I have been to the clinic on a few occasions with 2 of my dogs. I have always received excellent service. I feel they care about my pets well being and have a great staff.

I cannot thank every single person at Fetch enough! Huge shout out to Kendi (my best friend who referred me to Fetch), the entire oncology team and Dr. Muldowney, to the front service staff including Assata and Ravyn. All the staff know my Desmond and I’m so happy he received his chemotherapy and care for his lymphoma. I am so grateful for this vet and the care he has received!

This is an overdue review, I should have done it months ago. This place is awesome! We decided to go to Fetch when our vet couldn’t find out what’s going on with our baby Amber after all the tests and medication they prescribed. On our first visit, Dr.Hogan immediately diagnosed that she has tumors! It was a very heartbreaking moment for us but everyone from Dr.Hogan herself to her amazing techs helped us with every step we have to take. Yes we had to do lots of test and yes it was expensive, but as a pet parents it is our responsibility to do anything needed for our pets, but at fetch you get the best service and that’s what you are paying for! Dr.Hogan is a rock star and we owe our baby’s life to her, she treats Amber as if she’s her own pet, she cares about her patients a lot and goes above and beyond for them. We recommended this hospital to anyone who is looking for a great doctor and great service.

Needed to bring my dog in for emergency treatment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Took amazing care of my baby and made sure she was okay. They even called the following day to check up on her andale sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing experience here 3 months ago with Dr Robinson. This time around I got Dr Johnson and the tables have turned. My dog had diarrhea for 3 days. I tried bland diet, pumpkin and probiotics to no relief. I took a stool sample in to her vet who later called and said no parasites but on the higher end of a normal bacteria that was more than likely the problem. Vet wanted to put my dog on flagyl but wanted to see her first and could not get my dog in for 4 more days so I went to Fetch. Upon explaining everything to Dr Johnson she recommended IV fluids and labs for $800 and to switch my dog to a chicken and rice diet aka bland. I explained to her my dog didn’t need fluids as she was urinating fine and drinking water fine and eating fine. Her tongue and nose was nice and moist and her turgor was excellent. Why the fluids and labs? Her labs are current and lab values are in normal limits as I explained. Dr Johnson still did not want to do anything so I refused the labs and was out $140 for a wasted visit with no common sense resolution. I then made my way to the Animal Emergency Clinic of Brandon. They evaluated my dog, listened to me, said my pet was no where dehydrated and prescribed flagyl 1/2 tablet BID. Perfect and just what she needed. My dog has had 2 doses and her diarrhea is gone. Dr Johnson, pet owners know their animals and when something is wrong. Science tells us that bacteria overgrowth needs treatment especially in a symptomatic patient. Please listen to us humans who are the voice and advocates for our pets. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure you do not get Dr Johnson. Facility was very clean and the front desk girl and the nurse were excellent and kind. UPDATE TO FETCH RESPONSE Weak response Fetch. Suicide is an issue amongst humans in general. Please don’t go to a crisis over your vets incompetence. All antibiotics can cause resistance when not completed or prescribed properly. Again I as all animal owners stand firmly behind my comment of treat your patient not your peer reviewed article. Also, if the pet is not dehydrated why introduce them to unnecessary fluids? If you would like peer reviewed articles on fluid volume overload I would be happy to provide them to you. I still encourage people to not see Dr Johnson and to seek out a different place other than Fetch for their animal needs. Arguing with your customers online is also a childish thing to do which also shows unprofessional behavior at its best. Have a great week.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Fetch in Brandon. My 5 year old pit was transferred there for an ultrasound for severe GI issues. It was performed quickly and Dr. Groover read it herself and explained all her findings to me in detail. She is amazing. All of the ICU nurses and receptionists were extremely helpful, compassionate and so very sweet. Bernadette is amazing and very kind, she is the reason I was able to sleep while my baby stayed at Fetch overnight. She assured me he was in the best of hands there and she was right! He got so much attention, they massaged his legs since they were swelling from the fluids and he even got a nickname! I brought a blanket and pillows which were washed and medications sent home were explained thoroughly. He is doing so much better now and I can’t thank Fetch enough for it. Time permitted, from now on I will drive the extra miles for their emergency care!

