by this place. Everytime I visit they always push you to pay more money. It makes me feel like they care more about money then your pet.Also not flexible with their clients busy schedules. Only come here if its an emergency.

I was playing outside with my pup and he ran into a tree and he got bark stuck in his eye, I called them panicked and they saw me right away. With social distancing in place, humans are not allowed inside with the pets, but they made sure to call me with any new updates. They were polite, compassionate and professional. My pup came back feeling a lot better and a lot happier. I am very pleased on my experience with them

To everyone out there,feeling overwhelmed ,looking for a place that can help your pet and not break your bank. A place that cares more for your pet than for your money! Your search is over and I understand because I just went through this. The reality is that most of us have to work. We can’t expect anyone to cover our costs Or the cost affiliated with our beloved animals. I understand this, but it would be nice to not feel like we are being taken advantage of. It is important to choose a place that has a staff that is there for more than just a paycheck, a staff which I am sure , go home and think about the animals that touched their hearts that day. Newman Veterinarian clinic in Ormond Beach,FL is what I needed for my dog/daughter and it’s the place your pet and you need too! My dog, Sadie, was blessed to be given the chance to live a few more days because Dr. Newman is so amazing and she cares for her patients. I’m grateful that I had those final days with my best friend. My heart is breaking because my dog went to Heaven but I’m telling you, I appreciate the care and kindness that My baby needed so she could pass away in peace instead of pain. They were more reasonable as far as cost and the kindness presented to me at this heartbreaking time was filled with compassion and understanding instead of judgment. In closing, I urge everyone to stop making your brains crazy, this is the place that you are looking for and your animal needs!

Dr. Nelson and Dr. Walker are wonderful, along with the entire staff. Our dogs weren’t feeling well and they were able to see them the same day.

All staff and doctors, especially Mary and Dr Nelson are outstanding. We feel like everyone has our pets' health in their best interests. We trust Newman's explicitly with our pets' care.

I don’t recommend this specific location. Great staff but their veterinarians on the other hand are not to friendly. For being a vet office, they don’t know how to handle my dog. I ended up going elsewhere who knew how to handle him.

Absolutely the best in volusia county wouldnt go anywhere else after several visits to my regular vet and 5 days later my baby girl is in the best hands ever thank you Jesus for these amazing caring and loving staff 100%

They are a very good vet clinic. They have always been caring and professional in the treatment of my dog and cat. I would recommend them. Also, the staff is friendly and courteous, especially Mary and Nicole. Plus, Dr. Nelson is a wonderful Veterinarian.

Poor customer service and rude operator made me go elsewhere, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
