Always have a great experience

Well run with great staff. Have been taking care of my small dog for a couple of years. They are thorough and caring.

They were very accommodating when my fur babe nova ate something and it made her loopy. They fit her into the schedule and we so comforting towards her and I. Very sweet staff who genuinely care about animals

My best experience with my dog since first day I loved

I have been going to this vet for 5 years, and never once had a problem until this year. Dealt with rude staff members almost every time I called. Information was never clear or relayed correctly- which it should be when dealing with the health of animals. Was told a manager would contact me about my experiences, which never happened. I don’t know what has happened over the past year, with this vet office, but every experience I have had there this year has been awful. Never thought I would have to switch vets, but i’m very glad I did. Took one of my animals to get blood work done, and when I picked my animal up after the appointment, there was blood all over his stomach (even though the blood work was on his arm), so they didn’t even have the decency to clean him up after they clearly made a mess. I myself have been working in healthcare for a while, and never have I seen anyone treat patients/family members the way they do. Disgusting.

Great staff they take care of our kids/dogs like they are their own. Would recommend them to anyone!!!

First visit went well. Tech explained what exams and procedures would occur. Dr Challenger followed up after Exam was completed and explained upcoming recommendation for dental surgery. Information was helpful and appreciated. Definitely recommend this Veterinary service.

I heard a lot of good things about this place, unfortunately my experience was different. People in the office are very nice, very responsive and very professional. Unfortunately, I can not say the same thing about veterinarians. One the first visit, we brought the file and explained my dog history and problems. The information was given to the assist that came out to the car. When veterinarian came out to talk to us she was quick with diagnosis when I question it she admitted of not reading the file and not getting information from the assist, so she went back to the office to read the file. That was a red flag. Second visit was even worse. Again I explained all the issues and that my dog was going down hill, not eating, loosing weight, not having energy and what I got back was recommendation for a very expensive arthritis medicine. The vet even missed that my dog stomach was swollen due to internal problems. The serious issues were missed and I end up taking my dog to a different vet. I felt that vets at this place were more concerned about making money and seeing as many animals as possible instead of caring about animals well being.

They are amazing! Dr. Cotton was wonderful as well as all the staff! I drive across town because they always make me feel that they truly care about my pet as well as me. Their prices are so fair and I just can't express how grateful I am for the time they take to explain test and all the other little things they do!

We have been using them for years and have always had wonderful service. Last year the vet was extremely rude and unprofessional. We will not be returning. Disappointed especially since it was so convenient pretty much fown the road from our house.

The vet and tech were very nice and helpful on our visit. That being said, I have only been here once and will no longer use this office due to the fact that they refuse to fill prescriptions with online companies (example: Chewy). I have never worked with a vet that will not do so. To use Chewy on my own I have to get a physical copy of the prescription on paper, mail it in (due to restrictions), and wait...hoping there is no paperwork issue due to the vet's paper prescription...in which case it would need to be done allover again. When the vet can EASILY handle it directly (considering everything is digital). I was told, "you are free to fill with the paper prescription anywhere you chose". Easier said than done since even using pharmacies like Walmart, Petco, Walgreens, Publix, etc requires it to be mailed (for standard pet meds that are not also human equivalents). Also, the vet office offers medications in house (presumably), but not Simparica (which makes me wonder...what do they actually offer since they refuse to obtain such a widely used brand??!). Do they only carry what they can profit enough on? I get that its a business, however, it is first and foremost HEALTHCARE. And this is just bad healthcare service to not provide options to EASILY obtain needed medications. The inconvenience of this to the customer and pet patient is ridiculous in 2021.

This was a great visit for my dog. Everyone from the vet staff to the vet were very kind and responsive to all of my questions and with helping my dog. Can’t recommend enough.

Ruby rabbies vacinne was due as well as her other vaccines so I brought her in for her appointment and they gave Ruby the best care. I also had them clip her nails for me since having arthitis makes it hard for me. I take both my fur babies to them and they receive the best of care. If your looking for a great place to take your fur babies I highly recommend Meadowrun Affordable pet care.

So my baby Thor was having diarrhea for about 3 days. I first thought he ate something weird and he would be good at the next day but he just got worse. I got super worried because my baby is super energetic and he was so tired and sad. I called the practice at 8:00 am to ask an appointment and the gave me the appointment on that same day! I went to the place and they were super nice with Thor and me. The vet tech was so sweet and caring. Then the Vet saw Thor and answered all my questions! They were so sweet with my baby who was super scared. The price was great! Lass than $200 for the consultation, exam and mediations. At the next day they called me to check on Thor. I love that practice and I will keep taking my baby there because I had the feeling that they really care. I am happy and Thor is feeling a lot better.

They were very caring toward my ????‍⬛ & ????. And we’re truly supportive of me as well. With this pandemic, the animals are taken for care from the front door and we owners are left to worry. But the Staff @ Meadowrun have always quickly notified me of details of exam and asked what concerns I still had.

I’m new to town and this was my first visit to this office and it was wonderful. They were kind and very informative.

More time w/vet to ask questions, but the vet tech was AMAZING!!

People inside were very courteous and very knowledgeable about animals and gave our dog the very best care also gave us and estimate before anything was done and even let us know that our Care credit could be used for the dog

It was such a great appointment!! I love all the staff there. They are so kind. Truly love all animals.... And give them the best care possible. I'm so glad I found Meadowrun!!

Changing my review: We've been going for a few more months and I wouldn't go to another vet here in a 30 mile radius. They get me in for appointments quick, the prices are fair, everyone is nice to us, and I feel like my animals are well cared for. I like the drive up service too! Most of my appointments have only been an hour to hour and a half, which is fine.

Just went there for the first time last week with a sick kitty. From the first phone call, they were wonderful and even followed up more than once after our visit. The entire staff was very professional and compassionate. They absolutely understand that my pet is part of my family. Their prices are reasonable and the doctor contacted me personally before moving forward with any additional services. I would highly recommend this business and will continue to trust them with the care of my fur babies.

From the staff to the provider, this facility and their genuine care for our pets are hands down the best we've ever experienced. I rarely ever write reviews good or bad but these people absolutely deserve the recognition.