Had a geat experience here! I have had very bad experiences with vets in the past trying to charge me with as many things as possible and do unnecessary exams just to charge me. Fetch was so different, they got me right in with my dogs (who had eaten rat poison) and held off on the more expensive exams until poison control on the phone said it was necessary because they knew money was tight for me. When it wasn't, they didn't charge me anything! Whey were also very good and patient with my dogs who don't take to strangers. Wonderful place, will absolutley be back if I have another emergency

Horrible customer service or lack thereof. The doctor was great....no complaints about that. Front desk, techs and supervisor were incompetent. Paid over $1K to be told they didn't make a note on the chart of why we came in for. They want us to come back and pay another visit again so they can make a note of the problem. Can't find decent, honest, trustworthy and competent people anymore. What a shame.

Horrible. On 12/30 we woke up at 5am to our French bulldog having puppies (a day early). I began calling multiple emergency vets in our area. When I called Fetch, I was given a rough range for cost. I called a few more vets in the area then checked back with Fetch as my last call. I immediately asked how much for an emergency c section for a French bulldog on both calls. We decided to head there as it was probably the closest vet to us that was open. Once we arrived I called to let them know we were in the parking lot. They opened the door and took our girl back to examine her. About 5 (maybe a bit longer) minutes later they came out and said they did not have surgical staff (which was never mentioned during either of my phone calls)and could not do the c section. When I asked why they did not tell me they had no surgical staff the response was “you didn’t ask”. They then proceeded to tell us that they listened and found no heartbeats. At this point they are taking their time bringing her back to us and giving us the information for Blue Pearl. We are devastated at this point and now our only focus is making sure our girl is okay. We got to Blue Pearl and our girl is doing wonderful along with her 3 healthy pups. Fetch is an absolute joke and should not be used. We could have lost the pups due to their sheer incompetence. The staff was not at all friendly either. Blue Pearl in Tampa saved our sweet girl and her babies.

I can not say enough good things about Fetch Brandon and Dr.Jenny Groover. My Great Pyrenees, Leia, was bitten by a water moccasin on Wednesday. They did an awesome job treating her and immediately upon meeting the Doctor, I felt very confident that she would be ok. I feel they were very upfront about what to expect. I am so happy that I chose to take her to Fetch

I will be filing a court civil action next week as I finally got my biopsy after waiting nearly 12 days with a diagnosis of throat cancer. I was promised that the biopsy would be done in one week after surgery. I had to change vets and wait another two weeks for new treatment. I am suing them for malpractice in the amount of $2500 and price gouging as they charged me 3x more than others charge in the area. BUYERS BEWARE...THEY LIED AND BULLIED ME INTO SIGNING A CONTRACT AND TELLING ME MY DOG WAS IN EXTREME PAIN WHICH WAS COMPLETELY UNTRUE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS VET HOSPITAL TO ANYONE.

Oh man so i never brought an animal to them but i have a baby tortoise that was dying and i called every vet in the area and everyone turned us away. these lovely people were unfortunately the last people i called and they said they also don’t see tortoises (totally understandable) and referred me to a bunch of places that already turned me away. this caused me to flip out. i was a very unreasonable and rude customer and their receptionist was so sweet despite all of the anger and sadness i took out on her. so 10/10 customer service and i am so sorry i yelled at you guys :(

Dr. Hogan is a wonderful Vet. She was so attentive to my pup and truly cares about my dog. After thinking he had another condition she correctly diagnosed him and now he is all better.

I would like to thank Dr. Devlin and vet tech Jessica for taking such good care of our dog Thor. He is back to his old self with their care and guidance. I can't imagine what we would have done without them. The Brandon location is wonderful from the time you greet Burnedtt to the Dr.'s and techs. Thank you again.

The only good thing about this place while I was dealing with my pups work there was Rebecca and Michelle, the Dr was very rude and practically degraded me over the phone because I wanted to bring my dog closer to home to a vet that isn't a hour and a half away. I get it my dog needs help , but I am getting her help closer to home. This doctor really needs to think about how she's talking to people yes your dealing with people's animals but these are our kids. Be a little more respectful and maybe a little more sensitive as for some of us if your involved that means it's a tough time for us because are babies are hurt or sick. Thank you Michelle and Rebecca for being sweet and helpful thru this hard time.

It has taken a while to process the Fetch experience. I visited the website reviews after having my dog, Maggie, treated at the facility a few weeks back. Many of the negative reviews identify cost and poor communication as issues with their service. Poor communication colors everything, including client perception of cost factors regarding the urgency of treatment. I took Maggie to Fetch on 7/15/21 after overnight emergency treatment at another facility. Their tests revealed a need for a diagnostic ultrasound, which was ultimately performed at Fetch. My direct communication with the emergency vet was the only positive Fetch experience. Everything else, in my opinion, was conducted with little regard for both the pet and pet owners. I understand the policy of no payment, no service. However, the wait to have our pet evaluated for a treatment plan took most of the morning, while sitting in our car. It was especially difficult because I had IV medication provided by the overnight urgent clinic that was to be administered. All this time, Maggie went without this medication. And later that afternoon, when we picked her up, the medication was returned, never used. Waiting for the initial evaluation put everything on hold for some hours. It also seemed that the billing aspect further held things up. And as for the communication, it was confusing and frustrating. Throughout the day, several people called inquiring about my decision on the treatment plan after I had already signed and paid for a specific treatment to proceed. And more calls of the same were made after we spoke with the vet and made our final decision. I have had pets my whole life with a variety of health issues that come with pet ownership. And I have never had such a disappointing experience as I have had with this facility.

DO NOT COME HERE THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL. I brought my dog in with swelling on her side. All they did for her was check her blood and say she had a infection but didn't know why. They gave antibiotics and saline under the skin and told me to give her Benadryl. They said it must be a abscess even though NO X-RAYS WERE DONE! They weren't sure if it was an abscess or how she got it. All of that cost me $500 and I still had to take her to a REAL VET who did the proper tests and now finally we know what's wrong and she's doing better. I paid $200 less and got the results I was looking for. Thank God there's still Honest people in the world not trying to take advantage of people in their pets time of need. So sorry I ever went here!

BE WARNED! READ ALL!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Fetch is an overpriced joke! Miscommunications between staff members. Doctors NOT on the same page. Staff members not knowing doctors working in the same building as them! Unprofessional discussions about the establishments financial situations!! They put more effort into harassing you about money than they do towards saving your pet. I was told I would be given estimates, they want 75% down and the remaining balance is due at discharge. I paid 75% of my first estimate like I was told. I even tried to pay the full estimate but they said no because they want to avoid giving any refunds. Then not even 24 hours later, after paying close to $4,000 I was told I needed to settle the balance of my first estimate or they would withhold necessary/life saving treatment from my dog. This stressful information was being relayed to me as I was crying over my dog who was clearly uncomfortable and fighting for his life on the table in front of me. I should NOT have had to put up with that! I should have focused all my energy and attention on my dog, because that was the last time I got to hold him while he was alive. I received a brief call hours later by a male doctor, telling me that my dogs heart stopped and they were doing CPR. To then be told by that doctor that CPR doesn’t work on dogs like it does on humans? We drove in, cried over our dogs lifeless body and said our final goodbyes. When I asked if he was ever given pain meds, a nurse confirmed that none were administered. So my dog was there for 30hrs in pain and then died without me… I will never get over that. We picked out an urn and we’re told we could settle the balance when we picked up his ashes in 5-10 business days. I received an email shortly after stating they are working with a new company and they would be MAILING our dogs ashes to us! 12 business days passed and we called Fetch asking for the cremation companies info so we could follow up, only to find out they NEVER RECEIVED our dog!!! We called back over to Fetch, someone looked into it and we were told “since your dog died at night he was put on a hold and someone FORGOT to take him off hold.” My dogs dead body laid there in Fetch for 18 days unnoticed!! But trust me, in those 18 days they noticed the balance and had no problem emailing me and calling me multiple times to collect the payment! I see the owner responds to some of these reviews, so please if you’re reading this I want to be contacted directly to discuss the absurd unprofessionalism happening in your business. I am beyond disappointed and will make sure to share my experience with anyone I know who thinks of taking their pets here and direct them elsewhere.

They saved my babies life and treated her with so much love and care. They were there day and night taking care of her and she has made a full recovery. They also treated me with compassion and understanding when I was going through all of this. Having a sick pet can be devastating and beyond stressful but these guys knew exactly what to do.

Fetch recently took care of my little 16 yr old cat named Kiki, to the left of the dogs. He had been attacked by something, possibly a hawk or an owl and had serious puncture Wounds. I had taken him elsewhere and they did not solve the problem. Fetch took excellent care of little Kiki and did everything right that should have been done to begin with. He is happy and healthy now. Last week we had a serious skin infection on our German shepherd, Jack. He is the one that is brown in color. He was in a lot of pain and not doing very well. We have been dealing with this issue often on and off for a long time. But this was the worst we had ever seen it. No one seemed to be able to solve the problem. Dr. Brunson, Jesse(The sweetest vet tech in the world!) and also assisting was the very handsome and kind Stephen. They seemed to know exactly what to do and within 24 hours Jack was like a new dog!!! I would absolutely recommend anyone with any kind of an emergency with their pet to go to FETCH! From all of us here in the Howard house….We love you!???????????? I would like to also mention Dr. Kerrie Lewis who took care of Kiki when he was in there. She did me a couple of favors that I really appreciate, as well as taking excellent care of Kiki❣️

Yesterday we took our 14 year old lab who was not doing well to this clinic they were very rude from the beginning and I should’ve left them but we allowed To take her inside and once I got her inside the first thing they said was oh we need to keep her overnight we can’t do the test right now and I told him that was not something we were willing to do then they called us back and said it would be $1200 just to do x-rays and bloodwork having owned animals for many years $1200 for that was ridiculously overpriced and I told them that’s fine please bring her out our cost is $235 for the five minute she was in there they brought her out forcing her to walk when she really couldn’t walk and made me very angry I was very disrespectful . So we Took her to Parkway Veterinarian emergency hospital in Lakeland Florida they were very kind from the moment we got there they did all of the same test for less than $500 unfortunately after the first x-ray there was no need to do the rest of the test she had a tumor that she was not going to survive they allowed us to come in and say our final goodbyes and be there as she fell asleep to go onto the rainbow bridge everything included all the medical stuff cremation and an urn came out to $580 and Parkway veterinary very kind to us

I hate writing bad reviews, 9.9 times out of 10 I am giving someone the benefit of the doubt whenever I can. But I hate being lied to, condescend to, and ripped off even more. So here we are. We came in to Fetch with an Operate or Euthanize situation for an Ultrasound Exam. We were charged $135 for an Emergency Exam; which should be a full nose to tail exam. $435 for the Abdominal Ultrasound (In-House); looking at all of the abdominal organs, which requires sedation and an hour plus to do. This on its own this should include a consultation with the owners. It is not just the quick write up sent out to a referring doctor. This is the price of full service. We were also charged $55 for an Ultrasound Interpretation. Which one would think would involve the comprehensive interpretation and sharing of the findings. Our experience included none of this. After the procedure we were called by the intern Dr.Pfefferle who could not have been any more disinterested in being on the phone with us. His call started with "I just called your other line and no one answered" We tried to restart and apologized for not answering the other line. We were then told almost in passing: "Yeah there is a shadow near the duodenum you need to operate, Ill get you scheduled" Zero empathy, minimal information. He was talking over my partner, being dismissive and rude. My partner who has been in veterinary medicine longer than Dr. Phefferle has been a Doctor asked some reasonably specific follow up questions given the cost of the operation, and the alternative of euthanasia. We quickly learned even though we were paying for a full exam, they did not look at any other organs. It was very evident that Dr. Phefferle did not know any answers. Given the vague and dodging answers we actually wondered if Dr. Phefferle was the receptionist or something. And realized it was likely a full Abdominal Ultrasound was in fact not done. We asked to speak with the Doctor (and Owner) who performed the Ultrasound. Amazingly the situation did not improve when Dr. Ratterree got on the phone. I listened on speaker as he condescend to my partner, referred only to the Radiographs we provided and did not speak to ANY thing other than a shadow near the duodenum. Other than excuses that was all we were getting, he was completely not interested in speaking with us. We immediately decided to get our dog out of there. And said we will be there ASAP to do so. We were even called during our drive there and asked "Where are you? Pick up your dog." When we arrived I asked to speak with Dr. Ratterree who got on the phone and started with: "Myself and Dr.Pfefferle already spoke with your wife, what do you need?" I let him know that I was listening to the calls on speaker and was amazed at how unprofessional and condescending both he and Dr.Pfefferle were. And as I was the one paying the bill he was now speaking with me. I went further to let him know that we did not receive any consultation on the state of our dogs health beyond "Yeah there is a shadow near the duodenum you need to operate." And that the only medical references made were to the Radiographs WE provided. Dr. Ratterree then told me in no uncertain terms that he was: UNDER NO OBLIGATION OTHER THAN TO WRITE THE REPORT FOR THE SURGEON, AND THAT HE ACTUALLY DID NOT HAVE TO TALK TO US AT ALL. Ahhh Dr. Ratterree, know your audience Sir. You did in fact owe us a consultation because you took the time to charge us for it. You charged us $190 above the cost of the (In-House) Ultrasound, which... wait for it.... INCLUDES A CONSULTATION! I honestly don't believe you did anything other than look at our Radiographs and take quick scan ultrasound and then said: Yep, Operate. Thank you! Come Again! Funny how many of these reviews say you are rude, I wonder why? I also wonder how many other unknowing patients are being taken advantage of by you. Im sure the BBB would agree, $625 completely wasted.

Brought my 14 yr old chihuahua mix in due to seizures he was having that were not normal for him. I was very impressed with the care he received along with the updates I received while he was monitored overnight. I felt comfortable knowing he was in great hands. I knew it being a weekend it would probably be a little costly but hes my baby and I'd do anything for him. And overall, it wasn't too terrible and he is now back home being monitored. I cant thank you guys enough for caring for my Scooter. Thank you so much!

We were supposed to bring our buddy in next week to see an oncologist after he was diagnosed with lymphoma. Unfortunately, he was a scrawny guy to begin with and he was shedding about a pound per day. Today, it was clear he probably wouldn't make it through the weekend. After giving him all the chick fil a nuggets he wanted and letting him say goodbye to his five brothers, we packed him up and brought him to Fetch to end his suffering. All of the staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating, which made ths experience much more tolerable. And the doctor spent some time to give him a quality of life exam and make sure euthanasia was the right call. They let us spend as much time as we wanted with him before and after. We never felt rushed. And I was absolutely stunned that the bill was under $200. After hours on a Saturday, I fully expected to be raked across the coals, but the price seemed pretty standard despite the odd hours. It seems that they truly care and don't want to burden families with a second gut punch in the form of an outrageous after hours upcharge. I'm sad Kenny never had the chance to receive care from their oncology team. If our experience tonight was any indication, I'm sure they're fantastic. This is officially the only emergency vet I will use in the future. Thank you for making today just a little bit easier for us.

The entire staff is friendly and considerate and super loving to their patients. They not only saved my Hanky, but they also kept me in the loop at least every 12 hours. They seem to treat everyone the same way they want to be treated and that is an absolute lost notion in a lot of places these days. Thank you to everyone at Fetch and there isn't enough appreciation in the world to give you all for what you did and how you cared for Hanky.

If I could give more stars I would... My Calamity Jane (6 month old American Bully) fell and broke her leg on a Friday night and my vet wrapped it and sent me here for the next appointment. When I arrived they came to the truck and talked to me and assured me everything was going to be ok and they would call me in just a few minutes.... When they called me back they let me know she needed a surgery and a plate and they could either keep her and do it first thing in the morning or I could bring her back in the morning. Anyone that know me knows I am very protective of my babies, but since this point I have felt like EVERY PERSON/DR in this place worried just as much about me and my feelings as the well being of our fur babies. Heck before it was all over 8 wks later Calamity Jane has even convinced the techs that she can not walk in the vet office but she will sure pull them back out. I will miss my weekly visits, but I will bring her by...
